Excellent Location in Toulouse”
We arrived to Toulouse from Barcelona by Bus. The hotel is walking distance (just crossing the street) from Matabiau Bus & train Station, if You are planning to visit other places by bus or train, this is a perfect location. It is also Walking distance from Capitol. We did not take the breakfast option, but just near the hotel You can find many breakfast options at a lower price, and enjoy the Toulouse vibe.

The room was fancy and the location great next to the main train station and minutes away from all the city has to offer but the breakfast was basic and mot replenished, the room amenities are not replenished also...

Water comes out cold and warm repeatedly but no hot water, so try to use Jacuzzi but fully booked … looking forward to have a shower at home

There is no kitchen. There is no kettle. There is no Nespresso. There is no working air conditioning. It was fairly hot in my room, and the only choice I had was to leave the window open which let in all the traffic noise and train station noise. I got about three hours sleep. If you have any mobility issues, it's a deep tub with no grab bars. Staff was pretty uncaring when I went down to ask about the air conditioning and kettle and coffee maker. Tellingly, no one asked me how my stay was when I checked out. The hotel room was nicer than expected for the price, but the missing amenities were a really big drag. And to get met with a simple shrug when you ask about it is very offputting.

Hacen aseo cada 8 días y apenas aspiran. Al llegar, las toallas y la cama estaban sucias y en los corredores teníamos que aguantar la respiración del olor a droga. El desayuno solo tiene kiwis y otra fruta, pan y huevo cocido. Personal desatento. Las fotos mienten, no hagan caso de los otros comentarios: ES UN PULGUERO.

El hotel esta bien pero la atención de las recepcionistas pesima no hacen ningun esfuerzo por ayudarte y eso es una parte muy importante en un hotel, cuando el problema es que tienen un paquete de hotel y parking y en recepción te dicen que el parking lo tienes que pagar aparte

C'est un hôtel appartement au bonheur la chance, si vous tombez sur une bonne chambre, l'hôtel est pas mal, sinon, les équipements cassés et surtout le ménage fait à la va vite avec touffe de cheveux , l'accueil lui aussi au bonheur la chance. La veille la personne était agréable le lendemain la personne avec qui j'ai parlé était déplorable, manque de professionnalisme, déçu de cet hôtel appartement qui pourrait être vraiment bien car bien rénover, mais suivant la chambre, quelle surprise de voir que la plupart des objets étaient cassés, ou totalement manquant. En fait je pense que l'hôtel pourrait être vraiment bien s'il était mieux gérer mais ce n'est pas le cas. Client déçu.
