Oregon State hotels & accommodations

This hotel is in a wonder full location of Portland. It is in downtown close to shops, restaurants, just a few steps from the public light rail transit. What I like of this location, it is in downtown but it is away from the crowd and noise. Is in a road corner, having an open view to the city and river. Very well managed and efficient due to its existences as a bouti...

I was staying at this hotel on my way driving from Vancouver, BC to San Francisco. To my delight the hotel was clean, comfortable and value for money. Though amenities provided was basic, it was good enough for travelers on the road who intend to stay overnite.i am quite pleased with Best Western standard nowadays after a long absent.

Public transportation right outside the front door! Plus, the property is located in a nicer area of the city. The breakfast was great. My husband felt the omelet chef was talented and came up with great combos. Wish they had hot water and coffee brewing throughout the day. Wish also they would add a jacuzzi. I wish their parking fee was less than $39 per night. We par...

Pros: Value for money. Good breakfast. Excellent location along highway to any destination. Cons: Questionable people sometimes around the area maybe because it is near a hospital and rent is cheap. Stayed for almost a week visiting family. I would recommend if you are really on a strict budget. If not there are many other hotels nearby. This hotel is rated 2 stars. ...

Property is not a Ramada and is independently owned. The first room they checked is jntonalreafy had someone in it, the second room didn’t have a/c and the get told me they controlled the temp . They considered October to be winter and only had the heater on . They room moved me too a room with A/C ( newer different building ) and there was a cockroach on the curtain ....

The location is perfect if you want to visit U of O as it was just across the street. The room is standard and rather dark. Cleanliness can be improved. I was given a standard room at first but the electricity didn't work and thus upgraded to a deluxe double bed room. The breakfast was average, but they do provide free coffee, tea and water at the lobby for guests, whi...

I am pleased with the hotel cleanliness and decoration. Hotel is located near train station which is convenient and within the walking distance to downtown and shopping street. The staffs are friendly and helpful. I would recommend to stay here.

My partner and I stayed here during a wedding weekend. It was, by far, the cheapest hotel near downtown Portland. It is not a name brand hotel and does not have a ton of glitz and glam but it worked PERFECTLY for us. The room was clean. It did not smell like smoke at all. The employees at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is also right acros...

My wife and I have just stayed 4 nights at the Dossier Hotel in Portland. It would appear that the hotel has recently had a major renovation and rebranding. It is tastefully decorated with interesting artworks everywhere. My wife worked for 30 years as a senior lecturer at a university art school and she was really impressed with the quality and interesting nature of t...

Upon arrival I was greeted by two lovely hotel staff, who checked me in in a matter of seconds. They even gave me a map to find my room. They didn’t tell me about a refundable deposit so I had to go back downstairs to clarify. The room was super cleaned and smelled great. All appliances were new (microwave, refrigerator, tv, coffee maker, and blow dryer). Our mattress...

The best hotel I ever stayed at. Three miles from the airport. Local restaurants and shopping near by. The interstates right there. The front desk was World class. Fast check in and check out. Anything I wanted, they had access too. It's my main stay in Portland, period.

Great rooms with lovely views and extremely helpful and professional staff. The hotel has a bohemian, funky and youthful atmosphere, and a very nicely laid out and stocked bar. The restaurant looked premium but unfortunately didn't offer us a great deal as it offered almost entirely meat-based dishes. The hotel could not be more central, and everything you realisti...
Cheap places to stay in Oregon State

The hotel is nicely located at the city centre, just next to the Portland State University. The transport network is excellent. It is convenient to travel around the city. However, as the hotel is located just next to a busy main street, the street noice outside may disturb your sleep. Given that it is a two star hotel, the room price is a bit too high.

Was concerned when I arrived that it might be too noisy given the location but it was ok. Not perfect but ok. Inside was eclectic but comfortable. Loved having comfortable, relaxing chairs. Good lighting. Wifi could be better but ok. Easy walking to restaurants. Thin walls.

I appreciate so much the indoor hot tub and warm pool. Even the in-room coffee is better than at most motels. Walls a little thin but the place has been updated re: furniture. My room had a microwave, refrigerator, flat screen, easy to use tv remote (not found in every hotel!). Easy parking. Quiet. Easy to get on Parkway and to get to various shops by walking or car.

Very clean and a great location walking distance to breweries and restaurants. Breakfast was a bit of a joke, it only runs 6-8 and then “cold breakfast” until 9 which consisted of some bread, bagels, butter and jam (no cream cheese) or fruit loops. It would probably be better to not offer breakfast at all. Room was nice, staff was friendly, would stay again.

