Great stay. Very noisy though. You need ear plugs
Windows did not seem to keep any street noise out.

Friendly central located hotel in Glasgow with great breakfast
The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The staff friendly and helpful. The rooms were adequate and the location central. There is no lift so if you have heavy prepare for the excercise!

Great breakfast
Good location for city centre, hotel is slightly shabby in places but fine. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. The included breakfast was great - a good selection from the buffet and a proper Scottish breakfast cooked to order so nice and hot.

Good
The hotel was good and employees as well. But the price should be less from that value.

Realtively clean and friendly but no no lift and steep stairs and wifi only available on ground flr.
Televisions in hotel didn't work in entire hotel night I was there. No internet is available in rooms you have to climb up and down steep steps to ground floor lounge to access it. If you have any form of mobility issue don't stay here. Otherwise tidy and clean and staff were friendly.

Tired rooms in need of refurbishment
Rooms need air conditioning as well as more secure way of locking room doors. Had to be changed from my first room as toilet flush handle broke off when I used it as well as loose light fittings. Location is perfect as right above Central Station as well as close to all bars and shops.

Great for the young and fit
If you can cope with FIVE flights of stairs in the absence of a lift then the hotel is good for you. The decorations in the dining room are example of Charles Rennie Mackintosh's designs. The breakfast food was tasty and a good variety. However for this elderly customer the lack of a lift and the deceptive absence of such deficiency in the Agoda website listing for this hotel considerably lowers the rating for this hotel and my opinion of Agoda.
