The cleanliness was impeccable. The housekeeping team was polite, courteous and very kind. The room was so clean, there wasnt a stray hair in sight. The furniture is new and kept in good condition. We ordered an extra bed and when we entered, it was already set up, much to the delight of our daughter! The teddies and balloons were a fabulous touch and we loved the details the hotel went to make us feel so welcomed! There were great looking shiny papered personalised cards in the room with warm notes from the hotel. The view from the room was fantastic. We loved that the hotel premises are kept a nice distance away from the crowds and this afforded much needed quietness for rest. The best part was, there wasnt rowdy noises nor children running along the corridor. The rooms are kept very peaceful and quiet. Wonderful! The hotel even have a buggy service! We had a wonderful stay. The buffet breakfast was very good. Mixture of western and oriental with a good spread of juices, bread, cheeses, fruits, muesli, cereals etc. The rooms are air conditioned. This means you can control the room temperature unlike other hotels around the vacinity that does not have air conditioning.

Superb service and amazing room with a view.”
Checked in with my girlfriend and had a wonderful time there. The check-in process was efficient. Passed our check-in details over the counter and was told to take a seat, just as we sat down, we were welcomed with a glass each of juice. We were checked in while seated. Sweet. The rooms were absolutely amazing, superbly clean and spacious. Too bad our superior room didn’t have the bed facing the window but it is still an amazing room nontheless. Complimentary fruits, soft drinks, facemask, sanitizer and the crockfords teddy(My girlfriend liked that). At night when we re-entered the room, we realized it was turned down. We received a plate with two awesome macaroons and a box with chocolates, lip balm and pillow mist. What surprised me the most was the staff actually cleaned up our mess(clothes and cables almost everywhere. Sorry our fault). The bed was super comfortable. The toilet was super nice. Overall had no issues with the quality of the room and the friendliness of all the staff there. Never once we were not greeted by the staff there. Made us felt so welcome. I’d definitely stay here again but longer. One night here just doesn’t seem enough. Till our next trip to Crockfords…. 🫰😄

Extraordinary stay ”
Hotel is very close to casino. Bed is very comfortable with great view facing the mountain. You can get a good view if it’s not foggy. I’m impressed that the front desk counter remembers me and addresses me by name before I tell them my room number for check out. Housekeeper are very meticulous as well. They will put the slippers nicely beside your bed on each side. They will give you a piece of small chocolate each and a fragrance spray to make you have a good sleep.

So upon looking at the maps and etc, we found that Crockfords was the fastest and easiest for accessibility. Hence we booked it and no regrets! The coach busses stops at the depot which is right down from the Hotel. (First world Hotel is another hotel which is accessible but be prepared to wait long during check in). Staffs at the hotel were too good and most helpful! There is a buggie service from the exit of the mall to bring you to their lobby. So if you are tired, just ring the bell and poof! So when you enter they greet you, take ypur luggage, get you a seat and serve orange juice! How niceee ! The rooms have an awesome view, but the night view is the most beautiful! Cleanliness is the best here. I'm a freak for being neat, organized and clean. So staffs were great when they clean up.. Best part of all: they surprised guests with their complimentary bakes over the days. I had macarons served on Day 2 night & brownies on Day 3. How awesome right! Smooth check in & out. (Do keep 200RM separately for the hotel deposit). Their snacks & drinks are chargeable but they have good choices though. The mall is a huge place, no matter where you exit or enter there are shops and eateries at every nook. Even the outdoor theme park is actually connected, and you can walk down to it. As for the food, you will be spoilt for choices but for Muslim Travellers you need to know or ask if the restaurant is halal or not. As there are lots of choices and some were not halal in fact. Better to check.. I had an amazing time at Genting, especially when choices are made right, it's always a happy journey for all! Hope you'll have fun too and rmb to book Crockfords for your stay! ❤️

Excellent service and staff! Memorable overall experience!”
Hotel ambience is very welcoming and so are the staffs. Arrived too early for a ready room. Smooth check-in process with a WhatsApp notification once room is ready. Lots of dining options in the adjoining SkyAvenue. Not very crowded as compared to the nearby World's largest hotel. All the nearby attractions are within the vicinity of SkyAvenue; cable car, outdoor/indoor theme parks, mall etc. Room is clean and well equipped. Breakfast is served set menu and typical buffet breakfast. They even provide fantastic turn down service during evening time. View is amazing when sky is clear. We got a whole day and night of white clouds at the window. Overall a great experience to spend the time there after each day of packed activity.

