Boom for 1 night and ended up extended for 2 nights in this hotel. This is my honest review and im soo loving it! The room is very spacious, all brand new furniture, got bath room, fully equipped and even got aircond. Stay in highest room for hotel (27th floor) and our room got best view! Looking over the mountain. The room got TV with selection of movie. They even put ur name on the TV when u first turn it ON. Complimentary 4 mineral water and 4 cans of cokes and sprite. The bathroom is all new. They got hair dryer, iron iron board, kettle, got table lamp, got mini fridge and also got safety box (that is functional) Room is 5 stars! Breakfast like a queen! Got so so so many choices of food and its incld in the fee. Breakfast with a mountain view. The even find u table to sit beforehand. Breakfast is 5 stars! Pool was awesome! Swim in evening and night up to 10 pm The water so controlled by the heater and nice view! I love the pOol! 5 stars They provided free shuttle to first world (which u can avoid finding parking and save u from parking fee) You can awana cablecar to GPO, then eat dinner before coming back to hotel. Drop and pick up in front of starbucks! The location is quite far from other. If u got car then thats fine. If not. Just use the free bus shuttle (new bus) Service is tip-top! Since the hotel is just open for a year, so, as expected, all the service was good, awesome and my best hotel stay so far in overall! Definitely will stay here if im in GH! Please avoid First World as it is too crowded with people, unless u want to go to the indoor theme park and easy to find dinner. P.s : the food trucks in front of hotel is sooo good! Please try the kebab and roti john! Awesome! This is my honest and longest review of a hotel in Agoda! Keep it up! 😍😍😍

First think about parking, they should reserve the parking for customer booking the room in side the main building. They also must keep in touch with customer for let check in in the hotel such as call the customers. In the serious part in the last day at Cameron Highlands, have the landslide from lata iskandar to boarder Perak and Pahang. The receptionist should inform the customer who want check out at that day, not use the exit Tapah way and give suggestion use the simpang pulai way. I experience that with my eye, very dangerous on the way to tapah. The hotel should have all information and collaborate with Majlis Perbadaran Cameron Highlands. That all form me. Everything good service form Agoda.

located next to resort hotel next to Arena of the star. Check in was super easy as there is a kiosk to register and get the room access card. Likewise checkout was easy with a terminal to checkout and drop card. Room was clean and looks new. can sleep for 4-6 person. some complains - hotel has no car park and we need to park at resort hotel. there is no proper access from theme park hotel to resort hotel. you need to cross two roads to get into resort hotel and into genting sky avenue etc. however i see there is a new overhead access being built that will go into the arena of the stars under construction. in general its value for money and clean property.

Our room was huge with a private garden cum balcony at the rear with fake grass. My son spent more time out there than being in the room. The hotel is new so everything was super clean, shiny and fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay there because our priority was comfort for our 3 year old son. He was all over the huge room and the person who enjoyed the most. The 3 of us were not able to fully utilize the room - there was a KING size bed, a sofa and a sofa bed. The 3 of us can only sleep at so many places at a time. This is the best location anyone can get in Cameron. It's opposite rows of shops which has banks, restaurants, sundry shops, pharmacy and everything needed for daily life. Did I mention that the hotel is part of a shopping complex? Although not all shops are open, we couldn't have asked for a better location. We're a frequent visitor to CH and this was the best stay.

we have been visiting cherating periodically for the last 25 years. sadly, cherating is dying as a top tourist attraction on malaysia's east coast, with very low occupancy levels. however, the legend resort has bravely maintained its high standards. our room was newly renovated to far more modern style. the beach front and its activities and the 3 swimming pools are as good as ever. all the hotel staff went out of their way to be helpful. they are all doing their best to keep cherating alive. all the tourism operators should get together with the state tourism ministry to completely renovate cherating as an international and local attraction.

