Where to stay in Phocis
Phocis hotels & accommodations
Loved every moment of our stay. Got a.room with amazing views of the valley. The room was spacious, sheets and towels smelt fresh. Had a decent spread for breakfast. Parking could be a challenge especially in peak season. Since we were there in off season, we got a space to park less than 50 feet away. But I can see that could be an issue..but then it's not just thi...
Delightful, cosy boutique hotel in the magical village of Delphi. Excellent location with beautiful views to the valley and coast. The owners and the staff were absolutely wonderful... very friendly and attentive to all the guests. Rooms were very comfortable and the beds are heavenly... perfect for a great night's sleep. I am so glad that I chose to stay at the Kastal...
Stayed here for one night on a drive through Greece. Very nice hotel, very friendly staff. Was very helpful having the basement car park to store the hire car. There was a confusion with the booked room as we were put in a twin on arrival instead of a double but was resolved quickly and courteously by staff. Buffet breakfast and was amazing and full of home made treats...
I felt welcome from the moment I entered the lobby - pleasant decor, friendly staff, comfortable room, nice view. Everything went well in my stay. My only suggestion would be that the hotel is compact enough to easily make wireless Intenet accessible from the rooms instead of just the lobby.
They put me at pan hotel instead, same company with Artemis. Didn’t mind at all as view overlooking cliff and sunset is amazing. Location is great. It’s a basic hotel that is value for money.
Delphi is a total must see when in Greece! The hotel was fine and has unbeatable view from the balconies in rooms. Go go !
I was pleasantly surprised by this place and welcome the opportunity to return. Definitely a pension I would recommend to anyone.
Located in the centre of Delphi. Quaint little hotel with beautiful views from the balcony. Comfortable bed and good hot water for shower. Breakfast was plentiful. Hotel was very clean. Walking distance to nearby sites. Short drive to Itea for the beach.
The hotel is right on the main street with lots of options for food, shopping and whatever else might be needed. The rooms are simple but very cozy and the one that we had provided us with a lovely view of the bay in the distance and the hills just in front. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful and that in itself would be worth the price of the room. Our only...
We cannot say enough about Epic Rooms, our host George and his mother Mrs. Vassos! George was quick to reply to any questions that we had and he helped us with an issue we had that necessitated a call home to our bank. And his mother was a sweetheart! She checked us in with a smile and took the time to make sure that we were settled in even though we arrived late in...
All the rooms had been booked out when we arrived so the hotel receptionist transferred us to the hotel across the road Parnassos Hotel which was also very lovely. In the morning we went back to Iniohos for breakfast and the staff were very kind and hospitable. We had a lovely time!
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay at Hotel Varonos. The staff could not have been more friendly and, upon our arrival, the jolly owner upgraded our rooms so that we had a view of the mountains and the bay below. The restaurant that they recommended we go for dinner was also delicious.
Centrally located within steps of shops and restaurants and an easy 15 minute walk to the archeological sites. George and Vicky provide friendly personal service and a top notch breakfast in the main living space overlooking the quiet street. Clean simple rooms over the gift shop have everything you need plus lovely patios overlooking a delightful private courtyard. ...
The staff at Trokadero were so friendly and helpful, I cannot recommend them enough. The hotel itself is a little worn, but it is comfortable and every thing is pleasant. The location next the the beach is very handy for a little swim (though the water was cold!). It seems very popular with Greek families, so it was a great experience for us coming from overseas to be ...
we have had a lovely tay at the Hotel kalafati. The room was quite comfortable, good bedding, spacious bathroom, lovely terrasse on to the (snowy) mountains. Breakfast was ok, nothing fantastic but satisfactory but the best thing about this hotel is.. the STAFF ! The owner is a great intelligent man, who makes you start the day with a smile, and the desk lady, Athanasi...
This was the highlight of our stay in Greece. The owners of the Ganimede are just amazing and felt like family. They are gourmet cooks - breads, jams, chutneys, etc. The breakfasts were incredible. A fire in the fireplace, freshly squeezed orange juice, tea, and enough food for an army set a beautiful tone for the day. We bought homemade jams and are still enjoying the...
I would not hesitate to stay here again. Nick and his wife are wonderful hosts. The hotel is in a great location in the middle of town close to all of the restaurants and shopping. After a nice breakfast, you are a two minute drive to the site. This hotel was an outstanding value for the money. Lobby is very home like. We had a room in the back with a great view ...

Amazing authentic Greek home cooked breakfast. Easy walking to the port for a wide selection of restaurants. Lovely balcony with view for an afternoon drink. A little difficult to find initially due to small narrow streets. Would have been good if there was a kettle in the kitchen. However there was a hot plate and saucepan. Half hour scenic drive to Delphi. Overall ...
We only booked the day of and they were not expecting us when we arrived. The father, who spoke only a little English, called his son who was away and then set us up in the apartment. It was large, clean and comfortable. The location was great for us as we wanted to visit Delphi but also catch up on some school work for the boys. Delphi was a 15 to 20 minute drive ...
This is an amazing hotel. The staff are exceptional and the food is delicious. In addition there are homemade preserves which are out of this world. We ate our breakfast whilst the birds were singing in the garden. The rooms are comfortable and we had a very restful sleep. Without hesitation we would love to stay here again. It was like we were with family or close fri...
