Where to stay in Saitama Prefecture
Saitama Prefecture hotels & accommodations

I went there with my brother, the facilities except hotel room was very nice, especially I liked there sauna very much! and free coffee all the time, free massage chair, but it was uncomfortable that we cannot stay in the room from 10 am to 6pm due to the cleaning time. And, the double bed size was too small for us. If I have another chance to stay in Saitama, I would ...

Everything was meeting or above expectations except for the staff there. The two men who worked front desk were quite unfriendly and unwelcoming, especially considering the hospitality of most Japanese people in the service industry. Besides that, the hotel was very pleasant, had free parking and was and next to a large supermarket and bookstore!

Most enjoyable , located just a few minutes walk from rail & bus links , right next to a some excellent eating venues . The staff were excellent , helping me to find various attractions , sorting out the best transport options etc .My one gripe is the wifi is only available in the public areas , I would have liked to have conducted my correspondence in the privacy of m...

Easy to get to except for the last block where you have to go over a pedestrian overpass. The hotel entrance is at the foot of the overpass stairs. A great hotel. I had a nice comfortable spacious room. The breakfast buffet is super so I would suggest travelers should opt for the breakfast option. Also ask for a humidifier as the air around here is really dry. This hot...

Prince Hotels are always very neat and tidy, professional staff. Just a note, though it is next to a train station, it is the Hon-Kawagoe stations, not the JR Kawagoe station. Walking between the 2 is quite easy, about 10 minutes but if you are with luggage, take a taxi.

Helo I wish to recommend all the staff which attend to me and my Daughter during the 4d3n stAy with the team. They always greeted us with a smile and help us with all means even we had a challenge on communication. However this does not stop them from helping us or turning us down. The will do they best to help. I would also like to thanks Suzuki san as she is the...

I recommend this hotel for anyone who is staying for multiple nights in Tokyo and wants a hotel with more room than average (for Tokyo) that is close to a convenient train line. My wife and I really enjoyed the no-smoking room with kitchen table and chairs, a couch, and lots of in-room amenities (washer/dryer, fridge, a pod espresso machine, microwave, stove, etc.). ...

Stayed here as I wanted to be close to Saitama Super Arena for a show. Hotel was pleasantly good value and very clean. Didn't use the facilities but there were lots of guests who seemed to be enjoying their stay. If I'm visiting this area again, I'd have no issue staying here again.

Staying at hotel Myiama exceeded our expectation. Very attentive, kind, cheerful staff. Offered us free drinks during check in, then showed us all the facilities including the Japanese bath and sauna, how to use etc. The rooms were Japanese style and they had beautiful views to the river and mountain. They served free sliced ice sweets which was a real treat! It would...

Nagatoro is a beautiful little town on the banks of a perfect little river. Plenty of activities such boating, hiring a bicycle, temples. There are a variety of shops on the main street. The Ryokan is great. Both dinner and breakfast are luxurious, multiple courses. The staff will go to great lengths to make sure that everything is to your satisfaction. We didn't use t...

The staff are super nice. They are also very helpful. Everything is as clean as new. Location is 2 minutes walking from Warabi Station. 32 minutes to Tokyo. Easy to go around Saitama. 2,5km to Aeon mall where you can find any stuff to shop, Tax-refund counter is inside the mall also.

Went for a few days stay when i was going for a live concert held in SSA . Overall was quite satifying. Though the space is rather small but still acceptable for those who's only going for a short stay. The staffs are really friendly too. Th location is also convenient for accesses to stores and stations.

While it may not look like much from the entrance, the hotel has a lovely garden which the rooms face. The rooms are clean, have basic necessities such as toiletries, a hair dryer and kettle (actually a small pot and a mini induction stove). Seems to primarily be a business hotel. Hardly saw any other guests during the day so it was nice and quiet.

I stayed at the Kawaguchi Center Hotel to attend a concert at the nearby Saitama Super Arena. The hotel is located a short and simple five minute walk from Kawaguchi Station. The rooms are a bit small by Western standards, but they're average for Tokyo. The staff was extremely friendly, and most speak a bit of English if need be. There are also lots of restaurants surr...

More of a business hotel. We stayed because we had a friend that lives nearby. If you are a foreigner, the breakfast buffet has no american food. Staff was unable to speak much English. Brand new hotel so very clean and nice. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Room and bathroom are incredibly small. It worked for what we needed though

Quite in the countryside, the farmhouse makes you feel like you went back in time in some traditional Japanese place. The staff is very friendly and will welcome you with some drink, let you chose a yukata before showing you all the facilities and your room. There is a lot of bath you can privatise, with an old wood heated one. The dinner and breakfast were amazing...

The location just 10 minutes walk from train station (from here, you can take trains for Shinjuku, Omiya, Kawagoe). The decorations in this place are so cute, very clean and provides many personal facilities for free. All snacks in refrigerator are provided for free too. Nice stay with valuable price

Cooking utensils, cutlery, electric appliances enough for you to make it your temporary home. Washing and drying machines are outside and operate on coins. There are inexpensive supermarkets nearby as well as a 100 yen shop (where you should buy a cooking knife)

If you stay over in Kawagoe I definitely recommend Matsumuraya. You will have Tatami and Futon in your room that you won't be able to get in a regular hotel. If you wish to experience a Japanese Ryokan Matsumuraya will be the one in Kawagoe. The owner are very calm with nice smile and that made me feel very comfortable to stay with them. Location is also good. You ...

I went to hanyu for a short visit and I could not even avail the spa facility of the hotel. Still the hotel is clean and staff are nice. I guess one can use this hotel for business purposes. They have a coin laundry that is with the money and good breakfast.

Typical of city hotel, very small but clean rooms, access to Wi-Fi, and beds typical of all Japanese hotels with very hard mattress, and a staff who has no clue of the English language in order to help you with area sites. Breakfast is limited and typical of Japanese style breakfast. Good hotel for travel stay-overs, but not for any time duration.

We spent one night at the hotel. The location is rather inconvenient and you have to call for their shuttle service once you arrive the closest train station. The train station close rather early so we could only take a taxi from Chichibu. The place and their breakfast are nice and the staff tried very hard to help. From what we saw it's a popular place for locals. It...
