Perfect apartment for 4 people. Spaces and accessories very practical and comfortable. We felt extremely well the whole time. Great location. Amazing pool!

Very weak and limited Wi-Fi access. 😉 Location, near to the beach yet far enough from the busy city center to have a relaxing vacation.

The AC was shutting the electricity down in the apartment quite often. Mattress was too soft, should be replaced.

The location is perfect close to everything, the apartment is well equipped,clean and just the right size for a family of 4. Highly recommended!

We have been told the room will be ready at 4 pm. but when we arrived it was not. We had to wait more than 1.5 hours and considering the 8 hours drive it was not pleasant at all. Apart from this all went well.

Location is fine. Not far from the sea, not far from the center which is fine.

The room was not clean upon our arrival and we had to wait for more than 1 hour to have it cleaned, although we arrived late afternoon (4.30 pm). It made our short stay even shorter. And the landlord reacted in no way to our complaint in this respect and provided no compensation. There is no dishwasher in the room which should be, I guess, a standard. There is no kettle in which you may boil a water for morning tea. Swimming pool is smaller and not so beautiful as on the picture. The wardrobes in the rooms were unpleasantly smelly and we could not use them.

The sofa "bed" in the living room is horrible. Its for 2 people to sleep in, back pain after 1 night. If change that sofa, this place would be 10/10.

the fridge was so noisy that we could not even sleep, the bed was very uncomfortable with two soft mattresses on top of each other. washing machine was not working properly

Veeery bad quality of the beds

5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 from the old town. Almost new apartment, clean and well refurbished.

Our flat was on the first floor and the smell from the fast food downstairs was always coming in.

The checkin happened really early which was awesome, instead of afternoon it was done ~11AM. The apartment was quite big. The parking place for car was covered.

Some more details about stay would help, like where to park, and how to use the key for the ramp. Perhaps would be nice if they would sum this up and write it on some paper. The washing machine was not so clean and there were some ants in the building, but residence personal was helping with both issues almost immediately.

location is perfect, less than five minutes and you are on beach...i really apreciate washing machine and drying rack swimming pool is fine, when you are with kids parking is under residence, so you have car in shade👍

the place smell awful, like cigarette smoke...it was from smelly air condition, we were unable to use it..after we told about it in agency, one man came to "repair" it, but the smell was same🤷 sofa with broken cover was beacuse of it really uncomfortable for sitting and looks terrible... you need to pay extra for towels and sheets, it is ok, but here is no kitchen towel or bath mat...

Everything was very clean, the personnel extremely gentle, the position very close to the beach and in a quiet area. A plus: the underground garage.

The beds, but it is just a remark. Too soft for my taste.

Very good location 5 minutes walk from the beach, store shopping area 10 minutes. The condo was sparkling clean, pool are great ! I like the small kitchen and washing machine which are well needed with 2 children.

The beds are not comfortable at all, and we had a lot of mosquitoes 🙄

There was problem with the keys after opening hours. Communication with the owner through booking was terrible. Once I called to the agency they were kind and helped us. They additionally wanted fee for the bed sheets 10€ per stay per person! In the kitchen and in the bathroom there was no soap. So not possible to clean dishes or wash your hands. And do not forget to bring your own toilet paper….

Location is excellent. Short walk to the sea, the supermarket, the old town and the bus station. Plenty of running and cycling routes too and a bike hire shop very close by. The swimming pool, although it had limited opening hours was lovely and we generally had it to ourselves. The balcony was also important and the shade welcome after a day in the sun The Saturday market beside the bus station is great We transferred from Venice airport by bus which is very efficient and extremely cheap

The kitchen facilities are limited and would not suit those who may wish to cook. We learned after our booking that beach facilities (sunbeds) were not included which was a surprise and I was also surprised that we needed to pay extra for bed linen. This seems to be a strange arrangement to me especially when we were traveling by air. Check in hours are also limited which is frustrating for those arriving early in the day

Good position, close enough to the beach

First things first, if you are trying to find a nice and relaxing place to go on vacation I wouldn't suggest this place. Walls are so thin you can hear even people's thoughts. I stayed with my family for two days and we couldn't sleeps cause of how much noises we could hear from other apartments and cause of kids running and screaming like crazy outside. Next I'd like to point out that the apartment was everything BUT clean. I thought they had cleaning ladies for something? We found crumbs of what I assume was bread on the counter, on the sofa and on the floor. The toilet looked dirty, we had to clean it ourselves, just like everything else. There was a weird and persistent smell of disinfectant in the apartment, although again... it wasn't clean. The apartment was also very poorly decorated, the beds were uncomfortable, the sofa was dangerous to open and close. All and all it had basically no essentials. You have to pay 10€ per person to get linens and towels. The swimming pool had no sunbeds, nor was it big enough for people to stay in there safely. It is also necessary to let you know it isn't safe to let kids in there alone cause they could easily get hurt or cut themselves on the broken tiles in the pool. There's a rule to wear swimming caps for hygiene purposes (4€ each, but you have to buy them at a store cause they don't provide them) yet no one used them. I complained to the staff twice, but both times they just ignored the complaints and basically made fun of it. As for the staff they were rude, not helpful at all and seemed to just not care about the clients at all. I will definetly never go back. For the price we paid I would have expected to have a better experience and a better approach from the agency employees. Parasols and sunbeds for the beach are to pay separately (18€ per day).

WiFi is not available in the rooms. I had to go outside to connect to the internet.

Use caps in the pool id not good for anybody

The personnel was great and willing to help. They even allowed us to keep our car in the garage after we checked out.

There was no bed linen, towel, soap, or disinfection in the room. The only disinfection was at the entrance, but not a single one on the floor. I expected much more awareness from a country with such a COVID experience.

It is close to the beach and there is a parking place available for every apartment. The terrace is very big. It was clean. The air conditioning is working fine although the apartment has a high ceiling. Window blinds available (roller shutters).

Close to the apartment there is an Amusement Park which in the weekend was very loud till 12 o'clock in the night. I am not sure what the laws are in Italy but this seemed a little too late. Shampoo and soap is missing.
