I stayed at Centara Grand Beach Resort after seen its pool while i was at Karon Beach so i decided to stay there for the last night of my stay in Phuket. The hotel was completed last November, so everything was brand new. The pool was its number feature and the resort is right on Karon beach about a 15minute walk to the shops. But i encountered a few problems while i was there. When i booked the resort through Agoda it stated complimentary internet, but when i was at check in, the girls stated that it was wrong we do not give internet away. I asked to show her the agoda site, she didnt want me to show her. I persisted and she reluctantly allowed me to show her the agoda website. The website stated clearly that the room that i booked came with complimentary internet. The girls behind the reception was not impressed that i was right as they were frowning and speaking to each other in Thai. Then one of the girls told me they would informed the manager and call me within two hours. I agreed as i was tired and couldnt be bothered to argue anymore. But at the end no one called to inform me bout the internet. I requested for a king size bed but got a twin beds instead. The facilities of the resort were excellent but i would not stay there again as the service is really poor for a five star resort.

first trip to thailand - july 2012. travelled as a group of four - 2 couples in our mid-20s had such a lovely time at graceland! the staff are just beautiful and very helpful! really impressed. the hotel pool was amazing. so many pools around the hotel to swim in. never over crowded or busy. pool bar is the best invention ever! met and hung out with lots of other travellers and loved our daily arvo happy hour sessions in the pool. ate at both restaurants - great food! buffet breakfast each morning was a highlight. kid and adult friendly - recommend both families and group of mates/couples to stay. enrolled in a cooking class at the hotel. group of 10 people in the class. cooked 4 different thai dishes from scratch and got to eat our creations together in our small group. very organised and i highly recommend it to any foodies out there. location of hotel is ideal. it is literally opposite patong beach, only a ten minute walk to all the shops, markets and night life. felt really safe going out at night to and from the hotel. security around the building and in the building. but far away enough from the night life hub to not hear any noise and sleep soundly. before booking our trip to thailand, i spent a fair bit of time checking out a lot of hotels aroud patong. i chose this one based on reviews from people i knew who had stayed here, reviews on the internet and from just looking at the hotel site itself. honestly, it met and exceeded my expectations and i truly think if your planning a trip to phuket/patong this is the hotel to book. would definitely stay here again and no where else.

banyan tree phuket is a super high-end resort that provided us a luxurious, very comfortable and tranquil stay with excellent service. the staff was always very attentive and helpful, providing directions to local conveniences, booking and communicating with the taxi cab drivers. we had a wonderful experience here on our honeymoon and really enjoyed our relaxing stay. the rooms are gorgeous and very comfortable, with a private jacuzzi/hot tub in the backyard. the facilities were very clean, the pool was terrific and the resort itself very scenic, with a private beach. staff cleaned our rooms twice a day and we received a 2 for 1 special at the spa. the spa treatment was much more expensive than most of phuket but by american standards, fairly priced for great service received. breakfast buffet was amazing, with all sorts of local and fresh thai foods, vegetables, fruits and juices. despite being a little far (25-30 minutes from the airport by taxi and 45 minutes from patong), we highly recommend banyan to any honeymooners or couples looking for a romantic get-away, nested away from hectic tourist areas but close enough where you still get that exposure. just note that phuket is twice as pricey as other cities so this will not be the cheap thailand getaway you usually hear about.

I am a Hotelier and I was amaze of the excellent service that we got from every single employee of the Hotel. Bell boys, receptionists, Rooms Division Director who even met us and welcomed us to the beautiful Hotel, restaurant staff, cleaning ladies. Check-in and check-out easy and personalized. Excellent facilities even for kids, beautiful and spotless room, nice gym and the best breakfast we had in Phuket, we stayed in other 5 star Hotels before Mai House but I really wanted to try this Hotel because of the excellent reviews and I am so glad I did. Next time I go back to Phuket will be just to stay the whole stay at Mai House. Extremely recommended to anyone. Location is on Patong Hill so 5 minutes from the center with beautiful views of the sea. You should try their cocktails at the Mai Sky Bar while enjoying the sunset!

