I stayed here with my daughter for 2 nights to explore the sights of Ayutthaya. Hotel is a short tuktuk ride away from the sights. The pool is great to chill out in after a day of sightseeing, it has a great view of the river and some temples as well. Rooms were spacious beautiful decorated and come with an outdoor style shower. All in all a perfect stay

the public areas of the hotel seem a little old and worn but the rooms are enormous, very comfortable suites with traditional timber furniture. the balconies are large and offer some of the best views in ayutthaya. staff were willing to go above and beyond in order to ensure my needs were met. i love this old girl and always choose to stay here.

this brand new hotel was still under final construction when we arrived but check-in was efficient and the rooms were large, with a kitchen with microwave and waterheater, nice sitting area and comfortable bed. the bathroom had both a bathtub and a seperate shower. the restaurant serves a large variety of food and the breakfast buffet is huge with a large selection of ...

Where do I start with review on this hotel?! We stayed at this place for 2 nights & had the best time in Ayutthaya. On the first night, we borrowed bikes from the hotel & rode all the way to the historical site. It was just dawn & there was breeze for the summer night. Light was still enough to see everything & even Queen's Summer palace across the river. Also had di...

This is an apartment style hotel situated roughly halfway between Ayutthaya town center and the Rojana industrial park. Because of the large number of factory plants nearby, you will find quite a number of business travellers from overseas staying at this hotel. The hotel is well maintained and modern. Room is spacious and the bath room is stocked with all those it...

In short, the hotel was great with a clean and nicely decor room and great complimentary breakfast. When we decided ,last minute, to stay another night at Ayutthaya, it was a no brainer that this hotel would be the choice of stay. One point to note: bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste! It is not included.

Staying at Ruen Tubtim has been the highlight of my trip to Thailand so far. Yes, not a temple or a beach, but a hotel! I didn't realize when booking that I would need to take a 5 minute ferry back and forth from Ruan Tubtim to get to the main part of Ayutthaya, where the Historical Park and floating market are, but this was actually part of the charm. I enjoyed being ...

We have now stayed here 2 times because it is 2 minutes off the main highway between Bangkok and Chiang Mai right in the ancient city of Ayutthaya. We also like the fact that the hotel connects directly to ...

My partner and I decided to escape Bangkok for an impromptu weekend and booked one night here just as somewhere cheap/easy to stay while exploring Ayutthaya and it ended up being a highlight of the experience. No one was around when we checked in at about 1pm but they had left the key and some maps and info on the counter for us, so we happily let ourselves into our r...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Guesthouse and will definitely stay there any time we are in Ayutthaya. The location is perfect for exploring the ruins, they are literally across the street. I have stayed at many places, but this is quite possibly one of the best bookings I've ever made. When I first stepped into the room, I was very impressed with its modern and vibrant design. It was luxurious and tastefully decorated. Tuey later told me that she had put her heart and soul into the interior design herself. Also, the place is very new – only a couple of m...

the resort is very quiet. it can be a perfect place for relaxation especially in winter. the place is not too far way from ayutthaya city centre (only 15 minutes drive) but surrounded by rice farm which could give you a nice and cozy view in the morning. there are quite a few alates at night time. a car would be a first choice to travel there and around the province.

The staff at the Ayodhara Village were absolutely incredible. In a nation renown for friendly people they stood out - nothing was too much trouble and they were always there to make our stay enjoyable. I couldn't rate them highly enough. Each room at the hotel was a little teak house and these were beautiful and clean. The grounds were amazing and I enjoyed being ou...

I must say it's lovely, clean and quiet place. Very well located, super close to Ayutthaya Historical Park and all the most important temples. The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast is so-so, I mean, there's only toasts and coffee available, but still ok. Oh, and it's super close to Night Market. Highly recommended if you plan visit Ayutthaya overnight!

The hostel's location is not too far from Ayutthaya attractions that you can walk or ride to get there from the hostel. The place looks exactly like the photos, very tidy and clean. We stayed here for two nights during our visit to Ayutthaya. The welcome is very friendly, we got fresh water and could get quickly to our room. The room (VIP Double) is OK, not very clean at all (toilet was dirty), but it was not quiet. Something like compressor was working day and night. Next day we would like to get breakfast, but breakfast at PK Hostel means: you...

I picked Slowtree as I wanted somewhere to stay that reflected Ayutthaya. This place is a bit out of the way compared to most places in Ayutthaya, but that's what makes it so great! It is so nice that we made a second trip to Ayutthaya just to stay here again and relax. The guesthouse is located on the Chao Phraya and the neighborhood has very few other places to stay so the markets and food stands are the real deal: the food is not western...

This guest house is a good choice, you'll be nicely welcomed, they offer a large range of services, such as bike renting, the food and homemade drinks are good and not expensive for Ayutthaya. One point to know, only the shower on the second floor got hot water. not much of a problem if you know it, but i noticed a bit late.

One word - awesome, we took train to Ayutthaya, and the homestay is just walking distance from the train station. The aunty is the only receptionist and she is attending to detail so we feel warm welcome, she provides all the information needed to visit around Ayutthaya. The homestay is actually a wooden house by riverside, and the design is really unique so you get to...

I stayed here for 2 nights, I originally booked the 1 night but it was so nice I decided to stay 2, each room is like a privrate villa with its own car park space so its very convenient. Booked a 2 night stay at this hotel, the room was ok, bed was a bit hard, WiFi ok, good shower, the lady on the reception didn't say much when we booked-in, next day I was asked for cash payment by her! Unknown to me, if you book a room at this hotel, you cannot use any cards to pay for your stay - strictly cash only payment - maybe the hotel operates should update t...

I want to go back to the Bouchic Hostel. The owner rehabbed an old barn into cute boutique rooms and decorated with his own collection of antique furniture pieces. He's also quite an accomplished artist - check out his paintings in the lobby. There's a nice little fish pond and a fair bit of greenery, which makes a really calm, natural atmosphere. The service was...

Had a great time here! Tuk and Boy run a hi-class operation. Real family feeling, amazing character-filled neighborhood. Don't forget to check out the local noodle shop and the more obscure ruins nearby. Bird-watching in the local canal also ain't too shabby. Bravo, a class act thru and thru...!

Room was simple but clean, even free toiletries! Our room was by the river so very light and airy. Maybe could've had a mosquito net but many places don't. Ensuite bathroom which is a luxury and a nice seating area by the river. The owner did his upmost to help us with our requests even driving to find us a tuktuk and helping us to negotiate a fair price which we were ...

This hostel is not in the centre of activity, but it is quiet, and the owner and her brother are very friendly. The owner may not be able to speak English that well, but we could hold a conversation, and she used google translate to find the English words she needed. we felt stunning by the size of the house. And surprisingly we were the very 1st guest of the house as it just began to run. As per its name, the giant balcony or terrace? facing the river.
