This place was different level. The service was amazing. From the moment i stepped out of my Uber; every need was met with the utmost attention. Every single employee of this hotel deserves an award. They are all very well informed/trained and curated the most beautiful experience for my girlfriend and I. We will be back every time we visit puerto rico !

Place is great. They are renovating so the eating area was a little cramp. But its great...That is my go to hotel when I'm in Puerto Rico

The pool should be cleaned daily and the pool areas (plants) needs maintenance.. the water of the pool was not clear.. needs better maintenance. ..

Nothing but great things to say from the friendly staff, to the convenient location, to the yummy cuisine location inside the hotel, infinity pool and spacious hot tub....best stay in San Juan!

The Hyatt Bayamom was located about 20-30 minutes' ride from Condova, the busy beach city center. So with Uber it took me about $11-17 to go to old San Juan or Condova. Because it was a holiday season, we paid about $290 per night including taxes ($250, the rate only). This resort certainly is beautiful. Rooms and all the facilities were lovely. It’s very remote which is tough — a one way trip from the airport added $80 to the already expensive stay. Great location if you want the feel of old town Puerto Rico many places to eat and shop at by walking you will love the food and people weather is great can not tell you any thing that you would not like. will come back soon.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff is constantly cleaning, which I have never seen in any other hotel. The pool by the main hotel is excellent, but if you take a short free shuttle ride to the Golf course, you get a much more spacious pool and less crowded. Great place for a relaxing time, yet its got many things to do. From Kayaking, Paddleboard, to laying at one of their beach gazebos, catching a ride to Gilligans island on their private boat. Good facilities for that place area

Good for the price but need to improve the humidity issue in the rooms. The rooms in the main buildings are ok and spacious.

I Stay a Wekeend, Great Place if you gone vist center and nort island. They are very close to recibo, Ouletts in barceloneta caverns of camuy, running horses in manatí beach and to visit cave window, to know a little bit of Puerto Rican culture in Arecibo Lighthouse or to jump in parachute.

Horrible. The staff is so rude, it seems like they actually are trying to make you feel unwelcome. Don't buy drinks there, WAY overpriced and Walgreens is around the corner. Or better yet, stay somewhere else.

We stayed on two separate occasions during the course of one week. Only downfall was the coffee, very weak no alternatives, had to take a Uber to Get a good cappuccino or latte. I would only go back there if they got a good expresso machine like the Marriott casino in Condado.

It was a great place. I will stay here again. The rooms are very comfortable. Loved the casino. Loved sitting outside. And using the pool. I was very happy with it. The service was good the staff was awesome.

We stayed for 1 night and it was fine, small rooms but the place has character, everything a little old but not bad at all, the a/c made alot of noise but wasn't really a issue, the bar was cool but was right next to our room although noise wasn't an issue (apart from a/c), couldn't get the television to receive a good enough picture to watch which was a bit annoying, ...

Let's be frank. It is truly regrettable the fact that unless you pay $18.95 for indoor parking or $25 for Valet parking, you would have a hell of a time to park your rental. The hotel had a pool and hot tub which made the stay very positive. The front desk staff were awesome. Special thanks to Scarlet who was super helpful. The facilities were acceptable. The only complaint was that breakfast was a little crowded at times and the food was sometimes dry. The location and price were excellent.

We were very disappointed in the quality of the shower. You could not maintain water pressure or temperature. Everything else was great. The staff was nice. Our room had a good view. Felt the hotel charged a larger fee but delivered less than the quality such a fee should cover.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The employees were great and the hammocks by the pool were so nice. We only wish we had stayed longer.

I got over charged and is dirty

The location of the hotel was good. More than enough bars and restaurants within walking distance. But didn't have to leave the property to have fun at night. Casino on site was fun. Great experience, a little small (especially the bathroom) but otherwise great. Staff was great. Rich offered plenty of help and even took us out to a local drum music event. Great service~

Overall, very good. You cannot beat the location- the beach, convenience stores, restaurants and bars are only a step away and you are paying much less than the vast majority of hotels in the area. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast, however, was underwhelming and the walls are a bit thin with the rooms being so close together. Thus noisy guests can so...
