We rented a basic room. so we knew not to expect much. Room was small for two adults and a child. Two out of five days we stayed room had only warm water, every day not enough towels, and always only one or two bottles of water. Sink and bath always gets clogged. Staff was very helpful w fixing water problem, but towels and water was always an issue. Gets a little annoying when you paying so much money for hotel and relaxing holiday. This is a THREE STAR HOTEL for location and some of the staff. I would not recommend this hotel Thank you Big D
Close to St.Isaak Cathedral. Romm was clean and comfortable with a wonderful view to St.Isaak

Staff is very good and location is one of the best you can be. However, the bathroom smells like you are inside the sewer of the city. It is really a show stopper. Also, the price is double of Moscow and you do not much difference in the quality of the hotel.