A beautifully located 4 star resort with stunning views from out to sea and into the forest. The beautiful beach 'huts' are amazingly well styled and really bring you to a relaxed state of mind quickly. I also must say, the Club house/Reception/Dining building suites the relaxed way of life well. My only complaint may be relevant to the period we visited (CNY 2015). As you are separated from any outside amenities, I did feel we were a little bit of a captive audience when it came to dining choices. I felt the buffet dinner and lunch were a little overpriced (lunch p/p 100+ MYR and dinner was about 130 MYR per person.) I enjoy a good meal like the rest of us and don't get me wrong the food was good! but if all you want is a salad and your choice is to pay 100+ MYR to take that from the well presented buffet you feel it is a little excessive. Other than that, the staff are wonderful. The place is pristine and although it was full when I visited, Tunamaya never felt busy. This is an excellent retreat and worth the visit. It has to be up there as the nicest resort on Tioman.

My room was one bedroom suite twin bed. The room it very spacious, suitable for big family (with additional matress). There are mini-room inside the room just for the bed. divided by glass wall with sliding glass door. But, because of the room design, it felt a bit awkward watching TV through the glass. it's either 'if you want to watch TV, you have to go to the living room', or 'if u want to sleep, you can only watch the TV through the glass wall of the room'. The room provided microwave oven and mini refrigerator (which is very nice to have), but does not have iron (which is very cheap compared to the oven). The bedding is hard and uncomfortable. it felt like you are sleeping on a cheap matresses. However, the location is very convenient as it is near to 7eleven, watson, and other food amenities. But, the reason I bring my family to come to cameron highland is because I want to get relaxed and to get more privacy while enjoying the panorama. So, next time I rather book other most known hotels such as copthorne, heritage and century pine because you can get almost the same price with this type of room. the only difference is that this room is a bit spacious and has a microwave oven.

we went for a relaxing trip to cameron highlands, were two families, stayed for 4 nights in the hotel. upon reaching, we were asked if we need connected rooms. the connected rooms were really very helpful, which made us feel like at home with adjacent bedrooms. service level was good. a helper boy was available to carry your luggage. once we accidentally locked our room(we had the keys, but we left the inside latch locked, and left through the connected room, which gets automatically locked, and does not have any key). we got a helper boy very quickly, who jumped through the balcony and opened the locked balcony door. the place is very near to the markets, which becomes very helpful specially when you are with kids. just in front of the hotel, is a very big children's park and garden. again a luxury, when you are out on a relaxing trip with kids. the hotel wifi is kind of very restricted. available only in the restaurant. its range could be increased. the hotel is definitely very clean, and well maintained. to note, that i am not a 5-star luxury traveller. whatever is clean, decent and well maintained, works very well for me. most important tip: i viewed their suites (pahang, perak and the duplex suites). the rooms in the suites are smaller as compared to the individual deluxe rooms. and all suites have one queen size and one king size bed. the best option, if you are considering a suite (probably you are two families, or 2 adults and 2 grown up kids), is to take two deluxe connected rooms. this gives you almost the same experience as a suite (though a kitchen and a common area will be missing, but the combined area of two rooms will be almost the same as that of a suite), and gives you two kingsize beds. and most importantly two deluxe rooms will still be cheaper than the suite (still check the current rates). i viewed their duplex suite, and was amazed that the bedroom at the upper floor had no privacy. not recommended at all.

i checked in to this hotel 3 months ago, and everything is still improving. after 3 months, i came back again for this hotel, i found everything has been improved and so well. i love it so much. Once i reach the front office, the front office staffs are so friendly and very helpful. my son was very tired, and they are so alerted on asking whether my son needs some drinks. i feel so warmth ,this is the best hotel i ever check in to. i choose the family room, and the room is so spacious and it is so clean. a very big different compared to before. when i check out, there is also staff who is so helpful by bringing my luggage to my car. i paid for a 3 stars hotel but i received like a 6 stars hotel service. i would like to check in again in this hotel. and it would definitely be my only choice in whenever i come to kuantan.

