Reception opening hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00
- Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00
- Sunday and Wednesday: 09:00 to 12:00
If you plan to arrive outside reception opening hours, please contact the hotel in advance.
Guests staying longer than one week can renew their choice of services at the reception at the end of each week.
Please note that a EUR 200 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival, payable by cheque or credit card. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the apartment.
Prices include : Accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat + dish towel), cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning fee (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access (maximum of 5 devices to browse, read e-mails and research), charges and taxes (except tourist tax and handling fees).
Available with an extra cost:
- beds made upon arrival
- mid-week housekeeping or cleaning kit
(The number of services purchased must match the number of occupants in the accommodation).
For stays from 2 to 6 nights check-in is possible from 14:00 and check-out until 17:00 (subject to availability otherwise until 12.00).
A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg can be requested at an extra charge. The kit includes: 1 cot and 1 high chair. Subject to availability.
With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.
In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
Please note that parking needs to be reserved 15 days prior to arrival.
