Best Hotel in Fort!”
Having stayed in dozens of hotels in different countries, I never expected to have the best experience and stay to date in Mumbai, in Residency hotel. The hotel is perfectly located in the city centre and you can reach most places by foot. The Club rooms are just spectacular, very spacious, modern, clean, with all amenities and if something is missing, reception can take care of it. Breakfast is served in a lovely room, there is a good selection of diverse foods and drinks and the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, it was a pleasure eating there, and as an added bonus one of the staff members would make one of the best cappuccinos on demand! The highlight for us were the reception staff who went above and beyond to make our stay an absolute pleasure. Special thanks to Roshany, the best reception manager we have ever seen, and who can easily teach others around the world how to do the job so good. We were two women from Germany on a first time visit to India and overall had a great experience, highly recommended to anyone going to Mumbai.

Incredibly helpful staff”
The Residency Hotel is very well located in South Mumbai with CSMT and Fountain within walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Sometimes in the future, maybe the bathrooms could do with a slight renovation. Otherwise the rooms are immaculate. The breakfast included offers a good variety of Indian and Western foods - everything that one would want. Most importantly, the staff is just incredibly helpful and will try everything to make you feel at home at Residency Hotel. Everybody, especially the concierge Rajesh, are putting all the effort and energy you could wish for to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you for that!

Amazing Hotel ”
Stayed for 1 day but it felt like being their for a while due to their amazing hospitality and homely nature. Received us very well by the staff and receptionist and guided through to the room. The rooms was very neat and clean with huge windows for good ventilation. The hotel is very near to major scenic places near CST, Gateway of India, Taj 🏨. Thankful to Gopal the staff guy treated us like their family member during our stay and made sure everything is in place for us. The breakfast contains all the required dishes which our tummy needs 😋 Finally in one word i can say “Just go for it”

I stayed in this hotel with my family for about 3days. We are highly satisfied with the locality, the cleanliness of the hotel and the hospitality of the hotel management. Staff are very courteous and very very helpful in all the way. Really worth for the money or I can say it is more than wat we have paid in such a vantage area. I really should appreciate the magnanimous of the hotel management. I booked two club rooms for 7people via Agoda. They didn't charge us much for the extra bed rather the cost of the extra bed is very costly in other hotels located in and around this hotel with the same kind of facilities or even lower than this. They provided complementary breakfast to all of us for the whole 3days without charging extra. I'll certainly prefer this hotel in future also and I strongly recommend this hotel to the travellers who look for the pleasant stay at low cost.

It’s best for couple travelers, we yada 5 year old with us so the space felt a bit cramped. But no other complaints really, it’s neat and clean. Staff is very polite and helpful breakfast buffet is really good. Would rate it as a hidden gem.

Lovely stay! ”
We stayed for 3 nights. We travelled 3 cities in India and this hotel was special among others bc it’s hospitality! The staff were always there for you to secure ur comfortableness, to make you feel happier, which we felt like we’re at home. We joined the city tour by their recommendation. Under that heat and crowd of the city, it saved us from a lot of troublesome things. Highly recommend. Thank you very much for making our stay extra lovely! P.S.) Cozy rooms with a big hearted staff members”
We were a group of 9 and were accommodated in 4 rooms. 3 rooms were double occupancy and a large suite room where 3 members stayed. We were not charged anything extra for the larger suite. Pros Location is brilliant if you’re planning to stay in South Mumbai Some of the best staff members I’ve ever experienced The masala tea is excellent Rooms are small but clean Bathrooms were clean as well Cons There is metro work going on and reaching the hotel takes a few more minutes even when you see it right across the road Breakfast spread is limited but really not an issue