I have stayed @ many hotels in Phuket, but I have to say this Hotel is the most newest.Staff are really friendly, nothing is to much trouble for them. Location is great, but as I said Lakeside has no shortcut entry-exit to shopping mall after 10.00pm. Whereas Beachside has easy entry-exit 24 hrs to Jungceylon, which is a nice modern shopping centre, But I had just come from Chiang Mai so I noticed many more promotions in the Robinson's Department store there than Phuket. Many sales of 20% discount in Chiang Mai compared to Phuket. If you're smart you do shopping @ Bangkok, or Chiang Mai. The only thing is every Robinsons doesn't have all the same Brands & styles in all stores. Phuket Town cheaper, but same thing, don't have all same styles. If you have time you should stop off 2 days @ Bangkok & check out what you like and then compare. And on the return flight home ,stop off @ Bangkok to do your shopping. It's probably a 400-500mtr walk to Patong Beach from the Hotel, but I found the pool @ the hotel more than adequate. I would say if you take the children,it's a great hotel, If you want a little more quite ambiance, then don't stay on school holidays. I would'nt say it was really noisy, but if you want a quite time, maybe don't stay in Poolside rooms. I would give this Hotel a 4 star rating.

Just when I was beginning to feel jaded about Phuket, a weekend at The Naka Phuket has changed my perspective. I can only describe The Naka Phuket as simply spectacular. While many hotels in Phuket (or around the world) call themselves luxury and being a 5-star standard (almost 80% failed to live up to the standard!), The Naka Phuket, even though it is still half completed, has lived up, if not exceeded, its reputation being a truly luxury hotel. A hotel that I would ranked alongside the likes of Alila Uluwatu in Bali. Located in a secluded part of Phuket on the west coast, The Naka Phuket has its own private beach (clean, white sand), a large infinite swimming pool, a decent well-equipped gym, a beautifully constructed dining area (food was fantastic even as simple as pizzas)…last but not least - stunning and spacious pool side villas. My villa has all the state-of-the-art equipments, a balcony offering stunning view of the sea, comfortable king-size bed, full access wifi reception, indoor/outdoor shower areas, decent size villa pool. You can only wonder in awe by the architect who designed these villas. Have to mention the extremely helpful and friendly staff at the hotel (especially Komon, Ying and the restaurant staff), they were always eager to help, wearing a big smile while attending to your needs. This is what deepens the memory of a great hotel, the people. I simply cannot wait for the hotel to be completed - the Naka Phuket has simply raised the bar! P.S. there are several hotels with the name "naka" attached to it, make sure it is The Naka Phuket.

We were looking for a 5-stars hotel to stay and Sala came up. At first we were hesitated because the location is at the upper part of Phuket and 1 hr drive from main Phuket town. But once we were here, we really appreciated all the private and remote of the area. The beach entirely belong to the hotel and it gave us sense of real privacy. However, if you looking to explore other part of Phuket, it is very far. The staff and the service were immaculated. We booked "Garden Villa with Private Pool". The room itself in the large area with others villas (1 bulding contain 2 rooms with private pool and 2 rooms upstair). So not as private as "1BR villa"but we did not encountered any disturbances. The pool is very large and enjoyable to use, much larger size than most private pool we have had at other places. The pool area is total private and we actually enjoy the outdoor bathroom! Mosquito management is amazing. Probably the best pest control of all 5-stars i had visited.

Where to start? First and foremost the team was amazing. Helpful, friendly and took care of our every need from transport from in-resort tuktuk to check out We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights in a Pool Suite. The view was incredible! Best ever. Baba nest has the best view in Phuket period. DO reserve in advance though - was not informed of this by the hotel management until we arrived and they told us that it was fully booked for the entire time we were there (would've been nice if was informed beforehand) Food was also incredible at BABA SOUL FOOD - ate there 3 nights in a row! The chef there is really talented. Avoid Baba Chino though - took expensive and mediocre taste. Good job Sri Panwa team! Best villa experience ever. (We have stayed at The Shore Katathani before and this place beats that place flat) A must stay, worth every freakin baht. Oh and FREE MINIBAR WITH FREE BEER !(never heard of this before) --> amazing

This is our second stay at U Zenmaya, Phuket this summer. An amazing hotel in all respects. Lovely setting with a nice view over the sea. Big, comfortable and very well equipped rooms. The best buffet breakfast you can dream of and a very friendly and helpful staff. This time with younger family members and pool-lovers, we stayed at two Deluxe Seaview Pool Access rooms, each 50m2. Lovely and well worth the extra price, if you are pool lovers. Not the cheapest Phuket hotel, far from. But with the exceptional quality, it is well worth the price paid. We have already bboked rooms for another stay at U Zenmaya in November and once more look forward to their amazing facilities and services.