There were a few things that seemed to need repair, the table was missing, dead bolt on the door broken, faucets loud and hot water not always hot.....but, the service was excellent and the owner was busy repairing things and was so kind and friendly, we could over look all. We will return and were very pleased with how clean it was and the great price. Keep up the go...

Its an older facility, but well-maintained. Easy access from I-5. Parking was convenient. I had an upstairs room, and it was quiet and comfortable. Two queen-size beds. Very comfortable bed. I pay attention to things like windows, showers, wash basins, etc. All in excellent condition. looked like recent tile work in the bathroom. Everything very clean and in excellent ...

This is the 3rd--- 4th?--- time we have stayed here, and it's always been a great deal. Just east of downtown, quiet, easy to access hwy 97, clean room/sheets/towels, very laid back and friendly staff. Can arrive at any hour (after driving 6 hours after work, for example). Microwave and fridge/freezer in room. The bed softness/firmness varies- this time the bed was way...

The shower is nice; warm with good pressure and there was more than enough nice clean towels. Showering after a long hot road trip is the best feeling when settling into a new room. It was nice to have a parking space for the car in front of the room. Simple and does the job. Comforters are gaudy but can be overlooked for the price.

Everything about rooms is fine. Location, clean , space etc is just about good. Only issue we faced was that room had microwave but when using it would cut the electricity in room. We had to call to get it corrected. They need to improve this because if you provide something it should work.

We stayed there for a conference in LaGrande, Oregon. My search revealed that this was the cheapest hotel in LaGrande, however, it certainly rated better than the price would indicate. At $61 which included all charges, this hotel was easily worth considerably more. It was well appointed with a fridge, microwave, comfortable bed, and breakfast. Although checkout wa...

We stayed here and were very happy with the place. I always hate how expensive rooms are in general, so this really is just on par with all other prices. It's definitely better than most inns I've stayed in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is not far from downtown and easy to get to. Bedroom was clean and facilities were great. The wifi worked ...

It was wonderful. Rooms were very clean (although our room 1st night was very small) even though it was a queen room. Everything was effortless to move to a different room with a balcony The room was huge with 2 corner windows and a balcony door and a big bathroom as well. It was right next to the beach and promenade so you could walk everywheres from the hotel Staff ...
4-star hotels in Oregon State

I am pleased with the hotel cleanliness and decoration. Hotel is located near train station which is convenient and within the walking distance to downtown and shopping street. The staffs are friendly and helpful. I would recommend to stay here.

My girlfriend and I stayed here recently, and we enjoyed it. The restaurant was very tasty, although slightly overpriced for the smaller portions we received. The staff were amazing. The location was awesome. The outside space was really cool. It seemed like a slightly younger, hipper hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, although they can use some improvement. ...

My husband stayed a night at this hotel and we enjoined our stay here. We stayed in superior king room which has fireplace and balcony to step out and enjoy the ocean view. Room is very nice with decor and LCD TV. Denim style bed cover and pillows. Bathroom is clean with big clean mirror. Hard wood floor thru out the room. Too bad the coffee maker didn't work but no bi...

It was our first time in Portland OR and this was a gem of a hotel. Located in a central street and accessible to downtown, Jupiter NEXT was quite the experience. Apart from the hipster vibe (there are Banksy works at the end of hallways), the hotel was well appointed and had a jazz bar at the ground floor. There's valet parking but it's not hard to get street parking ...

I value a view and was disappointEd my room on second floor had no windows with a view. I am also a vegetarian and found no healthy food at the breAkfast. Too far from town or sidewalks to walk to theater or go walking. A beautiful setting for weddings or groups getting together. I felt trapped in cave like room.

There is something so special about this beautiful 60's built lodge. If you love having a unique Northwest experience, this is the place. It feels like a beautiful artistic and restful time with walks along the coast (your room key gets you to a private beach with the seal sanctuary on the bay), golfcourse, play miniature golf, tennis, or swim plus spa. It all comes...

From the moment I walked in I was greeted and taken care of. The staff was excellent it was my birthday and I was having a staycation here I even had a few friends show up for some pre drinks and the staff was accommodating. This will be my go to hotel for staycations in the future! Great! Great! Great!

I had a bad start. Another customer next to me was checking in at the same time. her receptionist gave her a passionate speech about how dedicated the hotel is to supporting local farmers and other such interesting info and at the end, handed the a free bag of locally made potato chips. The guy who checked me in, seemed only annoyed at my simple request for a recei...
