The room is just a bit above average for this price range in Bangkok. But add the swimming pool - and it becomes a great deal. Located in the residential area down Ratchada soi 14, if you're an expat or a regular visitor, probably you'd like it. 5 min walk to Ratchada (some shops and restaurants on the way), 5 min more to the left and you're at Huay Khwang MRT. Not far from everything by taxi as well. Metered taxi to Don Mueang airport was around 150 baht, no problem to catch one at 9am right in front of the reception. Overall, great stay, only thing I feel pity is that I had only 1 night this time!

A Basic Accomdation for a Solo Traveller”
Location was great, as I was looking to stay at quiet environment, away from the hustle and bustle of central Bangkok. Staff were friendly and obliging. Transport to other parts of Bangkok is not a problem, as there is a free shuttle service in a golf buggy Hwai Khwang, the nearest MRT station. Convenience stores, a mini hawker centre, and a quaint coffee house are nearby for convenience supplies. Only time was, the glass sliding doors did not offer much privacy, except for the curtains covering them. Highly recommended for solo travelling.

Just perfect for my 5 days stay in Bangkok”
A few minutes walk from the MRT station.... there are two 7-Elevens outside the hotel and you can buy local food also outside... and very close to the office that i had meetings... the pool was inviting but did not have the time, maybe next time. i will definitely come back to this property.

The location of the resort is fabulous, easy to travel to the night market and it is near to the MRT. Service there was great, friendly and understandable staff. On my first night the water and electricity isnt working in my room so they gave me one night at the other hotel butit's own by them and 20% off the first night i found it was a good service recovery. But they need to improve on the water in my room as sometimes the running water is so little and sometimes there's no even water coming out from the shower. That's the only bad thing about my whole trip staying there, besides that everything is fine.

the place is near mrt which makes easier to commute around bangkok. the staff were nice to place us in a bigger family room. the aircon is great. we just had a problem with the toilet because once you shower everywhere is wet then.

Spacious Room and location is near to some good eating area”
Our first 2 nights stay were pleasant since we booked a bigger room which could cater for 6 persons since the room for 4 persons were fully booked. The water from the shower area leaked out from the side and the floor was wet whenever we showered. I hope the management and maintenance team can look into this repair. There are some good Korean and Chinese restaurants nearby that serve good foods. MRT Huai Khwang is around 10 mins walk away and Train Night Market at Thailand Cultural Center MRT is just one stop away.

NO to this Family Room for 4 Pax”
This hotel only has 1 family room for 4 pax which is located on the ground floor. Since this room is near to the main drainage at the room side, the bad smell from the main drainage started to come into the shower/toilet area when someone is showering. The smell was so bad that we had to buy an AIr Freshener from Seven-Eleven in order to spray and remove the smell. Unfortunately, it was unable to remove the smell. We informed the reception to get the maintenance to take a look on the next day. However, the bad smell came back whenever we took a shower. Furthermore, we noticed a lot of mosquitoes whenever we came back to the room at the end of the day. So we need to kill them. I would not recommend anyone to get this family room until the management gets the bad smell and drainage sorted out. Hope this review will alert the management of such issue to this family room.

4days 3nights me and my friends have been staying here so far the swimming pool was great, but the hotel room was too small for us.we looks at the agoda apps picture its such a very nice view but at last the hotel room that we get the water leaking down dont know from where, the sink tap cant be close properly water leaking at the sinki too.

first day got in a room with lousy air-con and not cold at all . things inside the hotel is old and spoil mounting of hardware is loose and spoil . after that i got a change room and it is ok . please do not stay in room 13. as things is old and spoil .