Unbeatable 5 star resort on Phuket. Booked a 1 bedroom sea view, but upon arrival found out they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom penthouse. 150m2 appartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 60m2 rooftop balcony. State of the art equiped with 3 lcd tv's, and 4 airconditioning units. Swimming pool great and restaurant excellent as well. The restaurant is relatively expensive, but that seems to be the trend for hotel-restaurants everywhere in Thailand. 2 minor points of criticism: - Each bed had 4 pillows, but all are of the same type. Rather hard and thick, while feathered pillows should be the standard. - The sea on this side of Phuket is not really made for swimming. Sand is very coarse and water shallow up to 300 meters from the shore. Keep in mind that these minor downsides are close to neglectable. We spend 1 month in Thailand, and stayed exclusively in 5 star accomodations, of which none came close to the Serenity Resort

a very nice hotel very well located. the beach is the kata noi beach and is amazing. i have been to many hotels in phuket and the beach is the bext i have seen. the place is quiet and very romantic. will defintely go back there. the room was very confirtable and modern, nicely decorated. Take the suite, not a bid fdifference of price but amazingly romantic and big. i advise this hotel for both family and couples for an honey moon or soemthing else. the breakfast was good too. the best in phuket.

Our stay was one of the best in the past 22 years of visiting Phuket. Since we always rent a moped the location was no problem. The hotel is located on a steep hill but they provide a shuttle service that runs every 5 mins. We never had to wait for a shuttle service. We used the pool several times and it was clean and enjoyable. The pools are a little small but there are three to chose from. We stayed in a ocean view jacuzzi room which was a special internet (AGODA SPECIAL) price. The in room jacuzzi was large enough for a couple and had hot / cold water. The bed was firm but that is typical of all Phuket hotels.

Amazing- the entire stay was incredible. I have never felt so relaxed in my life. The food was great (a little pricey but you can understand why when they are so isolated) and the hotel and facilities were like nothing I have ever seen before - would definitely stay there again! A few things to be aware of though - dont tru and make your way to the santhiya late at night, stay a night in phuket if your plane arrives late and then it is easy and cheap to navigate there with the local speedboat and taxis. It's also a bit challenging to get off the Island, the easiest way to do so is with the hotels private speedboat but this is quite pricey- you can take the local speed boat or ferry into phuket if you have the patience at 1/10th of the price! All totally worth it, this place is unforgettable and totally amazing - best for couples or families with older children

hotel the shore is simply the best hotel i have ever tried (compare with banyan tree phuket, evason hau yin). it is located one side of the beautiful and clean beach kata noi. villas on a small hill which gives a sense of safety to sleep near the sea. walking distant to two local restaurants if you dun like the food of the hotel restaurant. however, it takes 30-45 mins to phuket town, patong beach or phuket airport. the villa is terrific!!! cannot be better. i like the beige colour tone of the room which makes the room less oppression. spacious bedroom, bathroom and closet. the private pool is not big but it's good enough for taking a cool rest after sun-bathing. if you want to swim, go to the public pool which is not crowded at all. only 8-10 mins walk down to the beach. so it is recommended to stay in higher villas for better view. you can pay 100 baht for two beach chairs and spend the whole morning in beach kata noi. overall, i'm 100% satisfied with this hotel!!!

I took a mid night flight from Hong Kong to Phuket, and I was going to participate a wedding ceremony held in Angsana Laguna Phuket Hotel on the next day evening. I requested late check in and late check out when I book the room 3 weeks before my arrival to hotel. I even sent request to the hotel through its online chatroom on their website. I receive no reply or any confirmation about the special request even till I check in at hotel. I only found that in my order, there was stated special request as Late Check in & Late check out, but the receptionist couldn't confirm it. The receptionist asked me to confirm it on the next day before the normal check out time. I was there at 03ish, I was so exhausted, I would like to have a rest till the late minutes before check out. I worried about any extra charge for the late check out. After my request of re-confirmation at the reception, finally the staff kindly offer me a late check out at 1400 on the next day. Staff are nice anyway.The hotel is beautiful, i love the poolside restaurant much. I would come again for my vacation later.

