Where to stay in Solothurn Canton
Solothurn Canton hotels & accommodations

The hotel was of a good standard, the negatives were no reception staff after 9pm and the offering for breakfast on sunday morning was not as good due to bakeries being closed. Location is excellent being close to the station and at the end of the bridge across to the old town. Staff were friendly and helpful.

First word - some better food than found elsewhere nearby. The rooms are old and cold ... heating is only in the bathroom. Had no choice but had to stay there for a few days. The breakfast was served too late for me to be of any value - they served after 8:00 am - which is useless for a Business Traveller. The dinner menu was a bit of a surprise and the food was actua...

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Location is convenient, and also has a parking garage and Co-op (grocery store) located in the same building. Facility itself is functional and a bit drab, not cozy or dazzy. Rooms were large and again functional. Very good value based on the price I paid (got an additional connected room for my teenage kids although I had booked only...

Small hotel set up for the business traveler. Breakfast is simple - nothing to write home about. You have to be quick and early to get the full experience. Staff is slow to act on needs. Expensive to stay - the Swiss will say it's cheap. Room is not bad but cleanliness could be better.

We were very happy with our stay. We only stayed one night as we were in transit to Germany. Our host was extremely welcoming and helped us to get to the public transit and see a bit of the city, despite the fact that we had only a short time in Basel. The room was clean, neat and quiet. Breakfast was excellent!

hotel was ordinary, rooms are quite old, the restaurant fine dinning next door is way to expensive compared to the quality. They want to be fine dinning, but it is ordinary, Young staff trying to Cook at the table. Doesn't Work, don't do this - change to ordinary style.
