Perfect Location, Nice Staff, Affordable!”
I booked the hotel without knowing that it doesn’t really facing Eiffel Tower hence it will be hard to get a room with that view. Therefore, I requested a room with Eiffel view. To my surprise, they did gave me that room as requested (although you can only see the tip of Eiffel because it is blocked by another building). That is such a sweet gesture. I really appreciate it. The room is quite huge for the price and location. When we arrived, I saw the lift was too small so in my mind, the room might be too. Boy was i wrong. It is big enough that we can open 3 of our luggages on the floor. The staff was super nice and friendly too! The hotel has messaged me 2 days before coming saying that check in is only until 7.30pm and somehow there was a delay on my side so i told them i can only arrive around 8.30pm. They didn’t charge extra or anything, they just gave instruction and ask me to come to reception the next morning to pay for city tax. However, when i arrived at 8.15pm, there are still staff there waiting! She was so nice and friendly (I didnt get her name but she has curly hair) and also, the staff in the morning when we check out (male, wear glasses) was also friendly to us and let us store our luggages while we explore the city. This hotel is super close to Eiffel Tower. Only about 7-10mins walk. There are a lot of eateries nearby, starbucks, groceries store etc. Probably the only downside is that there was no kettle to boil water so we can’t eat our instant noodles. However there is a coffee maker in the room so you can have your coffee in the morning. Other than that, 10/10. Thank you! Will definitely come again :)

Amazing!!”
This accommodation was lovely, in a very nice area and we could see the Eiffel Tower from our room. Would definitely go back there! The staff were great and we had a fabulous time. The only thing was that there is a church very close and they would ring the bells a lot through the day from 8am, our room was facing it and they were quite load; This wasn't a problem for me as i enjoyed hearing them as part of the experience of being in Paris but it does wake you up for those who like to sleep in. There are rooms on the other side of the building though so I would still defiantly recommend coming... you won't be disappointed. It's so close to the eiffle tower and local area where the restaurants and bars are. You come out the door and go right and you will be on the strip in 2 minutes or you go left, then right and then left again and walk straight and your at the eiffle tower. It's about a 10minute walk.

THE BEST”
On our first day in Paris we’re very stressed because our plane left our luggage somewhere. Good thing we’re welcomed with a nice hotel room near the eiffel tower. When you enter the hotel it was quite small but when we entered our room it was so big, it has microwave, electric stove, fridge, everything! We’re so happy. Even the gurl at the reception helped us and called the airport to locate our delayed luggage. It was a fun experience. Highly recommended

I don’t think I’ve ever been to a hotel in Paris Where I didn’t think it was too small, Or too basic. Bus this hotel is beyond my expectations. Only 15 min from Eiffel. I ask for early check in at 10:30 am they let me have my room. Room was spacious enough for a Paris standard. It was also new so it was all perfect!

Me and my boyfriend stayed for two nights for our first trip to Paris. The hotel was updated but pretty tiny. The WiFi, although free, was very very spotty, extremely frustrating for tourists with no service but it got the job done. The room was very cramped, but the location is what sold me on the place! As soon as you stepped outside the door you had views of the Eiffel Tower. Reception was also amazing, spoke English, and helped us out so much! Overall amazing place to stay if you plan on spending little time in the room

Location wise, it near to eiffel tower, walk less than 10min around eiffel tower had some restaurant and shop,metro/rer. For muslim not really recomended due to none muslim food around eiffel currently there ,unless you've bring some food by your own or you've booked studio room has carrefour express and groucery around mcd Donald. Clean wise, totaly extremely clean with nice or conford oudor when entering hotel. Staff both extremly helpful, they upgrade with us for studio f.o.c due to they looks on us brought alot of luggage for our comfortable.. We're happy to stayed on your hotel even our muslim food around there it quite far from hotel, thanks again for both staff

Perfect stay walking distance to eiffel tower and metro station ”
Its totally worth for what we paid. Very near to eiffel tower, near to metro station, fast wifi, good staffs and. Friendly, located at fantastic area, luggage storage very well and very safety residence.. the room was good with small kitchen. Like a studio room. Perfect!

Exceptional”
The man who helped us was so nice! We had a bit of an issue with the room due to a leak but he quickly helped us change rooms . The walk to the Eiffel tower was less than 5 minutes and I absolutely loved that I could walk to a Franprix (mini mart) and make my own coffee and buy a pastry for breakfast. The kitchenette was great too! Fully stocked with utensils and dishes. They provide coffee pods and tea. I would love to stay here again. Only downside was the lack of AC.

Nice apartment near eiffel tower, but they threw away my stuff! ”
Strategically located about 8-10 mins from subway and eiffel tower and several restaurants in its vicinity, this relatively big service apartment is furnished with a small coffee table and 3 chairs in its attached kitchen. Kitchen has basic cultery, cooking pots, thermal stove, coffee maker etc. Lift is very small, fits 2 persons or 1 person with 1 luggage. There is no aircon nor fan, only heater in the room, suitable for winter, but may be stuffy for summer. I was pretty happy with this apartment until i came back one day and found a plastic bag containing my stuff MISSING! Inside were the electric plug of my travel cooking pot, some instant noodles, my personal travel cutlery and some other misc items. I was shocked that this bag that i left on the kitchen table would be mistaken as trash! I am on long-term medication for my auto-immune illness, i was really fortunate that i left my medicine on the coffee table instead of leaving them in that bag! I really cannot imagine if i left my medication in that bag and it got trashed away. I told the reception the next day, she apologised and said they will speak with the housekeeper, but we did not hear any updates from them thereafter. On my last night, i came back and the face towels were not replaced. I went to the reception for 2 towels, the reception guy didnt really believe that the housekeeper did not replace them. Then he disappeared to their storeroom, and handled me 2 towels. When i got back to my room, i saw the 2 towels i got from the reception guy were the same design as the bathroom mat. Seriously, you expect me to use the bathroom mat for my face? Im not a very fussy person, apart from the bad experience with the missing bag and the bathroom mat, it's not a bad apartment given the price, location, comfort and size of it.

I stayed one night on 20 Jan 2018. quite spacious room with spacious bed. hot water with good shower booth but floor was icy cold. nice and good grocery store (Simply) around corner. In all, jolly good hotel with best place near Eiffel Tower

The hotel was a great location & clean. We were even able to see the top of the Eiffel Tower from our window! The man at the front desk was helpful in arranging a ride back to the airport & answering other questions. The hotel is small & the front desk closes at night, but that didn’t matter in our stay.

Great Location”
We stayed at the studio room. It was very spacious. The location of the hotel was really good value for money. Eiffel tower is like a 10 minute walk away. Theres a bakery across the street, laundry shop and a grocery store nearby.

the place is well suited within the eiffel tower, metro and other attractions. the staffs were friendly. bare in mind that there will be no staff after 9pm till 9am. however you can call the emergency number for any help. the phone in the room is not working though. other than that it was a great stay for us.

Good value of money”
The hotel is located near the eiffel tower, just within walking step. There also a bakery shop and supermarket near the hotel. In weekdays daytime its kinda noisy , you can hear the sound of the students playing sport. The apartement itself is quite spacious, and have small kitchen inside. The only complaint is I think the cooking utensils is quite old, full of sratch, should be replace with the new one.

Excellent, close to transport links and of course the Eiffel tower. laundromat and big supermarket less than 100m away to complete the missing bits. But internet only worked close to the ground floor (it was very very fast though) despite the presence of routers on all levels.

Great location but very small room”
Everything is great. Staff is very friendly. Great location and price in Paris. The only minor thing is that the shower drain does not work well and can easily flooded when trying to take a shower.