hotel has been taken over by swissotel on 1 april - so after our original booking. we were upgraded from a 2 bed appartment to a 3 bed appartment which was enormous. also had a huge wrap around balcony as it was on the top (3rd) floor of the hotel. kitchen is basically a fridge sink and microwave so no cooker. but it's so cheap to eat oiut we didn't or wasnt going to use that anyway. pool is great and the hotel was busy for easter weekend but quieter afterwards. lots of families and extended families on holiday so wouldnt recommend for young couple. beach is literally a 5 min walk away (if that). best part of kamala beach too as it's away from the main drag. beach was beautiful and wonderful for the children. there was a tsunami alert whilst we were there and we had to evacuate - but this was just a walk up the mountain/hill behind the hotel. we were very lucky and nothing happened. however just be mindful that this could happen and think what you'd need in a grab bag - mosquito repellant - wet and dry flannels - towels to sit on - torch and your valuables and passports (not suitcase just small bag. breakfasts were wonderful withy best poached eggs made to order i've ever tasted. children ate too many of the wonderful pastries though! happy hour (2 for 1) is between 4 and 7 and includes all drinks - even childrens milkshakes so worth having one (or 2) before leaving the pool to get ready for a night out. kamala - as most of phuket is serviced by what they call the taxi mafia - just over priced taxis. grab a taxi from the airport & it's baht. try to get their number to use again if possible. if not it's baht return journey from taxis near hotel.

i stayed at the cape sienna phuket hotel for one night, and i regret to not stay longer. the hotel is great. the room is great with modern designs and a very reasonable price. but the hotel is very quiet, maybe i stayed there not on the high season. the breakfast is also very good, the restaurant is very nice. i got the chance to sit at the sofa which is very nice and also the view is nice. i didn't get the chance to go to vanilla sky bar, by the looks outside it looks very nice. i will definetely go back to the cape sienna phuket hotel. a very nice hotel.

racha hotel is an amazing beautiful place for honeymoon guests, and you can email their reception and they will confirm you about honeymoon settings and free fruit/wine package.the villa is very good with large room and tidy settings, and the most funning thing of racha is to diving and it's an excellent experience and you will see a lot of colorful fishes and beautiful under-sea sights. it's definitely derservable to stay in racha over night to discover its beautiful aspects and free enjoy diving, and i assume that racha is the best diving place of phuket and get the best sand/beach around. it's perfect and recommended for young couples, and i will choose racha without doubt if i return phuket next time.

Honesty to say that it will be a excellent memory in my mind. The overview of hotel should in the top 10 ranking of Phuket hotels. There some points lay in below: 1. Everybody is smiling and friendly. 2. the efficiency of service is high. they can make good service for you whatever how late it is. 3. ICON(2nd FL restaurant) restaurant is the top class. Food is fresh and good tasty.(items also colorful, eastern and western both can enjoy food there. servicing is the best, they are coming to service for you when you are present here. Especially Inga, She is really professional,smart and friendly. There i am also lay something need improvement: 1. The lake water and edge of lake is not so clean, pls try to clean it monthly. and for the lake water, it cannot be refresh. So, the senior management of hotel can consider to negotiation with gov. that to make a Chanel link to the sea. so, everyday the water will be refresh by the sea. 2. Pls set up more travel guide counter, other ways it will spend our more time. Any way, I am happy to living here and i will come back next time. Thanks&Best regards

We heard good feedback from friends about their stay at Indochine Resort and decided to stay when we went for our short vacation in Phuket. Before the trip, we researched on the website about this resort. There were a number of not so good feedback, especially one Japanese guy whom we thought is too highly critical. However, given the very positive feedback by our friends, we are not too concerned about those comments we saw on Agoda website. We stayed at the ocean front room and the view of the patong bay was absolutely spectacular and breathtaking! Think this is the only place in the world where you can have three landscaping views (mountains, sea and sky) all thrown in. The best part is that we get to enjoy all these without the noise if we were to stay somewhere near Patong Beach. Good quality furniture and fittings were used and room was clean as well. Service was excellent too. However, have to be more patient as with most hotels or resorts in Thailand, the staffs take a longer time to understand what we want. We had the breakfast which was part of the deal – the spread was not too bad. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and it is a pity that we had to go back so soon. This has become one of our favorite places to stay when we visit Phuket and we will highly recommend this to our friends and family who will be visiting Phuket.