The sole reason for travelling to Kuantan was because of the Pahang International Marathon 2018. My family and I had the best of time. The centralized location allows us to go to places with minimal amount of time spent on the road. ECM was within walking distance, had alot of choices to shop. The staffs are friendly, so does the public. Our compliments to the chef, eventhough we only had breakfast at the hotel, the varieties are more than enough for us to go thru and enjoy. Definitely recommending my friends to the hotel. Planning on coming over for another visit for Raya this year🙌👍👍

We had been warned that The Smokehouse was expensive: this was not true, unless compared with other hotels. But other hotels have nothing on this trip down an British Memory Lane. From the outside, the well-maintained gardens and ivy-clad walls create an intimate cottage feel. This extends into the hotel interior, a horse-brassed and Windsor chair-filled fantasy reminiscent of trips to see older rellies who went on about the price of eggs during the War and the shameful loss of Empire. The rug-strewn, darkened corridors lead to clean, spacious rooms with modern bathrooms. The views through the latticed casement windows onto the garden and the golf course beyond did question the belief we were in Pahang and not Surrey! The traditional British food was reasonably-well presented and, for good or ill, would not have been out of place elsewhere in the English-speaking world. The waiters and service staff were extremely attentive and pleasant. The old time bar, with an truly excellent resident barman, would not have been out of place in a 1970s pub. The comfy sofas around the central open fireplace made one forget time, appointments and anything beyond the world of the 1930s. If I had to criticize, I would suggest they find another background CD that did not include wartime British hits from Gracie Fields, George Formby and Vera Lynne -they somewhat grated on the 300th time of listening. Hotel development in this region seems to be the inn thing, but ignore all the others. If there's one hotel to stay at in the Cameron Highlands, it's this one.

We booked an ocean view suite, but we were upgraded to a beachfront villa because there were construction work near the main building where the ocean view suite is situated. We were absolutely surprised by the upgrade and service here exceeded our expectations. Staff is friendly and accommodating. What made our experience at The Kasturi was the little details. For instance, the check in process is done at a lounge with a sea view instead of over a counter. We were given a brief tour of the hotel grounds by the staff in a buggy before we were brought to our villa. It was spacious, clean and beautiful. The villa is quite private but one may be visited by local ‘residents’ - we saw a monitor lizard pass by the pool area and birds sometimes take a dip of water in the pool when it’s empty. Facilities like bicycles and kayaking are available for free to the hotel guests. Buffet breakfast has a good selection - we recommend trying the smoked tenggiri. All in all, this was our best vacation in a long time and will not hesitate to recommend this beautiful hotel to our friends and family. Needless to say, we’re already planning our next holiday in The Kasturi.

I really love this place. They have very good facilities with a splendid view. Very neat and beautiful room. We as a couple, we were treasuring our moments in the room fantastically.. At night we spent our time listening to the life music while enjoying our drinks at the beach. This resort have plenty of chairs along the beach. Internet cannot be accessed from the room. I would want to suggest the management to increase the internet network coverage inside the resort. If you come with your family, if you come with old citizens or handicapp, request for a room at the ground level. When you taking a boat to the island, take it from Tanjung Gemuk, Rompin Pahang. Ensure you alight at the right jetty. Tekek is the name of the jetty to alight. If you get off at the wrong jetty, you can request for a boat taxi. I will definitely come again to this resort with my love ones. Good place for me to release my stress and to express my love to my partner. Till next time..

