5 STAR HOTEL WITH REASONABLE PRICE”
I stay at 1 bedroom suite. very huge, comfortable, nice view. got two tv. one in living hall, and another inside the room. bathroom is quit pack and small. tip top cleanness. got news paper everyday hotel provide transportation from Kl sentral to the hotel. but need to prepare some prove to the driver, before the let you go inside the hotel van. if u r driving, waze will confius you. please us google map. got beautiful kitchen. perhaps hotel can upgrade by adding microwave. Location : Really bad jam if you miss this hotel and need to uturn in fromt of Kl sentral. avoid peak hours. breakfast : various choise. why noodle stall only got noodle and vege. where is the fishball/fishcake?? the beef a bit smelly. mightbe from yesterday food. others food is superb delicious. DEFINITELY WILL COME AGAIN!!!

Comfort and Nice Stay”
I booked the hotel during promotion, with the same amount of money I would probably spend in other 4/5 star hotels to get the most standard room, I could get a one room suites here, which is so much more spacious vs the standard rooms in other hotels. The hotel is pretty near KL Sentral, this makes it easy for me to take the airport express to the airport.

Everything is perfect except for staff's attitude”
I am very satisfied with the room condition and concept, loving the pool, well equipped gym, and it is near to KL sentral and its new NU mall. I am quite dissappointed with their staff though. Check in takes me about half an hour and the receptionists are not as friendly as other 5 star hotels that i went before. 5 star facilities but 2 stars service. Sorry for being honest but please improve it!

Best Apartment”
It was amazing from the time we stepped out of the shuttle bus to the time we left in a taxi. All the staff were amazing. The 2 bedroom was just immaculate on arrival and each day after service. The meals were delicious and the facilities were A Class. Wish we could have stayed longer. Situation was great. Close to KL Sentral Station for transport to the airport. We all loved the pool and how it was protected from any wind even though it was on the 6th floor. It had great sun areas. Breakfast was buffet to many choices to select from. BBQ dinner was delicious with a variety to choose from and great for the kids. Best part of our holiday was K.L.

awesome experience , stay for 1 night, and had a good stay. , their service is very very good, they will entertain u whenever u need staff are very polite and helpful . they treat u a highly respective. and the location is easy to find and very convenient location a few minutes walk to Kl sentral, near shops but need to walk a bit , just can say strategic location, easy to find cab, bus and of course clean and spacious room this is truly first class , we were treated like VIP's our entire stay , overall it was a good experience , definitely want to stay again here .

A comfortable place to sleep, with good swimming facilities overlooking the city. It is very close to KL Sentral train station and local resturants in Brickfields. Be sure to get the breakfast included, buffet style with a lot of variety.

Great hotel, must come back next time ”
The room was really amazing, it was the best hotel I have ever stayed in KL for this price. The suite was big and clean with very nice furniture. Though the location is a bit tricky as it's in the middle of two metro stations, taxi was quite cheap.

Value for money”
It was very pleasant stay. The hotel is well maintained with modern facilites. Location is excellent for going around KL easily and getting to the train station for the KLIA Express train. The only drawback is that parking is not free even for hotel guests who park there.

Best in Kuala Lumpur!”
This is my second time staying there and it is still the best in KL. The suite is perfect, with two rooms, sitting area and kitchenette. It is spacious and clean. Beds are so comfortable and large enough to sleep six in a suite. I will come back again!

Staff totally incompetent”
The hotel seems to be built to the highest standards yes it is a Ramada. Its clean & spacious, however its been run by a bunch of incompetent and rude staff. I stayed there for a week and it takes the extremes of going all the way to the hotel manager to get things done. THE PARKING IS NOT FREE!!!! THERE IS NO VALET either. The parking a valet service is operated by the tower next door so hotel residence must pay RO20 per hour for the valet and RM8 per day for the parking. It was only after I spoke to the manager that they offered me a season ticket with a single charge. We spent over 2hrs searching for the hotel once we arrived at night since their location on google maps is wrong. We kept roaming around KL sentral station trying to find the hotel, so don't trust google maps the address is "TNB Dua Sentral". As we arrived the TV didn't work it got us to complain 5 times and finally to the manager to get it fixed within 3 days. I just didn't like the fact that i had to complain to the hotel manager every time i wana get something sorted out! Also don't be fooled by the kitchen; its there totally for decoration. No amenities provided rather than the kettle coffee and tea. You are also not advised to bring food from outside and they will not provide any utensils or pottery. Room service is also not good the portions are tiny compared to what you pay and don't bother to order the sup it will always arrive cold.

Convenient serviced apartment in KL central area”
This hotel is really near KL central. If you want to be around this area this is a good place to stay. It's very accessible. The units are great, clean and well equipped. Service is Ok. I like the location and the rooms are of good size and very comfortable. I do recommend this hotel for small groups or families.

What a stay to remember”
The hotel feels abandoned during the one day of my stay. There wasn't anyone to tell me that the lobby was on the 13th floor due to network issues faced by the hotels. The staff were actually nice and friendly and explained the situation to me. But the access card problems were a chore, as I always need to go 13th floor to get someone to accompany me back to my room to access it. Venue is certainly not convenient to KL Sentral train station if you plan to stay here. Otherwise, rooms are pretty clean and good.

Weekend visa bounce ”
We thought the location was going to be better and easy access to KLCentral but serounded by highways. Luckily found out early about the free shuttle bus available throughout the day. They have various drop off points around KL and drop off and pick up from JL Central but never seemed busy. Great relaxing rooms but very poor wifi unless your in the lobby. Enjoyable stay

Pretty Good”
It was good, overall everything is good. Except for the hotel location, it would be good if you could put a signage outside the road maybe 200m or 400m away to indicate Ramada Plaza Dua Sentral Hotel is nearby and show a left turn sign. The turn to the hotel is very easily to be missed. We have difficulty finding this hotel. Please update it in Google Map and Waze, because these 2 navigations guided us to the wrong direction and place. The staff billed my muesli breakfast wrongly and changed it immediately. The customer service is good, people are attentive and friendly. However the check in process is a bit slow, it could be faster. The check in process took me approximately 20 mins. The concierge staff should not grab my luggage immediately, it would be good if he could inform us. I don't feel safe that my luggage is put at the concierge where the check in counter is at another side. People are conscious about their belongings. The room is very spacious, perfect for a business stay at this price. The room is clean except for the bath tub, it is quite dirty. The bedroom is quite dark but that is ok.

It was very comfortable & I would seriously consider staying on our next trip. I wish that I had known of this hotel as this is our third stay in KL in the past six weeks.
