If you want to be in the middle of shopping, this is the place for you. Unfortunately I am not a shopper so I felt very crowded in the afternoon. Location is central to the sights: coliseum, Vatican, etc. the check in was a little disorienting. Code to get in the gate. Code to get in the elevator. Then when I picked up phone to call “reception” it just rang. Then when I called again, there was another party on the line trying to check in. Then it was like a treasure hunt… go down from 3rd floor to 2nd floor. Put in a code and go into desk drawer and find your name on an envelope. Key cards and room and room number in the envelope. Residents Frattina is on one floor of the building. The apartment on this floor is broken up into hotel rooms. The accommodations are comfortable and relatively quiet. Nice to have nespresso in the room and water and snacks resupplied every day. Management, please consider changing the reception room infuser scent. It is very strong and little off putting.

Great spot”
The hotel's location is great and staff couldn't have been more friendly. The room was clean and lovely, albeit a little bit noisy from the corridor and adjoining rooms. The lack of a lift was not an issue as our bags were promptly taken to our room for us. The breakfast room is rather small but the standard of breakfast was very good compared to other hotels we stayed in. Overall, we were impressed and would definitely stay again.

Central boutique hotel in Rome close to the Spanish Steps and amazing shopping ”
The hotel room is pretty basic but clean and cool. Need to walk up 3 flights of stairs but it's so central To shopping and the sites it's well worth it. The breakfast sittings are less then the guests that are staying although there is tea/coffee and snacks available all day!

Great location & staff”
Very clean and great staff. Excellent location close to everything. Very generous with breakfast and afternoon tea. Staff refill the fridge every day with free water and soft drinks. The only issue we had is the reception close at 5pm. We arrived at 7pm to check in and found the door locked, but other residents opened the door for us and we called the emergency number to send someone to check us in. If you check in before 5pm, no issues and great place to stay otherwise make sure you have a mobile number for the after hours check in (not the office number). But we strongly recommend it and I will use it again.

The picture of the room is deceiving. Very small room and clustered small bathroom. Bed and furniture are old. Very humid smell and sheets were damp. No elevator to second floor. No receptionist, very cold atmosphere. No complementary breakfast. Nota good place to spent vacation time.

The property is centrally located in the Spanish Plaza where most attraction sites are within 20 to 30 minutes walking. The property is ancient but well maintained and clean. Strong air conditioning in the month of July is a plus. Our room was the farthest from the lounge area, so WiFi was spotty. Daily room cleaning with fresh towels and free water were also nice. Would recommend for first time visitors to Rome.

Don't waste your money. ”
Nothing they promise is in the rooms. We were told we'd have a quad room but only had two beds. We were told it had a tub and shower but did not. Was told check in was at 1pm but was really 3pm. The pictures are nothing like the rooms. When I wanted to change rooms they wanted to put my clothes in a dirty room till they cleaned it. Room was very dirty.

Roma es un súper destino y el hotel está muy bien ubicado, limpio, cómodo y confortable. Pero es un poco complicado la entrada al hotel y la habitación si no tienes roaming de celular y sino no hablas inglés o italiano. Tienes que subir unas escalas las culés piensen ser complicadas para adultos mayores o familias con muchas maletas. El resto fue increíble. Lo recomiendo mucho por su ubicación y volvería siempre

慣れれば便利。でもオンラインでの手続きが難関”
オンラインチェックインに慣れておらず、事前にもらったメールのリンクもワークせず、本当に困りました。 テルミニに着き、長いタクシーの列に1時間以上並んでようやく到着して、その段階でかなり疲れてました。その上、電話でいろいろ指示され、頑張ってそれにこたえたのですが、パスポートを出したり、Wifiにつないだり(ポケットWifiにつないでいたのに、信用されず、ホテルのWi-Fiにつなぎ直し、パスワードまで読み上げさせられました)。部屋の場所もスイートで分かりにくく、鍵を開けるにもコツがいって、結果部屋に入るのに体感1時間以上かかりました。担当の方にはいらいらされる、家族には申し訳なく、その後外出する元気もなくなりました。 こちらも十分に準備ができていなかったのですが、事前にリンクがワークしないことは連絡済みでした。そもそもそれが問題なければ、こんな悲しい経験をしなくてよかったと思います。ホテルを初めて使う旅行者の気持ちを、もう少し考慮してもらえると嬉しいです。 部屋のクリーニングは気持ちよかったです。初日は9時頃入ってこられたのに、昼過ぎまで外出、暑さから逃れて休憩に戻り、16時外出の日はサービスを受けられない日があったのは、残念でした。

Et flott, eksklusivt hotell med unik atmosfære midt i hjertet av Roma. Veldig sentralt ved Spansketrappa. Få rom med en meget hyggelig stab av ansatte. God og innholdsrik frokost med mat også for glutenallergikere når man sier fra til betjeningen. Noe som ikke er en selvfølge i Roma. Hyggelig med tilbud om kaker og frukt på ettermiddagen. Vår första natt var det överbokat på hotellet varför vi tvingades bo på ett annat hotell. Det hanterades dock bra av personalen, varför vi ändå är nöjda.