Our stay at Coconut Grove was AMAZING!!! We stayed 3 nights this week at 1511 Coconut Grove, on the eastern/Juara side of Tioman Island. We had a total of 5 nights on Tioman Island, but our final 2 nights were booked on the western side of the island at the Berjaya Tioman Resort. I am pleasantly surprised to say that our experience at 1511 Coconut Grove exceeded ALL expectations and was far better overall than the much larger and commercialised Berjaya Resort. If you are looking to relax on Tioman Island and get away from the hustle and bustle of work life then I strongly suggest you book a stay at 1511 Coconut Grove. The resort has around 9-10 cabins only, all with direct sea views and situated just 5 metres from one of the most amazingly pristine beaches I have ever seen. The resort is clean and quiet, the staff are ultra friendly, the rooms are comfortable (not 5-star, but certainly acceptable for an eco-tourism kind of setting) and whilst most guests keep to themselves throughout the day, swimming and sunbaking on the beach, everyone tends to come together at the bar in the late afternoon/evening to interact with other guests and staff. This is a resort where quality staff certainly add to your experience. At 1511 Coconut Grove, staff make a point of getting to know you on a first name basis, and they are willing to assist with any requests (within reason) that could make your stay more pleasant. Food and beer are cheap. No spirits are served, but you can bring your own to the bar for a fee. Meals are home-cook style, tasty and filling. The owners, Andy and Colin, were amazing to meet and converse with - so friendly and full of suggestions for activities to help make our stay incredible. The other front line workers, Jana and Suren were fantastic too. I look forward to returning to 1511 Coconut Grove as soon as the opportunity affords itself. Don't hesitate to book a room here - you are in for a treat if you do!!!

We traveled with 3 kids. The room is very spacious and be able to accommodate all of us. It could have been great if the room is equipped with a heater as it was quiet cold due to heavy rain, which was lasted for few hours in late afternoon. The front-desk staffs are helpful and breakfast is okay. Overall, I am satisfied with Strawberry Park Resort, Cameron Highland, Pahang, Malaysia.

Fantastic resort in Pahang with great eco concept! With only 31 villas available at any time set in a vast landscape, there are never any crowds around even when fully booked out as it was over the long weekend we were there. Only peace and tranquility. There are activities for the kids with cycling and kayaking. Archery more for teenagers and older as they only have full size bows which are difficult for kids to use. A lot of birds around, great for bird watchers and nature lovers. If you get tired of the resort, just take a short drive down to Kuantan for the beaches, Cherating for fireflies and turtles, Gambang for the waterpark. Sungei Pandan waterfall and Sungei Lembing mines also within an hour's drive. Staff are fantastic! Always smiling and attentive. Even better than some "branded" resorts I've stayed at. Price (for now) is only a fraction of Club Med, which is more noisy and crowded. Hope it stays that way cos we're coming back again!

Walking into the hotel, you would think that the room provided is going to be like in any other normal three-star hotels; the rooms are equipped with only the bare necessities. That turned out to be just the opposite. On the 8th floor where the family suite we were first given faces the sea view, and it was extremely spacious with decor that reflected rooms of a 4 or even 5 star hotel for a very reasonable rate. Sadly, water was seeping through the ceiling so we were highly advised to move to another suite on the 7th floor since it was a rainy season. Again, we were greeted with a room that was although slightly smaller, but with similar ambience; the view was still pleasant and the room was cosy. What we really liked about the room was the toilets; there were two toilets and both were equipped with showers. It was just right for a family of 5, especially when we had our father with us who needed the toilet all the time. Not only that, the dressing area was immensely roomy. Besides that, each room is furnished with 2 king-sized beds with pillows which were of a high quality. There was even an iron provided; something were did not expect in a 3-star hotel. The lighting was warm, the air-conditioning was cool and there were ample windows in the room for natural light to enter during the daytime. The food was breakfast, on the other hand, was common. Unfortunately, the fruits at the time when we had our meal had turned sour so it was somewhat of a let down. Otherwise, the staff was very courteous and helpful at all times, and all the guests seemed pleased with their service. On the whole, our experience staying at this hotel was pleasant and the room was definitely well-furnished. We will return to have a longer stay the next time.

The stay was marvellous. I can park my car with ease. Not many people bring their car I guess. There is Mydin wholesale shopping in front of hotel. Everything is cheap here. But look out for the quality. Some of the goods are good quality despite being cheap. I love Kuantan food. I drive to Tanjung Lumpur for the so many sea food restaurants and warongs there. The foods are really good although a bit pricey. Its easy to find eateries around the hotel. All within walking distance. I give four and a half star for the location and presentation of the hotel. I will definitely be coming back here hoping they still maintain the level of comfort and cleanliness that they have now.

