Is only a couple weeks old. Staff were accommodating and bathroom and living areas were kept clean. Everyday they would provide a amenities bag everyday which includes slippers, a bath towel, face towel, and a tooth brush. The only downside we’re the other people staying in the cabins next to me. They were super loud at all hours of the day walking in and out and found it really hard to sleep during the day and night. Would be awesome if there was a sign that told others to keep quiet and use living areas to make noise

Hostel was good but less facility. They provide only microwave but not with tools cook like bowl, spoon, etc and no refrigerator. Even mineral water they don’t provide it at all only coffee. This hostel provide hairdryer, bath kit from towel, toothbrush, soap, washing machine not free, iron not free. Wifi is good. They have elevator.

Nice Stay”
I had a nice stay. The room is clean and well-organized. The bath facilities as well. Staff are answering my queries promptly, however, when I asked if I can check in earlier, the initial response was that it was okay but I needed to pay an additional, later on it was clarified that I can’t check in earlier, but they allowed me to stay at the common area while waiting for my check in time. Overall it was a nice stay.

After staying will finally understand why the weird name "POSHtel" not Hostel - Everything was top grade for the level of Hostel/Capsule/Cabin stay you'd expect. Very modern interior w Japanese art inspiration almost wow you with Hotel feeling. Facitilites & Amenities all top class : DHC Japanese v good brand for Skincare & Shampoo Conditioner Body Soap, Toto high class warm & wash your butt toilet and Toto showers with a nice seat inside, Lixil taps & sink, Panasonic Nanoe hair dryer not even all hotels provide these brands...Inside cabin has safety box finally big enough for laptop, fan outlet adjusable for those wanna be colder/warmer, 2USB + electricity outlet. Fresh coffee machine normal or decaf...Can't ask for more. A little bit of 6-8 mins walk to Tamawaramachi station but Ginza line is perfect for tourists to Ginza Ueno Shibuya Omotesando (Harajuku). Nearby small restaurants close late & 24hr sushi... Definitely will return next stay.

Overall the best capsule hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Spacious for a capsule. Service, amenities, security and cleanliness were top tier. The common spaces were beautiful especially the women’s section. The powder room was my favourite place to be. Vending machines were a nice touch. Staff were helpful and respectful. And it was cute!!!! 5 minutes from Senso-ji Temple and 2 mins from Asakusa station (Tsukuba Line). The shopping around here is endless. May pay a little bit more than other places but it is worth the comfort. Please stay here. And girls go to the powder room!!!!

It was a very clean and comfortable place to stay at. However, I found it to be located in quite an inconvenient location despite having 2 stations next to it. It is still about a 7 minute walk to either station. Also, even though I am only 5'5 (165cm), I kept knocking my head on the entrance to the pod (even though it looks good I feel that its not functional especially when I want to pack my luggage) and I can only imagine how difficult a much taller person would struggle to go in and out of their pod. But overall, I felt like it was a better-than-average hostel.

Is 500m from tawaramachi station, not far. Nearby have alot of foods and have fresh food market which you can go buy bento as ur dinner. There is a 24 hours don don donki as well nearby. The hostel is very clean and have all your needs. One thing to improve is the lighting in powder room, not so suitable for make up. Maybe can make some changes on that. Other than that, i am happy with my stays here