This was our last hotel during our three week stay in Thailand. I have to say that this stay was on top of our list of best hotels in Phuket. For the money, our accomdations were excellent and we enjoyed spending time at the hotel. One of the most helpful and amicable staff members was a lady by the name of Alice. She helped us with requests and inquiries promptly and courteously. Also, Chan at the main lobby was excellent in helping us to check out effortlessly. As for the accomodation, the room was very big and full of ammenities that made for a comfortable rest and stay. One thing of note is the hotel's location. It is far from nightlife in Patong(which we really did not mind). We just wish there was at least a convenience store nearby or a few accessible restaurants that serve thai cuisine. Overall, a memorable stay in Phuket that we will not forget!

I have always wanted to stay at The Royal Phuket Yatch Club Hotel since I got to know the hotel when I was training Muay Thai at Rawai 5 years ago. Then, Nai Harn beach was the final picture perfect beach where the umbrella mafias have yet set their sight on. Sadly to say, today, they have came and took hold of the beach. The beach has since been slightly dirty than it was. Yet, the color of the water is still azure blue, one of the final one in Phuket! I hope it will not turn into the next Patong. Well, I decided to have my first leg of honeymoon at Nai Harn, staying at The Royal Phuket Yatch Club. The whole trip was fantastic! On arrival, we were 5 hours earlier than our check-in time. However, the hotel staff allow us to check-in to a room that was available, and that room was an upgrade to the standard room that we booked on Agoda! We got the Grand Superior Room with deck-chair balcony, sofa on the balcony, sunken bath and a roomier room. As I did mentioned on my booking that this was our honeymoon, we were surprised with a welcome honeymoon cake and a basket of local fruits! How lovely is that :) The rest our stay was peaceful and relaxing! Breakfast with the ocean view was breathtaking. The almost empty pool was enjoyable for some good swim. The sofa on the balcony was a good place to have a drink or two to the sound of the wind and the pounding waves on Nai Harn beach. The hotel's own umbrella chairs on the beach, keep away the touts from coming near. The negative points are the tad bit hummy-noisy air conditioning system in the room and mosquito at the balcony. Overall, a great hotel even though it is more than 10 years old.

Knowing that it was a soft opening, I was prepared for the worst. what I had found blew my mind.... The location was far fro. Phuket city, but that was tge main reason why you wanna go there....quiet and great view. we had a duplex and the room was all glass wall....so ocean all around. the staff were nice and friendly. the hotel overall desogn was lovely and amazing. Love the beanbags by the pool. you get oceanbreeze all day long here. my boyfriend and I have been in many 5 stars hotel..and yet, we love this little boutique hotel. the upsides: - amazing view from room. great pool size overlooking ocean. you wake up to the beach - private beach...meaning nice clean and quiet area - oceanbreeze all around - lovely room...all white walls and glass - lovely local staffs.....nice and genuine and friendly. they will do their best to make it happen for you. if you are expecting 5 stars service like St.Regis...you are in the wrong place. the downsides are: - lightout lasted a few hours.eaning tram was occaaionally...not working. given that this is a new development area. - soft opening..so u see a few WIP here and there. but all major areas like restaurants and pools are all nicely finished. - flies....the concept of the hotel is open area..so expect a few flies. Tip: - get a deplex for better view and space - the hotel is full of stairs. so make sure you can do stairs walk - it is far from Phuket city. so rent a car. - room service (thai food) is pretty good. (judged by me...a Thai)

