    Good experience”

    Quite a homey experience, owners were hospitable in taking care of us. Generally, the view from outside the rooms can be quite nice especially when there’s clear skies. View of the mountains is spectacular. Would recommend people to stay here if they visit Rueli.

    The location is extremely isolated and it is very hard to commute between the hotel and the Chaiyi train station. I should the host should provide transportation for all the guests. We have to leave the hotel just because it is very inconvenient. I am not sure how the other guest's review. To be honest, it is not worth for almost 110 us dollars. 地理位置不是方便，而且环境没有想象的那么好。需要改进，性价比不高

    老板娘的手艺超级好，饭菜很合口味好好吃。房间也很棒，门外的景色也特别好，早上起床空气很新鲜还可以看到远处的瀑布。老板还很贴心的给我们画了地图告诉我们怎么去阿里山。真心很棒的民宿

    民宿漂亮整潔，員工親切，美中不足被換房型”

    民宿非常漂亮，環境整潔，員工們也都非常親切，早餐很好吃，很值得推薦給身邊的人 唯一美中不足的是原本要入住有陽台的雙人房，當天不確定什麼原因被安排到四人房，請我們不要使用樓中樓另外兩房的部分，且現在回想起來並沒有給個清楚的交代和補償，雖然知悉四人房的房價更貴... 隔天check out前有看一下雙人房，比四人房寬敞又漂亮多了，覺得很可惜，希望以後還有機會可以如願入住原本期待的雙人房，也希望房東能依此次房客的心聲，在以後安排房型調度上面更用心，謝謝～
