Rooms are clean and comfortable. Check out and breakfast goes an hour longer than most hotels which I appreciate as I like to sleep in when I can.
The hotel would not honor my federal employee discount. To receive the discount I had to book with hotel direct. I did call the BW main number and the employee did not know of this discount, however the employee at the facility did.,,

Be careful. They change their prices daily so we ended up getting locked into a rate and then it was MUCH cheaper a few days later. We reserved through AGODA so I'm warning you. $160 for a one night stay is too high for this place.
Clean room, clean sheet, clean Bathroom. Good water pressure. Breakfast is good. Cecilia was helpful and keeping the breakfast area clean. One thing also that nice about this hotel is all the pictures of wildlife on display.

It was very nice, yet getting g them to clean rm was not good. I even asked twice. But they came in changed towels. I had to put trash out side door. In order to keep rm clean. I was there 5 days gots towels changed 2 times. But front desk service was very good. All in all it was as good stay. Centrally located

Room was comfortable and clean and staff were helpful. The only negative is that it is a huge complex spread over about 3 blocks and once you get to your room (across the road and up the stairs), you feel quite isolated from the hotels general facilities.

Passing through on a road trip, the Best Western was comfortable yet affordable. The breakfast was lacklustre, but the hotel room more than made up for it. Recommended.
This is a super place to stay with a nice lobby and good rooms that you can park right outside. The breakfast is excellent with nice service and food served on china (not plastic) which is such a relief. The outdoor pool is heated and there's a jacuzzi. We came for one day and stayed for two!

The hotel had very unique decor. Pleasant place to stay. Room cleaning staff left room ajar once after completing work, a security issue. Full buffet breakfast was excellent. Dinner chef overcooked meat. Agoda should have included resort fee in their price.
Everything was excellent - great bed, friendly staff, sparkling clean room, great breakfast even with almond milk in the little frig. We left our window open and had some noise from the interstate. Good motel with good facilities well maintained but, this has a smoking section which, as non smokers took the edge of a pleasant stay. If you book here ask for a room away from the smoking section, the smell extends into the corridor.

This hotel was taken over by new people in August 2018. For the price and a comfort it was great. They are trying to remodel. It was not taken care in the past but it coming around. Clean sheets and towels. The staff was so nice. Great place to lay your head for the night.

The room was very clean. The hotel itself was very old school and I felt like it was from the 1980's with modern technology. I liked the retro vibe and it was a nice experience in a small town.
The only good thing was that the sheets on the bed were white and clean. The walls in the elevator were dirty from some old spill. Hallways dirty. The breakfast is the saddest breakfast I've ever seen.

I had a really great experience. The woman working the desk (Padma I believe) was the absolute sweetest! She alone would make me rebook with them. The rooms were very nice, and very clean. The staff is very accommodating!
The hotel was easy to find and located right off the interstate. This is advertised as a pet friendly hotel but they have signs in the hotel stating they no longer allow pets. The shower in my room was absolutely filthy. More black and grime than white. I have pictures and plan to submit a complaint.

Staff was pleasant, it was unfortunate that there was no continental breakfast, but they did give us coupons to the hotel restaurant. The outside entries did not require a room key to get in to the hotel which we did not like. The hair dryer in the room did not work and the hallways and stairs were dirty. Do not intend to stay here again.
Pinedale was a rest stop as we travel from Yellowstone to Denver. It was a small town and we didn't expect a lot. But we were pleasantly surprised by this motel - clean and comfortable, with breakfast provided. The rooms had everything we needed and the price is affordable.

Wonderful location; comfortable rooms; amazing backyard with specialty drinks and live music; but the best thing about the Chamberlain is the people. The owners and staff are the friendliest and most accommodating you could want.