When we drove up to this resort, I was thinking wow this is an amazing property, wish it's where we are staying. Then I saw the sign and we all got excited. It has some serious curb appeal. We drove up, parked our car and saw a lot of construction still going on. Security called for 2 golf carts to come down and pick up our luggage and the 3 of us. We took a steep and dangerous ride, passengers in the back need to hang on for dear life. The reception desk is located outdoors under some of the architecture. A pool wraps around the front of some of the pool access rooms. It's beautiful, but in an Ikea sort of way. Our room, the sea view room, while somewhat stylish looks great with a wonderful view but that's just the surface. If you stay in the room, you will find that there's only about 2 outlets inside and 1 outlet on the balcony. The wifi signal was a bit weak but I speedtested it and it measured in at 5Mb up and down. The finishes in the room are pretty low quality but I've found that with a lot of Phuket hotels. The restroom facilities are bad as they give you pretty much no privacy. I wouldn't recommend it for a family stay. With only 2 outlets, you have to plug in the hair dryer outside of the restroom area. The doors are glass and frosted in some parts but lend very little privacy. The toilet room is separated from the shower but the door only goes part way up letting every little noise you make out into the living space. Water pressure was low on the rainfall showerhead. The bathroom counter hardly had any usable space, you better learn to live tight. Beds are super firm. There wasn't much consideration with regard to safety so you better watch your kids. The ride up to the property was dangerous as is the property itself. Every doorway has a ledge so the moment you step out, you are falling down and you can really hurt yourself if you're not careful. This is the place you stay and never want to go back home. It is totally relaxing with vast manicure lawn, private beach, and quiet location away from Patong area, but only 10 kms from Phuket city center. I went to this hotel for the second time in two months and booked another vacation for next month and believed there would be many more to come. Beautiful hotels are easy to fine in this price range, but the staff make all the difference at The Regent Phuket Cape Panwa. They were attentive but not intrusive. They always tried their best to meet your needs. For example, with the pool villa I booked, I was entitled to a free afternoon tea set each day. On the check-in day, I noticed other guests had a beef burger in their set. I told a waitress right away that I didn't eat beef. I expected that my set would be one piece short of the normal set or they would just give me one more of something else that they already prepared. But, to my amazement, the chef freshly made me a burger with chicken and avacado with creamy sauce which was very yummy! They absolutely had me again. With my two stays at this place, the first time I chose a pavilion which was a house in itself. The bedroom was attached to a balcony with separate bathroom. Inside the bathroom, there were separated shower and toilet. The bath was full-size. This time I booked a pool villa. When the butler opened the door to the room/house, I felt like I was moved into another world, perhaps paradise. The bedroom was similar to the pavilion, but twice the size with separate level for the living room. Two sides of the wall were windows from ceiling to floor. (The blinds could be easily opened and closed from your bed panel.) You can watch the panoramic view from your bed all day long. Or, better yet, sink in the private jacuzzi pool and enjoy the view. Stunning property with amazing service. The best in Phuket!

totally amazing place. we had a sea view room, it was high, quiet, spacious and very well equipped. Even though it was fully booked during peak season it doesn't feel crowded. the pool is lovely and there are plenty of quiet spaces too. the breakfast is simple and pleasent, again lots of space and never crowded. they provide a shuttle bus to beach and town but it's a nice walk, there are many small bars close by as well as local food options. this is my favourite hotel in Phuket by a long way, I would highly recommend it to couples and those who like great facilities, peace and quiet and don't mind a short walk to the action. top tip, download and use Grab for your taxis. there always seems to be a driver nearby

I don't use to write often a review but this time I wanted to share with you our experience regarding our stay in this facility where I booked initially 2 days to stay but decided to extend to one week despite some negatives aspects described below: Let me start with the positive points: Wonderful hotel, wonderful view, extremely quiet, Incredibly clean, you feel yourself out of the world, the only sound you hear is the wave of the ocean, the sound of water falls everywhere around the hotel and the birds signing.. If you are in honeymoon or in romantic escape then it's the place where you need to be. Check-in is fast, welcome is warm, staff is friendly like everywhere in Thailand. Room are big, well equipped, decoration is ZEN_attitude style which is matching the spirit of the hotel. Mattress are new and comfortable, Nespresso machine with enough complimentary water. Rooms are spread around the facility and not in one building where you will cross all customers in corridors or elevators like in most of hotels or resorts, you feel yourself in pedestrian village within a tropical green and flowers. Most beautiful pool view in Phuket, fantastic Gym facility overlooking the bay… The breakfast is great with all kind of food, fruits and drinks are fresh, it is a lunch itself… We went to many places in Phuket but nothing could equal this Hotel in term of location, environment and services. Negative points: Fare from everywhere which is normal if we are looking for a quiet place. The most inconvenient point is the food, actually they have very limited choice of restaurants, only 2, one is open all day and second (the Italian restaurant) open only at lunch and dinner time and last order at 10h30 so if you are in the city and arrive late then the only choice is to have room service!!! If you stay more than 2 days then the food becomes a challenge as you will be almost eating same thing every day.. For the bar, it's really disappointing as they close at 11pm, incredible when
