Exceptional”
I took my mom to Paris for her birthday and this hotel was very clean. The staff was nice and it was close to everything. I bought a weekly pass and was able to take the train everywhere in under 20 minutes unless I was going to a different city. The only issue is the bathroom doesn't have a door for the shower so the floor got wet when showering. The bedroom is HUGE for a hotel in Paris. We had more than enough space to move around. The bed was comfortable. Very nice stay. They do allow dogs. There were 2 people with dogs staying there. The rooms are soundproof, but it's on a quiet street. We only heard noise when the windows were opened.

Great Stay with Breakfast Option”
The hotel was really good, we had a room with Balcony and it was amazing to sip a glass of wine from the top. Rooms were very clean, had all amenities. Staff were very cordial and helped us out for printouts. Walking distance from major metro station and Train Station (Gare du Nord). Breakfast was good with Breads, Croissant, Tea and coffee and juice. It was walking distance from Laboratories to get PCR tests for traveling if required.

Great location”
Great location near Gare du Nord if you need to take a train from there it's only a 10 minute walk. The hotel itself is a bit dated but was great for a night or two stay. The man at the front desk was very helpful in helping us get around Paris and navigate the metro. He was very forthcoming with giving us advice. They also have luggage storage if you arrive early or want to leave luggage there after check in which was very handy.

This was the shadiest, and worst hotel I could have stayed at. The hotel was a BIG security concern. When my wife and I got there, they gave us the room key without even checking our passport. Anyone can stay in this hotel, and not have to provide proof. I contacted Agoda for a refund of the stay, and neither Agoda/nor the property have been decent enough to look into this. Highly ADVISE anyone from staying here. The WORST hotel experience and the most INSECURE I have ever felt.

The staff was not friendly. The hotel was extremely old with a broken elevator, no air conditioning and bad power circulation. My plug adapters all burnt out in the room.

I felt all Staff in this hotel is very friendly and helpful The location of hotel is located on metro line no7. It might hard to find at first but once you get there it is very easy and I found it was convenient either by metro or bus. Here is the easiest way if you come here by metro at station Poi.....(sorry that I forgot full name of this station) take exit 1 then walk straight until you see the bank on the right and a small park in front then turn right to the street Rue Pierre Semard you will see Ibis Style Hotel next to it you will see Residence Du Pre. Near hotel there are restaurants such as Vietnamese Japanese Italian

Excellent location”
The hotel is very in very good location, close to 2 metro stations, you have a 10 minutes walk to Opera and Lafayette, many cafes, restaurants and supermarkets in the area. The room was very clean and quite big for Paris. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay again when I'll come to Paris the next time. The only inconvenient I could find is that there isn't a minibar in the room.

The staff at Residence Du Pre was the best hotel staff we have ever had. Every single one of them was professional, friendly, courteous, and very guest-oriented. The rooms are small, but that's very common in Europe. The bathroom was clean, but the shower stall did not have a curtain and could have used one to keep the tile floor from getting wet. The breakfast was very good with high quality food. The only thing lacking was fresh fruit.

Easy to find. Perfect location. Near the metro station. There are 2 Du Pre residence on the same street. So make sure which one you booked. Room is clean, personnel are friendly.

Lovely hotel in great location”
Quiet neighborhood. Du Pre is actually 4 hotels, 3 on the same street to be sure you know which one you're booking at. Room was a decent size, large bathroom (but needs shower curtain). Would be nice if guests had the ability to make tea/coffee in-room.

Small hotel with a convenient location in a quite French neighbourhood”
Remember, there are four or five hotels by the name "du pre" nearby! Finding the one you booked may not be so direct. The hotel located in a nice, 19th Century building, in a quite French neighbourhood. It is by a not-so0busy road, but could get a little noisy if you'd like to keep windows opened. It is close to metro line 7 and some buses around could get you to most sightseeing locations in Paris (though the timetable of Parisian bus may not be accurate). Sacre Coeur and the Louvre are within 30 minutes of walk. Its proximity to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'est is a plus.

Location is great, friendly neighborhood between the heart of Paris and Montmartre, 15 minutes walking distance from Opera Garnier. Staff is friendly, the only thing was the shower booth didn't have a curtain and I was having a hard time not splashing toomuch water outside.

Location is great to reach subway station within 10 mins by walk. Room is clean and quite. The staff are warm and helpful. There are several Du Pre hotels in same street so it's easy to reach the wrong one, but it's not a problem.

Nice hotel, good location. It’s a 10 min walk from Gard du Nord which was perfect for me. It was simple but clean and very friendly staff. Breakfast was a good price too. They also let me store my luggage before check-in and after check-out which was convenient.

Smal hotel close to Montmartre”
The hotel is ok, room is tiny (i never saw a big room in whole Paris) but clean. furniture seems to come from the 90ties. its not a modern style. the hotel is in walking distance to rail station (gare du nor) and Montmartre. if you have no high expectation and you only stay one or two nights in Paris, you can give this hotel a chance.
