Located in Batam Island, The nearest Sumatera Island to Singapore, The BCC Hotel & Residence reflects in its architecture and personality of batam's multicultural uniqueness. Drawn with every conceivable luxury, the facility and landscapes portray convenience as the residence's top priority.

Pros- Idyllic Amazing natural sand bank 'island' formation. 'Sank' during high tide, the S shape sand bank only revealed during low tide, which is early morning. Best time is sunrise- low tide, we find. Kids can play at the private pool right outside the living area. Parents can relax inside aircon living area while kids play water outside. Excellent friendly staffs ...

The hotel looks better in person. It's new, so there weren't much people around. There are still a few things being constructed, but it didnt' bother us at all. The beach area was BEAUTIFUL. I did not expect that wide of a shoreline. The water was great, but then again since it's Bintan there was still the occasional oil spillage you'll spot later on probably on the so...

If you seek a relaxing beach vacation at a secluded high-end resort then Angsana Bintan is an excellent choice. The sister resort Banyan Tree 7 mins. walk away is slightly more luxurious and is also recommended. When I made the booking I was somewhat concerned about several reviews on this and other websites criticizing various aspect of the resort. However, after my ...

First of all, Wishing all of you guys a Very happy new year! We must say this was our first trip to Batam. Read the reviews beforehand about your hotel, Da Vienna and we had decided that we wanted to stay here. After going through the booking procedure, we decided to contact the hotel staff via Whatsap. We first got in touch with Dika, he was very prompt and professio...

For someone like me who is super picky on the comfy of the bed. I would say that this is one of the best bed that I ever slept in..Super comfy..Room was very clean. Housekeeping seriously did a great job. Breakfast was included. Not really that ideal for me and my husband. They were more on hot item like rice and noodle. Not our type of breakfast. I book a suite room a...

Staying at the Grands I hotel was definitely a good move for my best friend and I. We really enjoyed our stay as it was really convenient in terms of being walking distance to the Nagoya Hill Mall and also the ferry terminal. Travelers should expect to pay around 50k - 60k Rupiah (~ SGD$5 - SGD$6) for your taxi from HarbourBay ferry terminal to the hotel and not more...

Hi readers, Let me begin by saying that this is my 2nd time staying in this resort . I will take you approximately 1 hour from the Ferry Terminal to this paradise. We booked the Deluxe Garden room since the Ocean Suite was fully booked. My expectations was the same as of my 1st visit however we find it that during this 2nd visit we were not given welcome drink upon ar...

The hotel was a 10 - 15 minutes drive away from the Batam Central ferry terminal, albeit inconvenient for some, in a more quiet and less busy side of the island. We arrived abit earlier than expected and were allowed to check in early and the staff even greeted us with welcome drinks. Room was exactly as pictured on the site and was clean. The toilet was so spacious a...

Great location offering fantastic view of the Barelang bridge and surrounding islands. Hotel room is typical Harris standard, expect no luxury but decent enough quality. Water sports can be better managed to attract more crowd. For 45/60-minutes gateaway from Singapore, for family with young and older kids, this is perfect.

My bf and I had our first short trip and decided to go to this hotel in Bintan. Indeed we made a very good choice. The hotel is beautiful, the room is spacious and the amenities are new. We are on the highest floor and the view from our room is awesome. The lake view on the left side and Plaza Lagoi and the sea view on the right. There is also an entertainment room whe...

Was very impressed with the hospitality and cleanliness of this hotel. If you are in Batam, this an excellent hotel to stay in and feel safe. Though a little bit off from Batam Centre and Nagoya, it is easily accessible and the best part is there is no forceful taxi drivers that dictate your mode of transportation. You can easily book grab with out any fear or reprisal...

Very nice. I will go back to stay when I go back to Batam again. It is my second home at Batam from now if the services, room cleanliness, hygiene and overall accommodation standard never drop. For me, the hotel is in good location. It is near BCS Mall (Batam Center Shopping Mall), behind the hotel is Top 100, with local shop (eyes opening to me) and a wet market. Ther...

