Sao Paulo hotels & accommodations

First time to comment on any hotel, Grand Hyatt São Paulo is great in so many ways: staff, location, the gym. However, the internet (WiFi) was not good during our stay, which could be embarrassing for business travelers. But, really appreciate all the staff that helped us to solve the WiFi issue.

Good area. Safe to walk around. Helpful well-trained staff. Beautiful lobby. Expensive hotel and irritatingly they charge for wifi. Also charge a fine if you take and lose an umbrella! Hotel Resto in beautiful space but food not great. Not awful, just rather mediocre. Lots of good Restos in Sao Paolo so better to eat out.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location, it ends pretty much there! Not worth the money, room or staff behaviour. Breakfast spread is limited & it is exactly the same menu everyday morning. Staff needs a lot of training & probably a course on etiquettes & customer orientation. I was supposed to stay for the longer duration, but after my initial stay of 3 d...

the hotel is within walking distance to the Centre Norte convention centre, also next to the shopping mall. it is good for exhibitor / visitors for the convention centre. the only thing need to be improved is the breakfast with limited choices.

Most of common corporate hotels are somewhat in safe segment of stay in a way. I've chosen Melia Paulista Hotel because of location but, was not sure about the service, quality, or any other informations. 1. Location is just perfect in the middle of Paulista avenue being able to be in walkable distant to all key areas; downtown, Jardine, and Penheiro...etc. Sao Paulo ...

Good service, friendly staff,ok breakfast, I would recommend for the great location near all the new Itaim Bibi area where became one of the most frequented areas for the pretty young brazilian people...Also close to all the business places in the city of Sao Paulo

We were lucky and got upgraded from a standard room to a suite. Hotel is located centrally and within walking distance of historical Sao Paulo. Subway is a 5 min walk from the hotel. Taxi from the airport was BRL 110. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

That was wonderful hotel at location, cleaning, especially price. I love it so much and will use their service next time if I will be in Sao Paulo again. The location is very close to Sao Paulo Domestic airport and also easy to go to main street. The room is also very clean and comfortable for relax.

I had a long layover in SP and this was the perfect hotel. Great location- 10 minute drive to the international terminal and it was relaxing to spend the afternoon by the pool. Rooms are nice but too much air freshener. The bathroom had a bathtub which was a great way to relax before a long flight.

I visited Sao Paulo for a short city break and the InterContinental was recommended by a friend as she has stayed previously and enjoyed her stay. The hotel have friendly staff who were always willing to help, the hotel is clean and ht ebed is comfortable. Good location with easy access to the city centre, I would stay here again.

Highly recommend if you end up in terminal 3 for your connecting flight wise choice way too easy, hotel staff great. .dinner and breakfast included great room, this is the only credible best option. ..worth the money and allowed a break for the 14 hours flight on Korean air next morning. ..

The room was new (or renovated), clean and very wide. Staff who speaks English in the restaurant was only one. If you speak Portuguese it is better to communicate staffs. However, front staffs and someone speak English. So, it is not so inconvenient. Room making is also perfect. If you have friend in Sao Paulo or you have business Bom Retiro area, this hotel is highly ...

I stayed in Sao Paulo for the World cup and found it to be a very interesting city with loads to see. The hotel had inflated its prices like all the other hotels. The hotel is clean and the reception was friendly and spoke decent english. Im sure next time it would be cheaper. Overall a good location to explore the city and a metro station is 10 minutes away.
Cheap places to stay in Sao Paulo

I booked the 15 people dorm on Agoda.com when i saw it was going on a very good deal. I initially had expected it to be ok for the price that I was paying but it was a lot worse than I thought.I was allocated to the room in the basement. When I saw the room, there were rubbish and personal belonging strewn on over the floor. No housekeeping for a few days maybe. What ...

There is laundry bussiness beneath the hotel and its make the walls viberate and the back side of the hotel is very nosy because of that. Except that the hotel is high quality and the staff bery nice peaple. If you get room in the front i belive there wouldnt be nose

We stayed in a private double room. The room and bathroom were okay but on the small size. There was a refrigerator and a fan but it wasn't very powerful so we found the room very hot and stuffy. The bed sheets didn't fit properly and came off everytime you turned over. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially in emails before arrival. The room was not cleaned each ...

We initially booked 4 nights as this was us just arriving in Sao Paulo. We loved the city and decided to stay on - not once but twice. As O de Casa was such a great hostel in a really nice, safe, location we decided to remain here for the extended period. The nearest Metro Faria Lima is only 15 minute walk at most and there is a budget supermarket opposite there. A slig...

Great location for overnight stay near GRU. Vania has been a great host, she provided perfect preparations for the flight next day by booking taxi right on time. Facilities were a bit confusing at times but the place was nicely prepared for a cold winter night, good job!

