If you can get it for Agodas discounted 270 000 kip its great. Otherwise it is 50-70 USD which is too much. Fresh and clean, nice bed, plenty of mosquitos.

Hotels in pakse generally are of a decent standard. As the city develops the hotels are less quiet. This hotel is in such a nice position away from all the noise I would recommend it in a heartbeat. Great staff great views great place.

    Good hotel”
The hotel provides all required services - is clean, have bathroom, warm water, Wi-Fi. The breakfast is very good! The room is air-conditioned when you are outside and is equipped with mosquito repellent. It would be perfect if not two minor inconveniences: the beds are too hard and the power sockets don't work well with European plugs (had problem to charge my mobile). Anyway - worth recommending.

    Excellent”
Great hotel for the money, the bathrooms do need updating but not a problem as clean. The beds are the best in Pakse and very comfortable. This is a great little hotel with the owner on hand and great staff. Breakfasts are wonderful on the roof restaurant with stunning views to 3 sides. I have read a few negative things about this place re the cleanliness of the bathrooms and house keeping in general. All have a little substance but please don’t let that put you off, everywhere in Laos is dusty and it must be incredibly hard to keep anywhere away from dust. This hotel is one of the best, small personal and great position. Sure things in Laos could be cleaner but remember Laos is not a western country, anyone expecting western standards haven’t read up about south east Asia. Enjoy Pakse before it becomes too modern it’s a great cultural place. Not many around anymore as western values slowly creep in

    Very nice hotel near citycenter”
The hotel breathes old French atmosphere. Nicely decorated;with heavy, dark wooden furniture and pictures all around. Breakfast is abundant, and also entirely French style (I even had the choice of fresh brie). The rooms were made up meticulously. Small downside, the personnel could have a more active attitude when it comes to greeting its guests, now it is primarily respondive. They all are still friendly and willing to help.

Impressive room, great location, very comfortable and convenient”
After a LONG journey, we were super happy that the room was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and traditionally stylish with a large wrap-around balcony. I think I had the best nights sleep I have ever had in the comfy bed. Breakfast the next morning was fine and we found after exploring a little that the location was excellent. The building was very clean and well kept throughout and the coffee shop downstairs was useful as we had heavy rain a lot of the time.

Staff was super friendly and went above & beyond for us.”
We had a nice stay. Prior, we stopped and looked at Hotel Pakse, which is overpriced and dingy’ish. We passed on their $40 room to get a $31, and we’ll worth it room here instead. He room had free water in fridge, at the hot water kettle, and even two in the bathroom. In addition , they had shower kits and toothbrushes in your room. Beyond that, they shuttled is twice for a fair price to destinations. Also, we needed a local bus to get to Champsak and the hotel arranged for their driver to take us to central market for $2.50, where he arranged for the local bus driver to not only take us to Champsak, but also stop at our hotel.

    Cutest Hotel Ever!”
This was one of the favorite places we stayed out in SE Asia. The rooms are just adorable, and they have everything you need. There is a dining room/restaurant on the top floor where you have breakfast, and there is also a happy hour and dinner menu. Really nice views up there for sunset. We stayed here before and after a trip to the Bolaven Plateau, and the hotel held our bags for us. We met the owner and had drinks with her too which was lovely.

You kind of can survive here”
It is ok, you will be fine here. Only complain is, as many said, strange smell in the room. I figured out it comes from the sink pipes in the toilet. Seriously, for the hotel manager: It is very easy to seal this pipes, so please take the effort and do it because it would avoid all the stranges smells. Otherwise the facilities are a bit weird. Different cards to activate different electricity spots in the room, but none of them used to open the door. Weird electrical system to activate the air con and the ventilator. Though all working more or less good. Something bad is that the blind for one of the windows could not be closed completely, thus the sun woke me up so early. The restaurant downstairs is ok with the offer, but man, the most expensive place I've seen in the whole Laos. Really pricey. There is an elevator but none is using it as it looks pretty dangerous. I'd recommend the manager to invest some money in modernizing the doors of the elevator.

    charming and authentic accomodation”
This family run hotel is the very best version of boutique hotel. The decor is authentic and reflect the people and the history of the place - not some made up concept. The owner often sits in the reception and welcome guests and local friends alike. The rooms are nice and clean and the "antique" open door elevator embodies the atmosphere of the hotel perfectly. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is quite a feast. This is my 3rd stay and by far my preferred hotel in Pakse.

    A lovely place”
Stayed a total of 4 days in a twin standard room. Everything is spotlessly clean. The boutique hotel is the owner Nan's family home renovated into hotel. You really feel at home here. The AC works well but the wifi can be a bit spotty. You have a separate shower in bathroom with amenities. The breakfast is outstanding, you won't leave hungry with fresh fruit & yogurt, bread & jam, and eggs cooked to order. Staff are very friendly and kind. Would recommend this hotel.
