The Hotel, Facilities and Staff were 1st class, and we got a great price for our room, however I did find that the food and drink were expensive, the buckets of beer we're a good idea but not much of a saving. Perhaps you could look at doing special offers throughout the day not just in the evening.....

Location wise it's situated right in the center for North Goa so it's quite easy to commute to all the main attractions. It is not close to any beach if that's your expectation. The breakfast buffet has a lavish spread and it's tasty. The staff is super courteous and helpful. It's good value for money

Very Nice property, good location in North Goa with parking facility. We have booked Royal Suite and i have never seen anything spacious than this. It was more that 1000 Sq ft with huge bath tub in one complete room. Breakfast spread was also nice. Definitely recommended if you are staying in North Goa and wants to stay near Baga, Calangut.

I enjoyed my overall stay at Resort Rio. Property is located at arpora near baga. I stayed at luxury room will all meals included. Special thanks to Rishabh and Shailendra for extra efforts they put while serving meals to my 1.5 yrs old daughter and my wife.

Early check in - available with prior intimation. Staff was quite helpful at arrival. Check-in, check-out precess - smooth. Housekeeping - more promptness desired. Breakfast - was expecting a more lavish spread. Location - was the best thing about the hotel. Neither too close, nor too far away from the main beaches. Staff - friendly. Had a couple of incidents at breakfast and the items were replaced immediately. But absolutely not expected at a 5-star facility. Rooms - clean & spacious. Bathroom - clean.