The direct ferry makes it very convenient to get to the resort, although it takes an extra hour to get to the island. The staff are very friendly and well spoken. They will try their best to cater to your needs. Food in the resort is slightly pricey, but breakfast was fantastic. If you'd like, you can rent a car (250,000 IDR/way) to go out to the local hawker centre fo...
Cheap places to stay in Riau Islands

The owners Lisa and her husband are both very welcoming, and Lisa was around most days to give advice on local markets, travel, shopping, basically anything I asked she helped me with. She took me on a tour of tje local market and made sure I paid the right prices, and helped arrange anything I needed. The rooms are basic and a bit old, but clean and totally fine for a...

It was a great room. Bathroom, TV and lots of privacy. The only issue is that the front desk ordered me a very expensive taxi ride to the airport:-( I specifically said a cheap ride. But I had a meter taxi and I was not aware. He quoted me a price of 17000 and the taxi charged me 120000.

it's OK and everything is reasonabld. super cheap. the place is easy to find. there's a minimarket and eatery nearby. the only problem is there's a very noisy guest (which you can hear from 3rd floor to the ground floor) and the staff do nothing about it.

It was a one pleasant week stay. Location is 10-15mins walk to kepri mall and nearby got food court. If you are lazy to walk or explore the surrounding just order food via grab or gojek it will be very convenient. The place is not difficult to find. WiFi is quite fast. To Nagoya mall will just be 15mins drive (car/bike) and its very cheap. Check in/out process was quic...

- Good value for money for aircond room with queen size bed & TV. - Friendly & helpful owner who provided me with info on how to get around Batam. He even gave me a ride to the main road where there are food stalls selling local food. - Owner of guesthouse will clean/tidy the room everyday - 1 bottle of drinking water is provided everyday. Water dispenser also ava...

i'm impressed. Even though the hotel is cheap, they have a clean bathroom, it's not something that you can get for a cheap hotel. the hot shower is also working superb. other than that the bed was normal nothing special but it doesn't matter. The hotel also near the nagoya shopping mall which is great, and also you can find a food to eat next to the hotel.

The reception is good and communication in english was pretty possible (easier than in other parts of the island). The breakfast contains noodles, rice, toast, margarine, marmelade and eggs coffee, tea. Unfortunately it is smoking allowed everywhere and many are still doin it. Outside is a Mall with shopping, dining and supermarket so a fine location. A bigger, more mo...

Pleasant, clean and nice to stay. Best budget hotel that i have known in Batam. It is closed to nagoya hill plaza which is just opposite accross the street. Mean while behind the hotel not so far there is the Citywalk. There is area for kids play ground. For kuliners beside accross the right street there is The Winsor food and drinks area. I will surely recommend this...

The hotel is quite nice and well taken care of. pros: -staff are very pleasant and attentive. Also,Indeed very friendly and helpful in all our inquiries. -the breakfast buffet is mostly local dish. -location is walking distance of 2 blocks to the mall and other necessity shops. -the hotel got their own massage spa on the ground floor. there’s no need to roam further. ...

Shouldn't really smoke around lift area and hallways. Just smoke outside. Great location and friendly front counter staff. Breakfast is average though fine for the star rating, no condense milk for tea and coffee which they do really need. I lived with out it. Just cook up toast and bring your Vegemite tub with you and have it with a coffee or tea. Remember, y...

Can't ask for more when I pay hostel rate but get excellent budget hotel service. Only complaint is the hotel is always near fully booked so they almost never check guests in early or allows late check out no later than half hour. Housekeeping is ever so helpful and friendly. Due to high demand, reception not always positive to meet our special requests. But the ...

Good location around 6 mins walk from Ferry terminal, room facing the sea, below of hotel, you can find a coffee shop that are selling drink and finger foods, staff are polite and nice, room are spacious, but facility are bit old, the first night, the broadsheet is not clean, obviously let me check in to unclean room, but i'm tired so i just ignore, the second time i ...

