Clean, affordable, and very good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Downtown location with lots of great restaurants and shops within close walking distance.

This is the second time we've stayed here. The first was five years ago. It's not a fancy place, but the location can't be beat. It's right downtown and walking distance to the lake and lots of restaurants and bars. This time the place seems a little dingier than five years ago. They told us when we checked in that because of Covid they wouldn't be cleaning our room during our stay but we can get more of anything we need. Given the fact that Idaho is clearly not adhering to most Covid safety recommendations (masks and social distancing were not observed anywhere), I suspect this has more to do with the labor shortage than Covid. That said, it was sufficient for our needs, and again, the location is fantastic. Will likely stay here again next time we're in CDA.

Fantastic location”
We were able to walk to our events and enjoy the restaurants without driving around. The beds were too firm for my taste, but that was my only complaint. Everything else was great!

Facility is in dire need of an update. Rooms are just so so clean, and maid service was not provided on either of the 2 days we stayed. Watch out for clothes washer as one only works if you slam the lid down. We found this out after loosing money in the machine and moving clothes to the other machine. Only then were we told.

Very convenient and walk-able location. The building is a little older, but the price of the room reflects it. I enjoyed being close to the downtown and lakefront amenities. I would recommend a stay at this hotel.

It is an old motel so don't expect the Hilton. I got there early and told the clerk I wanted to get a nice quiet room and be back later in the day to use the room. He was very accommodating moving other guests around until he got me a second floor room farthest from the street. The room was clean, bed good, shower good and I would stay there again. It is down town so don't expect real quiet. We were there Sat and Sun night and I didn't have any problem with the noise. Easy walking to town and the resort and easy to get to from the interstate.
