Check in and out was rather slow even when there was no que. Breakfast selection of food was satisfactory. The ala carte food was so so only. the staff in the restaurant needs more training to be more attentive rather than having to be called for service. the salad bar is in a fridge and access is cumbersome. generally front desk staff are polite and friendly but need...

Good services, good location, safe,,,what more do you ask? This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Pekanbaru being a frequent visitor.Next to SKA mall, decent massage next door.Taxi and grab available easily..Food is good, however higher than normal..looking at the ambience and also comfort and of course cleanliness...Highly reconmmended..

It is a new hotel so the room is still clean, the furniture still new and well-function. Hotel staff is friendly and well-mannered. The picture and the real room is the same. Simple and quite spacious. The TV slightly small but it is working properly and lots of channels to choose. Not many additional facilities as it is 2 stars hotel but it is acceptable. The toile...

My expectation was no so high at the first time, considering the hotel is 3 star hotel. Surprisingly, among other three star hotel that i have stayed, BATIQA hotel pekan baru is one of the best. The room ambient, cleanliness and breakfast was great. The location is very close to the airport. Minor improvement is for the front desk staff.

I stay at the 7th floor, the second highest of the building, The price is reasonable for low budget traveler, The room is clean, The air conditioner is cold enough, The hot water is very quick, The location is near to walkable bridge and not too far away from the airport (around 20 minute on car) Overall, a recommended hotel to stay a day or two in Pekanbaru, Riau.

what i can say about this hotel... well the toilet is quite huge, although its not like other 5 star hotels but for a new 5 star hotel in riau it seems the best. facilities is above average, not perfect but for a new hotel is acceptable. it is quite expensive compared to the standard, it should be around and above. maybe because there is no other standard hotels near...

The food was satisfactory, and the pool area attractive. Little information was available about the city - we would have appreciated some help in this area as we were new to Riau Province.Rooms adequate and reasonable. Very convenient if you are just flying in and out of Pekanbaru - a shopping centre was 100 metres away but no pavement to walk on !

This week was the second time we stayed at Tune Hotel Pekanbaru. We back there because we are really satisfied with their services, their friendly and helpful staff, clean hotel (whole area of the hotel), fast internet (and free!!!!), closed to airport, located in city center, closed to restaurants. During our stay last time, it was still on promotion price, so we paid...

A bit far from city, but because I need a clean hotel near Eka Hospital, this is the best I can find. The best point I can say is that the hotel safe for children. I was frustrated to find affordable - no smoking - hotel room for I traveled with my baby, and then I found this one. One down side is, I booked for double bed but I got twin.

The hotel located 15-20 mins from the airport. The hotel provided free shutter services including airport and malls. There is mini market opposite and close at 10pm. The wifi connection was fast. The customer service is great and their room service is superbly quick as a three stars rating hotel. Will definitely go back to hotel Dafam if I go to PKU.

Lokasi dekat pusat...

For a very provincial city in Indonesia, the Grand Zuri Pekanbaru is probably of a high standard, but that's a minimum expectation given that it's not particularly cheap, with rooms starting at around. The main drawback is the noise. While very centrally located, with convenient access to malls and restaurants, the surrounding area is extremely noisy (traffic, mosqu...

This has been my first time to Pekanbaru after many years. This hotel had offered me a very nice environment, room, nearby eateries and spa facilities. It is located beside the main road of Jalan Riau but filtering off the noise of the busy street. Though the room’s lighting is not very bright but the soft and comfortable bed makes up for it. The hotel staff we f...

Cheap places to stay in Riau Province

A good experience staying at RedDoorz properties across Indonesia or other country. Feel comfortable with the friendly staff, the room also linen and other amenities is totally clean. This price is really value of money. Will recommend to others for staying here. Good job!

Normally for a low priced hotel I am generous with my reviews and don't judge them too harshly, because I don't expect 5 star service for a 1 star price. But for this hotel, there is no way I could say anything positive other than that the reception staff are very friendly and nice people. That is the only positive thing. The outside of the building looks fine, then y...

Stayed there for a week and was not expecting much because of price. Great staff service, extremely friendly, sat down with them nightly to have a good chat and they were very welcoming even showed me around. Location wise, i think it's ok, not in the heart of the town but walkable distance to 2 malls. Convenient stores are walkable distance away. Recommended.

I used Deluxe room at Pelangi Hotel. This hotel is recommended for you who want to stay at a comfortable cheap hotel. This hotel give you toothbrush and toothpaste. There is a shower with soap. But, the hot water with that shower did'nt work at all. Also, you wouldn't get a towel. TV in the room just has local channel, such as RCTI, Indosiar, Trans TV, Trans7, M...

The staff was great and so was the location. The price was very reasonable, You can buy beer about a 1/4 of a mile down the road across from the Christian church. It opens around 5 pm. This hotel is suitable for the locals. What a big letdown!Rundown bathroom with a broken sink,no mirror, broken and leaking pipe, room fitted with one light.Bath towel just enough to cover your! Breakfast gone with the wind if you are late! They don't make up your room! My room is stuffy and the lobby's sofa smelled like public toilet!

Our late check in was received by okay management, as somehow they wanted to check and chekc and check and check our voucher - which is kind of silly since they should just simply match up my ID with the info on their side . But the hotel itself is likable. Right in the center of the town. Clean and efficient. Breakfast is also fine - the hotel is good for transit n...

This one was good 3 star hotel, the value was for 3 star service quality, the real publish rate actually overrated but then reasonable after discount.