A perfect, no frills stay at Gloris Hotel. Check in was swift, and staff were welcoming. Security was present throughout the stay. I got a superior room (windowless). Situated at level 2, it provides basic amenities such as a proper bed, in room telephone, and squeaky cardboard with a variety of hangers, satellite television, empty cardboards and drawers. Despite the ...

the location enjoys beautiful views and is very peaceful. the room was spacious and well maintained. it is an exceptionally calm and well- appointed hotel. the air-conditioned library is a distinguishing feature. excellent service and efficient airport shuttle.

It's a perfect place if you don't come for a beach holiday but to do some sports or stop by on your way somewhere. I came for a cycling trip and slept here on my way to Tanjung Pinang. For such purposes this is the best option in Lagoi considering the very high prices of the other hotels and resorts. The facilities leave something to desire. The shower was broken, and...

Hotel room good and clean.value for money.aircon and hot water is good.room amenities its nice.Local channel very clean and good.power point only have Two pin type but staff give power adapter.its really nice and good.i give 5start and give high recommendation.

Hotel & Room is good at cheap price, near some good restaurants and Super market. But slightly far to Batam center. not many intersting place in Batam island. but Food is delicous and cheap. No good place for swimming or Beach. is dirty for swimming. it's far to go from place to place for sightseeing.

We travel to Bintan as a couple. This is actually our second trip. On our first trip we came through BBT, which is the port at the resort and it is pretty much the secluded part of the island. For this time, we want to see the people and the city. And we are so lucky to find Panorama, it is quite close to the port & the city. Even if it is close, the hotel also gives c...

Hotel itself is in the same building as a mall like Joo Chiat centre. Ideal for families that has parents that loves to shop for apparels that are suitable for them. There is also a eating place at the same building. Hotel staff is helpful to assist us to book a cab when we deaprt. Cheers.

We were very happy with our stay at H3, the hotel is fairly basic in terms of facilities, but the locations is great for exploring the town, and Hendra on the from desk helped us greatly on planning and arranging what to do during our stay on the island. Thanks!

very clean, 15 minutes driving to Nagoya area. 15 minutes driving to Batam ferry, which is ok because we drive. The room is spacious with nice decoration. The only suggestion i have is that there was no hot water for a shower. It will be great if this can be improved! Overall, we were satisfied and Will stay again, especially in hot seasons when we dont need hot wate...

Cheap and no frills Within 5 mins walk to Nagoya Hill Shopping Centre and eateries Polite and helpful staff Comfortable bed It is a budget hotel with good location so do not expect much. Simple breakfast consisted of fried noodles, fried rice, boiled eggs and bread when we were there over the weekend. Simple but tasteful.

I happen to visit Batam with family for one night stay here at Planet Holiday hotel. We visited Batam View Beach resort for a weekend away from our hectic jobs in Singapore. We booked two adjoining superior rooms. my third stopover on batam, and first stay at goodway. what a delightful hotel. very spacious rooms, well equipped bathroom, desk, comfortable bed, good restaurant service and lovely staff. centrally located in nagoya, the hotel is probably the oldest of the larger hotels on the island, and is a bit of a 'blast from the past' with a degree of elegance and style. defini...

We booked a Deluxe Double City View room with a king bed & bf. It was our first time staying here and below are our thoughts : Pros : 1. Nongsa Point Marina has its beauty of its own. Nestled in a beautiful island surrounded by clear crystal waters and different shapes of yacht floating creates the picturesque view of the resort. There were several confusion that happened. 1) I requested for rooms which are same level or near my other booking which was for my family who came to stay earlier than I do. Came as a group of 5. We had to spend 1 night in Batam to catch a plane early in the morning after watching Coldplay in Singapore. Stay was great with friendly staff and a very great relaxed vacation with sea view. Huge villa (3 storey) ! Definitely a great short getaway (thumbs up).
