Stay not up to standard
Room was not ready for 2 1/2 hours after check in time of 2pm ,that the hotel conveniently changed to 3pm recently, even so it was still 90mins sitting around waiting to check in. The room was sub standard and the bathroom was not functional. the shower was so close to the wall and the water pressure so bad you could not get wet.

location and nothing else
to start parking is hard , there no sign or info about parking ... So if you were going to rent a car don't bother as the parking around there supper expansive ... The the breakfast buffet to do pay top dollar for breakfast option on website and you will only get , toast , muffin and basic ... It's a shame for hotel to serve cafeteria style breakfast ... To walk to city is really close and a lot of good food place and shooing around .... The view is amazing from the top flor rooms .

A pleasant hotel in the heart of melbourne
Location. Service. Cleanliness.
Very pleased with our stay, rooms were clean and new looking. Central location. Our room had a rather ugly view of the wall but in general the hotel was attractive. Comfortable beds and helpful staff.
