apartment is amazing, very big and spacious. the host was really helpful and she showed us a lot of places to visit. luckily we reached there on the day of luminarie celebration which was stunning and an amazing experience with the locals.

Great location and allowed us an early check in at 12 pm. The front desk person was super helpful, the room was big, so easy to spread out luggage and avoid being cramped. Nice terrace to enjoy a glass of wine and unwind after the day’s tours. $10 cab ride from the train station. Safe neighborhood with food and shopping just a five minute walk.
It would have been nice to have at least a bottle of water in the room upon our arrival and more then one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Zero condiments in the kitchen. Not even salt and pepper or a roll of paper towels. I would suggest charging an extra $5 per night and providing a few basics. I also suggest that you start a pantry of non perishables that are left over from people like us.

The studio apartment was in a quiet street close to restaurants and cafe / bars. The lady on reception was very friendly and kind. She provided us with a map and explained where the touristic sights were and also local restaurants. It is a 15 minute easy walk from Pisa central station.
It was all good except for mosquitos. This is not the fault of the owners however.

fabulous apartment, lots of room, very cool in hot Pisa with the ceiling fan, lovely balcony overlooking the courtyard. Location was fantastic both for the train station and the centre of Pisa, lots of bars and restaurants to choose from in the area.
there was nothing we didn't like- it was perfect and would definitely stay there again.

It's nice that it wasn't in the most touristy area by the tower, yet very central and near good restaurants, city centre etc.
The fan was noisy, but when I told them, they fixed it fast and the service was good. Not the most modern, but a nice place!

The host was a delightful, kind young woman who tried her best to get the refrigerator fixed and helped me with the door. The apartment is only 15 minutes walk from the leaning Tower .
The kitchen was not adequately equipped and the refrigerator was broken. The apartment was quite dark. The lock on the door was difficult to use.

The room is very hot and humid, and you can’t open the window as people passing will see you in bed. The kitchen lacks any basic items such as salt and the pans are poor quality. Due to the humidity in the room, the towels didn’t dry, and we had no new towels or bin change in a week,

the lady at the reception was so nice and helpfull. we used the commun space to relax waiting for the room to be available for check-in. same thing for departure, the lady let us leave our laguage at the reception after check, since our flight was far feom our check out. we really appreciated there devotion. the place is too call, pretty clean, and the position is owesome, near to everything ! the ratio quality/price is great. we loved our staying, will defenately come back again :).
mosquitos every where ! 🤣 but they give some anti mosquitos pastilles that are quite efficient inside the room.

Extremely cosy and neat typical Tuscan apartment. Great big balcony/terrace to enjoy both breakfast and a drink in the evening admiring stars. Very good location in a quiet alley 100 m from Arno river, walking distance from railway station and e.g. Leaning tover. The signora in the reception was superfriendly! Perfect place for us.
