it was really amazing experience in the hotel. the sky and the sea is crystal blue. you can enjoy the sea at the balcony and the bed is so good. the staff there give us good suggestions for every aspects.actually, we really thank the receptionist for their arrangement as we got there so early.

Amazing resort you will definitely enjoy your stay. Security at the resort is very tight which adds to feeling safe. We had the family suite even as a couple the cleanliness is insane! Staff are so friendly always ready to help and smiling. Breakfast has a wide variety of options to please all type of guests. Restaurants are really good too during the evenings. Our entire stay was beyond our expectations since it has all been renovated too. 100% will stay again if in Sharm el sheikh. Thank you for everything we loved it.

位置偏，不适合有老少住客”
位置有点偏，周边没吃喝。酒店有是坡上，错薄不致，有很大台级，如果有老少非常不方便。很大规模，有三个泳池。都是连排。分一楼二楼住房。包餐味道不错。看日出非常漂亮

تم سرقتي والادارة تتستر على الموظف السارق”
اولاً عندي وصولي تم طلب الانتظار لمده ساعه ونص تقريباً بحجة عدم جاهزية الجناح رغم ان وصولي كان بالساعه الثالثه عصراً وتم طلب دفع قيمة الاقامه رغم ان المبلغ تم خصمه من قبل اقودا ايضاً افاد الموظف ان الحجز لايشمل وجبه افطار رغم شمولها في الحجر وتم تصحيح الامر بعد مراجعه مدير الفندق ثانياً في اخر يوم اقامة لي تم الدخول الى غرفتي وسرقة مايقارب ال ٣٠٠ دولار تم التواصل مع الادراه فوراً وطلب معرفة السارق اتضح ان الغرفه تم دخولها من قبل احد موظفيهم وعند طلبي محاسبة الموظف وتعويضي افادوا انه سوف يتم ذلك في الصباح وعند مراجعه الادارة في الصباح لم يكن هناك اي تجاوب بل ان مدير الامن قام بتكذيبي وطلب اثباتي بأن هذا المبلغ قد سرق فعلاً مني ( ادارة وموطفين تحاول سرقتك بأي طريقة)

Kesinlikle beğenmedim. Ücret ve hizmet oranı çok düşük. Müşteri memnuniyeti düşük. Kahvaltısı standart belki standartın altında bile. Eski bir otel. O fiyata her şey dahil konaklayabilecek çok kaliteli çok daha iyi oteller var. İsmi var ama bence ötesi yok. Tek iyi tarafı sabah 7 de check-in yapmalarıdır. Havuzun başında havluyu bile lütfeder gibi veriyorlar. Bir daha kalmam
