          Underrated and above excpectations”

          Location is easily accessible, once you get to know the jeepney routes. Jeepneys, 21 A, 20B, few which take you directly to Ayala or other main center areas such Parkmall, SM city mall etc, for 10 php, and add the bring more value than average taxi route. Great value and very Suitable for Family and Solo travellers, who are looking for quiet surroundings

          If you are traveling for just a night this is the place. The bathroom is separated from the room , it is shared with the other guest. Location wise is great , the neighborhood was quiet.

          If you are looking for a quiet place to stay in the Cebu area, this is your place! Peace an quiet are hard to find, but I found it here. No screaming roosters, barking dogs or traffic noise. It's off the main roads in a small subdivision, but a short walk to a Pharmacy, small grocery store and where you can easily to get a ride to anywhere else you want to go. This place does not offer much in the way of amenities, but as a business traveler, I was not looking for that. I just wanted a quiet place to work online. The internet was a superfast fiber wifi connection with 50+ Mb speed. Met a guest who had come from another island and was staying there prior to his outgoing flight. Being close and convenient to the airport, it is perfect for this type of arrival or departure stopping point. Great value for the money!
