It would have been good to be told about this before my booking as part of the decision to stay here were based on the facilities available
Believe me, its better save money and sleep somewhere else, rather than staying here. Im Russian and live in Crimea and know how hotels should look, how staff should act and how you as a customer should feel. Just avoid by any means.
I was check in late night (almost midnight) and the hotel ask for the registration form as I was in Russia couple days before we check in here and they need the evident that I was stayed in other hotel before. I do not have this document as I didn't know about this registration form before. I think it's terrible to ask for this at midnight and I was very tried and slee...
It was a good stay as we were so tired from the train. Nice hotel, clean and with a good location. I like this branch of hotels. Service is good enough for this city. I would recommend this hotel to foreigners and friends.
