Loved this hostel, friendly, helpful, space, cheerful and lots of cleaning going on, a good sign... very hot showers (watch out!) and great location for the best hikes

Rooms are small but not as small as Tokyo or NYC hotels. Rooms are well appointed and have tv, good lighting, heating ( if not a little stuffy). We stayed at the separate house next to the main building, which gives privacy. The staff were helpful and courteous, especially Patricio who helped us carry our heavy luggage to the house and give us recommendations on where to go. Would stay here again.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights on our trip to El Calafate. The hotel is located a bit out of town so you will need a car to access it or use taxis for transport. In the summer high season you really are stuck between the high prices of the bigger hotels ($200 and up) and the depressing mediocrity of the hostels. This hotel is one of the latter. Laura was a very friendly and attentive host, the food was excellent and the view from the dining room simply spectacular. If you pass by, do not miss the horse ride. Christian lead us through overwhelming nature and made the ride a perfect experience. The horses are well trained and made my first ride on a horse back a unforgettable experience.

It's a pretty hotel at a first glance and the location is only 2 blocks from main street. but the room is small, old, very dry.. they are on the street level so without curtain, you can be seen, also I was able to hear everything outside. Average breakfast. some staff were friendly.

Price is not expensive, I use SGD 180 around to book 2 night double room... Staff is nice, can solve my inquiry, e.g. local tour, foreign exchange, etc... Good location, go to main street around 5 mins and supermarket is 10-15 mins, depend which supermarket you want to go....

hotel is nice decorated and clean. nearby downtown with free shuttle bus service. it is nearby airport and up on the hill which could see the city and lake view in el calafate. i probably will choose this hotel again if i go to el calafate again.

This lodge is a great option in el calafate. all the accomodation is similar here but for the price this one was great. Bathrooms were clean rooms were warm and cosy. the hotel is located at the fare edge of the village towards the glacier the facility is nice and modern in a very nice spote. it is recomanded when renting a car. othewise the hotel is providing a limited shuttel service up to 22:30 afterwards texi from center is around 12PS. The staff were really friendly, giving us recommendations for restaurants and letting us use their kitchen to warm up food. The room was clean. Wifi signal was good in the lobby but very weak in the rooms.

This place was so cute (dare I say romantic) and had a great BnB feel. Good breakfast in the morning too. WiFi worked well in the room and the shower was nice and hot. The location is a little out of the way, but town was still less than a 1mile walk. I'm really happy we stayed here and would do so again if we are ever back in El Calafate.

Our stay was excellent. The in house chef is amazing and could easily be working in a 5 star restaurant anywhere in the world. The food in town is good, but do yourself a favor and eat at the restaurant at the hotel.

The staff was helpful and friendly, speaks good English. It's less than 10 mins to city centre.

I knew this reservation was a mistake when I was the last one dropped off by the airport shuttle bus. It might be ok if you have your own car, but it is a LONG 30-35 minute walk to town, even longer if you have luggage, or AR85/US$7 taxi..
