The handover of the keys will take place at the agency in charge of the property, which is at a different address than the rented property itself. This address will be communicated to you once we have received full payment for your trip, 30 days before your arrival at the latest. The security deposit will be returned by post after your departure, following a delay that shall be specified by the agency. Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20 per single bed or double bed. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
