Good Management with plenty of polite staff. Nice, clean pool. Menu has excellent variety. Good breakfast. High standard of cleanliness in the main buildings, beautiful gardens and nice evening restaurant/bar near the swimming pool. Best hotel I've stayed in the Phathum Thani area

I could truly say that despite the language barrier, we get to be able to across our message to the staff. 2 of the staff know how to speak few English, while some really do not know English words. I love every things here. Room is clean and the rice field for our view is lovely. The real Thai local staff is sweet and helpful. We will go back to stay again ka , the last day of our stay the staff help us to get taxi to leave to our next destination and it’s very convenient how to get taxi at here. :)
We stayed at Ingnatee while visiting our daughter who works in Pathum Thani. The staff were very welcoming and obliging. The restaurant overlooks a pond, has a small menu but the food is good. Location of the hotel is good, plenty of places to eat, and only a 2 min. walk to 2 major shopping centers. Unfortunatly this hotel is starting to get very warn down and the rooms are in desperate need of refurbishing. If it was not for the location, we would not use this hotel. The standard of the rooms do not justify the prices they charge

If you have reason to stay in the area & have a car, then this appartment is clean & comfortable.
The bed is abit hard and room has no refridgerator. Other than that is all good. Close to Thai Wake Park, Kolour in the park music festival.
The shower in a room that I booked cannot work properly but the water can pour. That's why I give only 4 for facilities

Nice hotel and the staff were very friendly. The only problem I had was the water pressure for the toilet. It wouldn't flush properly. Still, a great hotel and I will stay there again. The room service food was fantastic!

8th Floor Deluxe Suite smelt of mildew. Clean but hadn't been dusted prior to us arriving. A bit more effort (& investment) and this hotel has the potential to return to its glory days ..... just not at the moment 😢

Best place to stay when in PathumThani. Accomodations were very comfortable, US-compatible outlets, small fridge, simple but filling free breakfast from 7-10, helpful staff, massage, outdoor market, restaurants, mini Mart within walking distance of hotel. Parking was convenient.