The rooms were spacious, bathroom was simple, dry and clean. The best remarks are for the breakfast. It's not your 5 star hotel standard but they have all you expect at a good 3 star hotel. The menu/ variety was good, quality of food was good. The hotel location was also very strategic. Walking distance to 3 big plazas. However we had to drive to due to rainy season. Some room for improvement - the towels are quite worn out, limited parking space underground and around the hotel. And, the WIFI you need to re-login every time you get disconnected. Overall my rating would be 8/10

Thruthfully I was considering whether to book or not ...so many negative reviews , but I followed my heart ... I was greeted warmly by the state , check in procedure was within 10 minutes ...I got room 103 ...first I checked the washroom ...ofcourse after reading so many negative comments ...but surprisingly it was clean ...my deluxe twin was comfy ...I give 5 star rate and NO BED BUGS ...I was worried because my baby was only 1 year old ...but she slept soundly ...the shower was a joy ...you shld try it ...the pool is just behind our room ...yeayyy we enjoyed max ...beach was 5 min walk ...enjoyed as well ...the next day breakfast buffet was yummy BUT can add more variety . .after that again we jumped into the pool ...short trip but felt wonderful ...our family quality time ..come and try for yourself ... Will surely come back again. Thank you for such lovely hospitality . .Always follow your heart ...go and experience rather than believing in the review given ...but I'm honest here

Should stay longer. Simply the best hotel in town with all internal features and surrounding with shopping complexes and nearby public attractions. One thing that I'am not sure whats is happening is why there is an additional bed which I never request for? And why the price to pay is very much higher than stated. Price stated but were charged +. How much is the cost of one extra bed?

this is my 10times vacation in cameron highland. many hotel i stay before this. and this is my first time stay at heritage hotel. my 1st impression is the hotel very unique design. sejuk mata memandang. once i step inside the lobby, the staff at main entrance was very friendly and helpful. they help my family bring all the bags. then i go to the counter for check-in. it's very easy becoz i already booking by agoda. but last minute my family want to add extra bed. so, the staff explain clearly to me and i get the extra bed+breakfast for one more person. great!!! then we go to our room. when i step in to the room, wow it's the big want even the room only for 2 person. when the extra bed arrived at our room, still have more space. the room condition is the best. one more thing, the breakfast is very nice. much variety of food. and i eat cover for lunch also. hehe..so, i will back to this hotel after this. i very recommend to others to stay at this hotel.

Nothing but good words for this place. It is a relatively new establishment so everything is very new and clean. We stayed in a Quad room with was very spacious, with a fridge, flat screen TV, balcony and TWO TOILETS (we saved so much waiting time because of this). The location is perfect, a 2 minute walk from the jetty which is super convenient getting on and off a boat for diving or other water activities. The dive center is also located within the hotel, another plus point. The dive center is run by Chok, a veteran and experienced diver and assisted by many friendly DMs. Equipment are all new and well maintained. The hotel is beach front so u can access the beach easily, play volleyball and get a tan. The food in this place is awesome as well! We had a BBQ dinner out on the deck during sunset one evening and enjoyed every bit of it. Nothing much i can say except that me and group enjoyed every bit of this place. The price we paid is cheap for what we got. Will definitely return!

Easily the best hotel in Cameron now.. awesome location.. try to get the room on the ground floor, same level as the reception so you'll have the garden with tables and swings at your doorstep! Dont worry about the room comes with no air-cond or fan.. you wont need them! Cameron Highlands was experiencing water shortage when we were there, but the hotel didnt seem to have any water problem.. Tips : water heater will not work with the tempreture dropping to 14-16 celcius at night. just lower the water pressure on the heater and youll get the water tempreture just right.. Note : They have a room with a queen bed and three single beds.. but its not listed anywhere.. you gotta call or go thru their FB page to book..
