Nice stay”
This was a nice hotel with self help facilities. The staff were very helpful. It's good value for money. It is close to Disneyland and a nice shopping mall. You can store you bags for days without any additional charge. I would definately stay at Residence Du Parc if ever I was to come to Paris again. Marquis, Jamaica

Great hotel and staff were very helpful”
We really enjoyed our stay at Residence du Park. In fact, if I had known how difficult it was going to be in Paris with a 3 year old we would have stayed longer at Residence du Park and spent another day or 2 at EuroDisney. There was a nice bathroom, fridge for keeping food so we could eat cheaply. The bus to and from Disney and Val D' Europe was very handy. Lovely time.

Value but need a car and very difficult to find”
I needed to find hotel value as I was on a low budget, but required a three star hotel outside of Paris. With a rented car I was able to keep my budget low by staying at Residence du Parc. If you don't mind driving a lot to get to/from Paris this is definitely a good place to be. If you are visiting Disneyland it is certainly a good bet.

Worth It!”
I will definitely be going back to Residence du Parc on our next trip back to France.

Better than the ones in Disneyland”
For the price is more than perfect, not too far from the parks (2 euros on a bus, nearly 20 if you take a taxi), quiet, with a pizza restaurant just next to it and a boulangerie, you really can save lots of money. My family members decided to stay at Disney's Cheyenne Hotel which was overcrowded, stinky and massively expensive in comparison (like 350 euros per night plus dinners per 25 euros or more). First night when I arrived there was some issue with the trains and hordes of people trying to get to the airports by bus/taxi, as I didn't know very well which bus to take or where to stop if taken I needed to take a taxi but none would take me there until the receptionist at Cheyenne hotel helped me. Also, one of the days I decided to stay to watch the Disney's night event, which was impressive, but by the time it finishes there are no buses and you need to take a taxi to go back to the hotel but took me more than 40 minutes to get one. So make sure you have a map and the right directions to get to the hotel, walking to there is possible but the circling roads can be confusing and in the night is probably better to just take a taxi unless you have a map and, if possible, some device with GPS. Again, I insist, its possible to walk to the hotel (there are walk paths) but rounded roads can easily confuse you so don't take the risk unnecessarily. The last day when leaving I also needed a bit of help connecting to the Internet as I needed to check something before departing but receptionist didn't care to help me and acted grumpily, gave me the feeling she didn't care once keys were returned :( The rest was perfect, quiet, clean and spacious it even has a swimming pool that you probably won't use as you want to spend as much time as possible in the parks but was great to tease my family a little bit as they didn't have one on their quite-expensive Cheyenne Hotel.

Pleasant stay”
This hotel is ideal if one has a family and small children. For a lone wolf like me, I found it very relaxing and safe. The downside is it is not in the centre of Paris. However, communication by train and bus is available. I would strongly recommend this hotel having tried many hotels in Paris. It is the best I have used so far!!

Relaxing ”
We were ok. But the desk info service is not good coz they are open only from 7-11:30 and 15:00 - 00:30. We arrived Past 12nn and we cannot check in so we must go somewhere and back 3pm to check in. Residence du Parc is 10 min away by bus from Disneyland and its location is in à countryside/village where is only farm and some houses or factory outside.

Great economical hotel for Disneyland ”
We stayed 4 nights at this hotel and found it a great value especially compared to other hotels and expensive Disneyland hotels. It had a convenient bus stop to Disneyland and the train station that ran every 20 minutes or so. The room was clean but there was no maid service. We enjoyed having a ground level room with a door to the outside since we are smokers. There is a microwave, small stove and refrigerator and electric kettle. The beds were too hard for my taste but we managed to sleep well. The best part was having a large tub as it was so relaxing after a long day of walking and standing at Disneyland!

Covered the Basics”
The hotel room was kind of a joke. Bed was made like a teenager would make it. The fee we paid for our room didn't cover anything but the room. You have to pay extra if you want it cleaned during your stay. You have to pay extra for any amenities like a blow dryer. We also paid extra to have breakfast included in our stay, and it was very basic. Bread, cheese, ham, plain yogurt, and some granola. However, most of the time we were there they were out of everything and we had to wait on staff to bring more food/plates/bowls/milk out. The hotel is convenient for getting to Disneyland Paris, but is not close to anything else (i.e. food or shopping). We were quite disappointed. The pictures and reviews online looked much better than it actually turned out to be. On a positive note, the staff at the front desk were all very excellent. They were kind and did their very best to help us with information and answering our questions as best as they could. We were very grateful for that.

Disneyland- at residence du parc ”
Able to leave our bag at luggage room and go straight to Disneyland- Staff very friendly all speak well English, our room had laminate floor and not carpet as I read in some reviews and was clean when we arrived , at kitchen items very basic for cooking, have microwave, didn’t know they do not do any cleaning until I got the room , don’t think towels and toilet paper was enough. 15 minutes on a bus from Disneyland and 4 stations away from intermache supermarket , next to hotel have a nice pizza takeaway place and a coffe with fresh baguettes and croissants. At reception in hotel was able to buy the bus tickets 10 units for 15,90 cheaper than on the bus -2 euros per unit

More like a Service Apartment ”
Nothing to shout about except for the fact that it is near to Disneyland and La Vallee Village. If you're not planning to go to these two places, there is no point staying in this 'hotel' as it is located very far from the city center. There is a bus stop right opposite the hotel which makes it easier to go to Disneyland. Only a few restaurant at walking distance. I recommend that you rent a car if you choose to stay in this hotel as it is very quiet at night. With a car, you can drive to better restaurants within the vicinity. Disneyland is not walking distance from this hotel. You need to take a bus or drive.

Perfect for sightseeing”
The staff here was very kind, even when the hotel ran into the issue of no hot water, they remained calm and polite. The room itself was small and run down a little. We had booked a double bed and ended up with two twin matteresses pushed together. It's a good thing we like to snuggle, because the beds kept splitting apart. There was no hot water and it was 40° outside, but this was just our layover hotel. We slept so well, as the beds wete very comfortable. This hotel is great if you'll just be there to sleep and bathe. Value would have beeb worth it if the bed was a single double/queen matteress.
