We expected the hotel to be less nice since we got such a great deal. The room is small but very nice. We were able to walk to great restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is very new, everything is nice and clean. The size of the rooms are big for Tokyo standard. Each room came with a massage chair, which was a nice to have. Just right outside our room was a vending machine - very convenient. However, we were vastly disappointed with the hotel staff. They weren't friendly as I'd expect of the well-known Japanese hospitality. Upon check-in, the receptionist at the counter who was serving us barely smiled, and it seemed like a forced smile. We asked for a map, and basic directions, and she didn't seem very willing to help. We initially brushed it off as a language barrier issue. But the following day, we encountered similar attitude from another staff when we asked questions re. the limo shuttle bus. And they were incredibly inflexible re. late check-out - they charged by the hour for late check out. We would have paid if we were staying for the full hour, but all we needed was half hour of extension, but they were inflexible about it.

A dormitory, not a hotel ”
When I reported to the front desk that my room was very noisy in the morning due to the construction work right in front, the only response i got was that there’s nothing they can help. Although hotel is new and clean and bathroom is relatively bigger than other business hotel, for its price there are plenty of choices around the area at better locations.

We upgraded a double room to a twin room to add extra space and a bathtub. The bathroom makes up for the small room and the massage chair was very nice.

Nice but expensive hotel ”
Spent a couple of nights there around new years, so may have been shell-shocked by the holiday prices. It was a nice hotel in a good location in Ginza—a 5 min walk to Shinbashi station and the famous Ginza shopping districts. It was clean and well maintained, just a bit pricey for the room size.

Overall was good! The location is near big wholesale supermarkets and Donkee. Sadly, size of my room is smaller than I thought. However, the hotel provides all facilities that people needed.

Massage chair in the room was a plus! Room was spotlessly clean, comfy pyjamas, and great showers. Room was abit small (had to close our luggages to be able to walk around) but usual for Tokyo standard. Location was great, walking distance to 3 stations, easy transit to Narita Airport as well.

Worth a stay”
The stay was comfy. Place is tidy and clean. Good pj provided. Tho the massage was too rough and not comfortable at all. Location is nice. Needa be aware of lift location from Shimbashi station. The closest exit to the hotel doesn’t have a lift.
