Reception opening hours:
- Monday, Thursday and Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 19:00
- Tuesday and Sunday: 09:00 to 12:00
- Saturday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00
- Closed on Wednesday
If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance.
Guests staying longer than one week can renew their choice of services at the reception at the end of each week.
Prices include : Accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat + dish towel), cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning fee (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access (maximum of 5 devices to browse, read e-mails and research), charges and taxes (except tourist tax and handling fees).
Available at an extra cost:
- beds made upon arrival
- housekeeping mid-week
The number of services purchased must match the number of occupants in the accommodation.
For stays from 2 to 6 nights check-in is possible from 14:00 and check-out until 17:00 (subject to availability otherwise until 12:00).
Please note that a EUR 200 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the apartment during your stay and should be payed by cheque or credit card.
With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.
In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg can be requested free of charge. The kit includes: 1 cot and 1 high chair, 1 changing mat and 1 pushchair. Subject to availability.
