Good for business traveler for single night”
Just like other hotels in Japan, very neat and comfy with helpful staff but super small size room. Enjoyed their amenities not only the bathroom essentials also choice of tea and other small stuffs. Massage chair in the room is brilliant idea. The hotel is right across the imperial hotel, next to hibiya midtown, close to hibiya and yurakucho station, wakable distance to tokyo station and ginza area. The most amazing thing in this hotel was breakfast at MUJI cafe!
The two issues I faced was that the reception was not on ground floor - it was on first floor, with lift option , and no car parking option at the entrance (no porch ), both making luggage transportation and issue. The room size was also very small - but Ok by Tokyo standards. Otherwise the hotel was good - in fact the massage chair in the room was a plum in the pudding !
Good location nearby hibiya stationd and yurakucho station. Very easy to travel by train. So good having masssage chair inside the room.
High quality and handy”
Perfect position for transport, sight seeing base yet peaceful and beautiful being so close to Imperial Palace. I am revisiting the Remm Hibiya. Lovely touch of restful teas and origami paper available.
The location is unbeatable, 10 mins slow walk to Ginza uniqlo. The staff were friendly. The rooms were comfy and the massage chair was great. Just need to take note that the room is cozy and you need to have a system to arrange your luggage.
I have to stay close to Tokyo station this time and I chose Remm Hibiya as I have excellent experience with Remm Roppongi in my previous visit. Remm Hibiya is a bit dated compared with Roppongi one but it's still up to the basic hotel standard. Location is excellent, easy access to Hibiya line (from Ueno to Naka Meguro) Chiyoda line (to Omotesando, Harajuku), Ginza line (to Shibuya), and JR line (Yamanote line, Shinkasen). There's lots of great restaurants right downstairs. Overall it's a great stay and I would recommend single business traveler or couple with light packing to stay at this hotel.
A place with good location”
Great location as it is near to hibiya station. There are three different convenient stores near it's premises. The massage chair come in handy if you are not used to walking up and down flights of stairs in their railway stations. Their staff is friendly and helpful.
Great location and reccommend hotel”
Nice hotel since they provide us the massagechair in every room so after you are strolling arround you can massage your body free. Near a delicious coffe shop i.e matcha latte and tuna and cheese sandwich which are very delicious in rainy season.
Best business hotel chain in Japan”
In many major cities and at central locations, one of the best compact multipurpose hotels for business and short term leisure travel if you want to stay Nina budget in central urban areas. The staff, facilities, service and quality of the property has been consistent for many years. Rooms are outfitted with massage chairs and sufficient amenities. Recommended!
Remm Hibiya is an excellent choice for a Tokyo stay. 3 subway lines nearby (Hibiya, Yurakucho, Ginza). Lots of restaurants, shopping and about a 10 minute walk to Tsukiji Market. Limousine bus to Haneda Airport picks you up at the Imperial Hotel across the street for about $9.00. Don't have to struggle with luggage through the subway system. Plus the staff at the Imperial Hotel were very nice even though we were not guests. The staff at Remm Hibya were very pleasant. Security is good. Key access is needed for the elevator which is in sight of the front desk. The room is Tokyo size (small). Removing the massage chair would be helpful. Would suggest you request a room facing Hibiya Park. Our room was on the 18th floor in the farthest corner facing the Imperial Hotel and yet we could still hear the trains nearby. Not bothersome but noticeable.
This hotel has a good location, which is very near to the Imperial Residence, a wonderful place for morning jogging. With a massage chair in the guest room, and MUJI Cafe providing breakfast, the hotel gave us a lot of surprise.
The room was quite small which is not unusual for budget hotels in Tokyo but it was adequate and comfortable. The hotel is a short walk from the line of food stalls and pubs in the Ginza area and several subway stations. If you walk a little further, you will hit the business area where shops abound.
Centrally located , good value for money”
Remm is a excellent hotel for those who want to be in the centre of the Fashion, Restaurant, and still walking distance to the Financial area of Tokyo. Rooms are large for Asian hotel standards, modern and clean. Bed was very comfortable and excellent shower. will stay again
Hotel located at the business hub, easy access to all the restaurants and shops. there are 3 train station all within walking distance, but a little bit far to the Tokyo station. Room is clean and services are match the Japanese standard. got Muji restaurant on floor 1 who provides foods for all day. The only drawback is the room size, it is bit small for 2 people. the message chair is a plus though.
Wonderful hotel, perfectly located”
We have stayed twice at this hotel and I would welcome many more visits. For a non Japanese speaking visitor, the location cannot be better. The staff is friendly and goes way out of their way to be of service and helpful. Hotels in Tokyo tend to be expensive but I feel this place is a great value for the money. The rooms are compact but very comfortable.
We loved staying here. The location can't be beat. Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable. We will return there in a couple weeks and look forward to our next visit.
It is one of the better stay with access to major subway lines. Ginza station C1 exit and Hibiya station exit is just across a road and within sight. Giving access to 4 subway lines to move around. Ginza Izakayas are just around the corner. Ask for a high floor room, as some rooms faces the railway, can be quite noisy in the early morning.
Good location and affordable”
The hotel location is the reason we booked this hotel. It is near to JR Yurakucho and Metro Hibiya. The nearby Imperial Hotel is also handy as it is one of the stop for the Airport Limousine bus from Narita. The hotel room is small like most other hotels in central Tokyo at this price. It has all the basic amenities and clean. The massage chair provided in the room is small and probably suitable for someone below 5'8". But it still gives a good back massage after a long day.
Good Location and Service”
This is my 2nd stay in this hotel. Good location, near JR and Metro station. Walking distance to Ginza shopping area. Like the Muji Cafe inside the hotel. The room is typical japanese room, small but confotable. Like the big window in the shower room.
Great location, clean rooms and nice staff”
I initially got a single room and found it to be very small and switched it to double bed room, which is decent in size and comes with bath tub. Property is accessible to train stations (Hibiya and Yurakucho so well connected). Everything in hotel is clean, breakfast gets repetitive with same menu (some thing that hotel mgmt need to consider). Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Higher floors are very quite and i couldn't hear train or anything else inside my room like some folks have complained (i was at 9th floor). They don't given mobile phone like other hotels does in tokyo. To go to Haneda you can take train from Yurakucho and then switch to mono rail at hamamatsucho. There is also limosine bus that alight at imperial hotel which is right opposite (but operates only twice a day), but tons of buses to tokyo station from there it is just one stop to Yurakucho (on JY line) and about 5 mins walk from there. For the price i would say this is decent choice with compact rooms.
