Awesome... Perfect.. Hotel for Honeymoon Couple, for Family.. ”

Location quite far from the centre of venice, but can be reach by bus about 20 minutes.. Don't worry about bus station, because the bus station just in front of your hotel, the ticket shop was behind your hotel... Staff is so friendly, very helpfull, the staff explain all the facilities and give me warm greetings (the staff give me a welcome letter on my bed).. I stay at room number 201, at second floor.. There is an elevator accessed by your key, the room very clean and spacious, interior was awesome, facilities are completely great, television, water warmer, nice shower with hot water, air conditioner, the glass rooftop that can be open, nice bedroom, tea, cup, sugar, coffee, trash bin, clothes hanger, hair dryer, soap, tooth brush, comb, shampoo, sandals, etc.. That i can't explain one by one.. And this hotel have a IMPORTANT hot steamer in the bathroom.. I have an experience, when i visit venice last time (in may 2016) almost everyday is raining, so i completely confused because traveler like me just bring a little clothes, pants, socks, and underwear.. And you know, and umbrella can't cover all my body from the rain, everday i get wet because the very very heavy rain at venice, but the hot steamer solve the problem.. Almost everyday in the night, i rinse all my clothes, underwear, pants, and the worse my socks n shoes too, after that i use the hot warmer... Just click, set the temperature to the very hot, and let the magic beginnn... Tomorrow morning my all my equipment all ready to use again.. Hehe.. Very very helpfullll.. No worries about breakfast n food, because the breakfast also great, prepared everyday at 7am, and this hotel have a restaurant too.. Relais is very very very recommended.. I love this hotel and must stay in relais if i go to venice... Good Job Guys!!!! 😍😍😍

Great place to stay”

we had a great stay. the beautifully modern room enabled us to relax after a heavy walking day around Venice. We could not fault the hotel or staff. Our biggest concern was the location as it is a short distance from Venice, but there is a very efficient bus service which operates on a regular basis. This meant that we could leave our car in the hotel carpark.

Location location ”

The hotel is good value for money in terms of the cleaniness and facilities however not for location. Our room was at the front of the hotel which meant listening to the very loud and very busy main road. If we weren't so tired from walking about Venice all day I'm not sure I would of been able to cope. Even with the doors and windows closed it was very loud. People staying in the next room and above also made the stay unpleassant as the walls are so fine you can hear everything. Furniture being dragged across floors and talking. The hotel also forgot to prepare my room as requested with rose petals upon arrival however we did arrive before normal check in time. Overall a good hotel however would not be likely to stay again.

Wonderful unique resort, but away from it all”

If you are looking for a place away from all the Venetian action, this is definitely your place. Quiet, peaceful, historic, unique architecture and design. Breakfast was great, with cooked to order eggs. We also had dinner one night at the on-site restaurant - very good. Michael is a wonder man, doing it all with a smile. The bus stop is across the street and connects to Venice, the train station, etc. But be aware, there is little around this site to do. Just a couple of restaurants, and no shopping or landmarks. Also, buying bus tickets at the nearby office to Venice cost 4X what we paid to return. So best to buy bus tickets right from the bus station, not a broker.

beautiful hotel but staff and cleanliness need improving”

Regular bus convenient for Venice .however ,difficult to get food outside hours apart from room service ..No complimentary water in the room as we found that out when we were paying for the bill.Breakfast was exactly the same food for the 5days we stayed there.which it became a task to even go for breakfast as we did not enjoy the food.bread for toast felt like it had been out for ages.during breakfast we asked for bottles of water to drink .and staff gave them to us .we took our water bottles to hour room as you do in a hot place to keep hydrated .when the bill came we saw that we where charged for the water bottles .Lady working failed to give us a reasonable reason as to why that was fair yet no one had told us we would have to pay for bottles of water when they handed them to us .The room somewhat clean,however below the bed was a lot of dust which later found out after we dropped a pen on the floor.this explained our sneezing and sniffling in the room.We asked for a late checkout initially one of the male staff told us we couldn't but he would extend our check out to 12.we called reception on our last night to confirm this and the same lady staff told us that it was strictly 11.The shower pressure in our room was terrible and on the last day as we were rushing to meet the check out time the water literally stopped working..We wouldn't go back or recommend to any young couple.

Room we stayed in was perfect was upgraded to a suite on arrival excellent staff Only downside is the distance to Venice- bus stop outside takes you right to Venice takes around 20 minutes

20 min by bus to Venice ”

Everything was great at this hotel, except for the bathroom. There was only a baththub with a showerhead which was also very short which forces you to squat or lie down in the bath for a shower. No shower curtain or door which causes all the water to end up on the wooden floor around the tub area.

We stayed two nights here. It was a very nice and quiet hotel. Designed for comfort and we really enjoyed it. Thank you!

Nice but definately not worth five stars”

The hotel staff were nice and helpful. Specially Michael.He was always ready to attend to our requests.However there are some remarks about this hotel.Cleaning was an issue. There were spider webs in the room when we checked in. The bed sheets were not changed every day. Even when we asked for the sheets to be changed,they were not. The tv froze suddenly and we couldn't switch it off. We had to call Michael who came and took the cable off in order to restart the tv.

This place was terrible, it was advertised as 5 star, the problems were as listed 1: Not signposted properly, 2: In the heart of an industrial area by a dirty river no where near venice, 8 klms from city centre, 3: Next to a campground, 4: The yard / parking / garden area was overgrown with weeds and had push bikes lying on the ground to one side of the hotel. I would rate it a two star because of the way it is presented externally.

島の中は高くて綺麗なホテルはあまりなかったので離れた場所へ ホテルの前にバス停があり20分程度で島に渡れた。 島で高いホテルに泊まるのであればタクシーでここまで来ても良いかも？

일단 교통은 매우 불편합니다. 호텔앞에 버스 정류장이 있는데 그 정류장이 베니스를 왔다갔다 하는 유일한 방법입니다. 호텔에서 버스시간표를 별도로 제공해줍니다. 늦게까지 버스다닙니다. 여기까지 오는 택시비도 비싼편입니다. 이탈리아가 비싼듯.. 호텔에서 공항환승을 해주나 이용하지는 않았네요. 5성급 방은 맞는데 호텔은 자체는 부띠끄호텔이라 좀 모자란 감이 있어요. 5성치고는 가격이 싸고 무엇보다 바로 옆에 오토캠프장이 있습니다. 이 오토캠프장에서 매우 저렴하게 저녁식사와 음료, 버스티켓, 코인세탁, 작은 생필품상점을 이용할 수 있습니다.