I had a room on the top floor overlooking the main road. There is traffic noise but it did not bother me too much as the room is air-conditioned. The condition of the room (room 601) and the hotel is rather old. The tap of the washing basin of my room keeps on dripping. The soap dish in the shower was tilted so it required a lot of skill to put a bar of soap on it. ...

this hotel locates very close to the station "são bento," and very easy to access to wherever i wanted to go. in addition, there was policemen around there so that i felt kind of more security. the reception was good and people there were friendly and helpful. even though the room was not very clean, it was big enough to stay. the breakfast (café da manhã) was well pre...

For me is not a 4 star hotel, expensive and booking through agoda was same as walk in. breakfast worse than many 2 or 3 stars hotel, I would book Mercure instead of Eurosuit, better offer and newer, I book Eurosuit because one friend stayed last time, wrong decision.

This Hotel is very value and good stay for Business trip around this area. It very close to shopping mall and supermarket. And a lot of international food in the shopping mall. Breakfast in this Hotel is very good for testing. Room service and staff also very good.

There was some confusion with the booking (our reservation via Agoda was not received by the hotel before our arrival) and we had to wait for almost an hour for Agoda to fax our reservation to the hotel. So it will be good to check your reservation at the hotel before your trip... The hotel was okay otherwise.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The aircon was noisy. the area is in a good area but public transport is not convenient. There was only a bus which comes not so often and hectic getting back. Not worth the value. AHostel in sao paulo would ebe cheaper and much more comfortable.

New designer hotel with only six rooms on each floor. Small, local bars and eateries within 20 meters from entrance - and an old fashioned laundry just across the street, which makes up for the fact that the hotel does not offer inhouse laundry service. 10 minutes of walk to Avenue Paulista, with shopping malls, the Trianon park and MASP (The Sao Paulo Museum of Art)...

In our room the light was shining from outside. Middle of night was like 1p.m. daytime. The noise came unfiltered into the room. It was like the bed is standing on the street. Why? The "wall" of the room that should protect from the street is made of plastic, not sealed, so window opened or closed doesn't change the loud volume coming from the street. And I talk from...

I was in Sao Paulo to visit my girlfriend for four days and had an amazing time at this hotel. The rooms were clean and great size. The staff provided excellent service and provided any assistance we needed. Great breakfast every morning, buffet style. I never had to worry about anything during my stay. It was a great experience, great room, great service.

Staff is really helpful and show their warm hospitality to us. My friend was not feeling well....n they showed their care n concern to us...giving us a great helping hand to look for a hospital. very outstanding hotel facilities, in-room deco, nice pool, good breakfast just the location is not very accessible as we have to climb up on the slope every time.

The hotel is fairly new and the staff are good. Breakfast was great and good price. The problem is the hotel is not being clean correctly. The hallway on our floor was dirty and the bathroom wall was also dirty. Has good access to the beach and very nice walk to get there.

The staff seems nice enough at first; friendly, accommodating, and efficient, but when an issue came up and I called the front desk, the follow-up to fix the issue was completely non-exitent. I had to call the front desk a few times, then go downstairs myself, and in the end nothing got done to fix my issue. It was sad that at check-in they all seemed so caring, but a...

The hotel was near everything in the Jardins, one of the nicest neighboorhood in Sao Paulo. The breakfast was excellent and the location was wonderful. It meet my expectations and I will recommend. Everything in walking distance. No car was needed. Area was safe and we found everything around.

I only stay in Sao Paulo for one day. The airport shuttle is not easy to find. I waited for two hours. It takes 15 mins to the hotel from airport. The room is very clean and big. The price is cheap compare with other airport hotels. The staffs are friendly. The airport shuttle needs to wait one hour from airport to hotel. It is not easily to find. It is on the exit D t...

A standard hotel not too close to the restaurants, but useful for visitors to the university or companies in Campinas. You need transport to get anywhere. The rooms are standard but clean, the breakfast is around a pool and good, the staff is friendly.

I choose this hotel in Sao Paulo as it is just off Paulists and so close to my meetings. It is a safe and high end neighborhood, The rooms are small, but classically decorated. The bathrooms have l'occitane products and I love the rain shower head. Breakfast is included and complete. I especially like the house made jams. Waiter service is polished and courteo...

There are things I appreciate about Hilton Sao Paulo, especially the staff. They were very attentive and were definitely amongst the most hospitable staff yet. The breakfast menu was great, and I love how there are some menu items that changes daily! A big plus over other hotels. But aside from that, there are little other things to praise. For a 5-star hotel, it is r...

The pictures of the room don’t do it justice. Hotel was excellent. Did not mind paying more for the quality. We checked in late - about 11pm. The front desk was efficient, offered us welcome drinks, checked us in quickly. Room was spacious and bed was super comfortable. The hotel was in a very nice and seemingly safe location. I would definitely recommend this h...
