Nice little hotel in central Paris ”
Pros: Nice size room for Paris, clean, staff friendly and helpful, cute traditional interior, quite good breakfast, very nice and chic area (Saint-Sulpice), central location. Cons: Room facing road so a bit noisy with cars and also people talking while smoking outside. Strange ‘tic-toc’ sound coming from air con/heating while switched on, no electric plugs next to bed, TF1 doesn’t work on TV but other channels are fine.

Very nice hotel. Fantastic service. It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room and more light. But it was also very nice without.

Very good”
Great location with wonderful friendly staff! Greatly appreciated the hot towel rack and a few amenities. However, my room was tiny, stuffy and outdated in style.

Great hotel and staff.”
Relais saint sulpice is a great city hotel located at the heart of paris. The staff is friendly and experienced. The room was clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. One thing that was a bit irritating was a Wifi problem at the first day of our stay but it was fixed and it propably affected the whole area so it wasn't the hotel's fault.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Paris”
the best place to stay in paris for sight seeing, shopping and eating. what else would you ask for? the hotel is situated in the middle of everything, yet it sits on a small quiet street right behind saint sulpice. the architecture hotel is simply beautiful. perfect for couple. great for shopping. you can go out and have everything deliver to the hotel. or simply walk back to the hotel after you are too tried of carrying the bags and go out again.

Charming Hotel ”
Small quaint hotel behind the Saint Sulpice. Nice location for touring - easy to walk to the Luxemborg garden, shopping, louvre and orsay. Rooms comfortable but small (typical for Paris). Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was in working order. The hotel has an old world charm and I would stay here again.

Tempted not to leave the hotel”
The garden view that got me interested in the hotel was exactly as promised. Sweet smell of flowers wafting in my open window, dome of St. Sulpice in my view, quirky old building...just loved ever bit of our stay. You can walk the nearby Luxembourg Gardens for a real treat, visit St. Sulpice by all means and easily get to Notre Dame. Big sites like the Louvre, Eiffel Tour and Seine River cruises are easily accessed through the Metro. Wonderful shopping and restaurants are all nearby. I really wished we had planned a few extra days, it was relaxing and just a lovely home base for our Paris visit.

Lovely & Cousy in the heart of Saint Germain”
I love this hotel, I travel to Paris twice a year and always stay there. The location is everything!! its just behind saint sulpice chapel and its surrounded by great restaurants, bars and stores. They always make you feel welcome! Its like a little house full of plants! For me its just enough.

Charming small hotel in great area”
Very peaceful stay - no external or internal noise. Rooms very clean, comfortable & tastefully furnished with French doors opening onto a tiny central courtyard ( not accessible by guests). There's a cosy sitting room on ground floor with drinks available. Staff very pleasant & helpful. Wi-fi patchy but this was the only drawback. Didn't try breakfast but it is available. Like most French hotels no tea/coffee-making facilities, so remember to bring your travel kettle. Hotel located down the road from lovely Jardin de Luxembourg & right opposite Paris' 2nd largest church, St Sulpice. A great place to retreat after a busy sightseeing day - felt like a home from home. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Paris.

Cute hotel in Saint Germain”
Cute hotel with a great location right in the middle of Saint Germain. The middle of the hotel is a cute little garden which you can see from the windows. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reasonably-priced hotel in Paris with a bit of personality!

Pleasant boutique hotel in quiet area”
The hotel was elegantly decorated and is situated behind the Saint Sulpice Cathedral. The room was a little on the small side, but had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory.

Mine was a short and typical business trip.”
The hotel might need better upkeep. Better lighting needed in the room. There should be more amenities in the bathroom than just shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. But overall, the hotel is centrally located, some rooms have view of the Saint Sulpice Cathedral, and the bed is good.

Very good location”
Excellent location. Right next to St. Sulpice Church and very close walk to Saint Germain and Jardin du Luxemburg. Breakfast was not included in our room rate so no idea about the hotel food quality.

Amazing little hotel, with a fantastic deco”
we were so puzzled by the amazing decoration. very nice, good taste, and they have this beautiful courtyard around which all the rooms are opened. the service is also very good, very helpful, anytime of the day. the price of the hotel is really good, considering the fantastic location in the 6th arrondissement of paris, one of the most expensive.

Wonderfully Charming Hotel on the Left Bank”
Being a fan of Hemingway and Fitzgerald, I always wanted to stay in the part of France where they lived in the 1920s. This hotel was located centrally to the cafes and apartments where they lived, and was very well priced. Absolutely loved it and was a great experience. My only note is that be aware that this is an older hotel, and as such it is smaller and has few amenities. This is not a modern Hyatt or Sofitel with all the accompanying luxuries, but that is also part of the hotel's charm. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a charming return to 1920s Paris at a highly affordable price.

I want to live in this hotel!”
Ralais St. Suplice is absolutely perfect. The room is a nice size with a lovely comforter in beautiful fabric and the bed so comfortable. I loved that I could open my windows and look onto the garden. The bathroom is quite large and there is a bathtub. Location is amazing. I strolled the Luxembourg Gardens morning and evening. It's at the end of the street. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast though. Typical hotel breakfast, not fresh, homemade. There are wonderful cafes everywhere to enjoy a cafe and croissant.

July visit”
The hotel is in a great location on the Left Bank close to the main museums, the Luxembourg Gardens and lovely cafes and restaurants. The classic rooms are small but clean and comfortable and look out on a pretty courtyard. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Calm oasis in central Paris”
The wife and I appreciated the hotels heritage as a former stately home, an air which has been somewhat kept in public areas. The standard room is quite small but its neat and clean and most of all quiet. The overall standard is good compared to many other hotels in Paris in this price range. I would definitely come back here for my next visit.

Our favorite bijou in Paris”
This is the second time we come back, and it's still as lovely as the last time 4 years ago. The rooms are of good sizes considering the location in Paris. Not many staff but always friendly ones and ready to give good addresses for restaurants around. The courtyard is of course the highlight of the hotel, you would feel like sleeping in a botanic garden and the location is very convenient. Good breakfast is always a must!