Wonderful & memorable stay”
Specially got this room to celebrate with my dad on his 80th Birthday. He truly enjoyed his stay with my mom and the view was amazing! Staffs was very friendly & they even decorated the rooms with balloons and the cake which I bought from the cafe at the lobby level was brought up by the staffs with them singing Happy Birthday song to my dad! Room was very clean & the beds was so comfortable. Room temperature, lights & curtains are all remote controls with the touch of your fingers tip. My parents truly had a wonderful experience at the Crawfords Genting Hotel. Thank you for your excellent hospitality, and I hope to come back soon! Oh, the birthday cake- Chocolate Truffle was really good! Two thumbs up!

7 star hotel with amazing service crew ”
We had a pleasant stay at Crockfords Genting. The hotel room(superior room) was tastefully designed and spacious enough for the children to explore and hide around. The level of cleanliness is pristine and commendable. The service crew was polite and friendly and always greeting us genuinely whenever and wherever we are. The king size mattress was comfortable and warm to fit two adults and 1 child. Toilet was grand and elegantly designed. The heater worked well and the supply for warm water was consistent. Housekeeping service was commendable and amazing. They help to button up the jacket and fold it neatly before placing it in the wardrobe. The children looked forward to the daily housekeeping as they always get little surprises when we went back to the room, e.g. macaroons, soft toy etc. With all the great things, there are also some areas for improvement which we hope the hotel can look into: 1) Improve the selection variety for breakfast. With only 5-6 type of food to choose from, it can get boring if the guests stay longer than 3 nights. 2) Dinner at Fuhu pop-up needs a new menu and better staff management skills. We tried the dinner for the first night and never return as the children hated the menu. The beef and duck tasted like they went through the same marination, cooked with the same spices and way of cooking(all spiced with loads of black pepper and some weird tasting spices). We requested for a non-spicy long bean dish and despite an hour of waiting time, the long bean never made its appearance to the table. As much as we understand that the restaurant was short-handed, however it is indeed a disappointing dining experience that we would never want to dine there again. 3) Hotel foyer lights(shoe cabinet) could not be switched off. We hope the hotel can allow guests the option to switch off the foyer and fridge lights at night (without the need to remove the master key as we still need toilet night) so the sleep quality will not be affect

Crockfords Hotel , The Best Hotel at Genting Highland, We had a great experience staying with Crockfords Hotel. Guest service is excellent which will surprise u when u arrive at lobby hotel, you will experience definitely international standard 5 star hotel quality of attentive services which hard to find in Malaysia. Amenity and room is fantastic ( see & you will believe what I see ). Bathroom very big & got sauna system . Big room & It’s was an enjoyable two nights and three days stay at the hotel. Hotel staffs were very helpful, friendly and attentive. Service with a smile even with their face masks on. The view of the room is the key attraction for wanting to stay at the hotel. The other little things such as warm hospitality made my stay even more memorable and joyous. Definitely, will go back again if I’m visiting Genting Crockfords Hotel. Well deserved for winning the Forbe’s one if the finest property in 2022. They gave us thoughtful surprise gifts as well which I loved it and made us happy when we check out. This Hotel Room install Crestron Technology lightings, air con control system modules. A pressure for using this high technology.. Thank you

Relax place to stay”
We booked 3 rooms and we got the room all next to each other!! it is only very far away to walk from the lift..so it was not so convenient if you are traveling with elderly and small children. The Superior rooms we got are quite spacious and all well decorated with advance electrical panel to control lighting, temperature, Curtains and other standard functions. Sincerely hoping that hotel can be maintained properly. The food at the Crockfords club level 3 are awesome delicious and need only small improvement in staffs speaking English when taking the order. In general, all staffs were really helpful and appreciate very much for their efforts to give the best service and hospitality. Well done!!! Just one comments that F&B manager can consider to review on the location of having breakfast!!. It is a bit weird to have breakfast in the lobby/check in area of the hotel as many people are passing thru the lobby . The cafe is not so big and need more adjustment in offering better diary/bread product as tourist are not always used to eat Nasi Lemak with tiny tiny lobster for Breakfast...Nevertheless, we had a great time at Crockfords and definitely, we will come back one day to stay & to relax at your hotel. / out of the congested area like at the First World hotel area. Absolutely Amazing”
I don’t know where to start. This hotel impressed me to my core. It was like stepping in the old Ritz Carlton where every item and every service is personalised. I missed this kind of hotel and service where all the other hotels has taken a shortcut and cost cutting. At d same time, I also don’t want too many ppl to know about this hotel so it can be my one little secret favourite hotel. You have to check it out yourself to experience the whole thing. The buggy service, location right at the shopping centre, close to the casino.. welcome drink, complementary everything!! Ahhh… and those view facing your amazing comfy bed. Chocolate and personalised water from your butler during turned down service. And wait for this —> your own steam room inside your shower room in your bed room!!! I never see one like this before. And btw, you can get upgraded to Genting gold card member to access their VIP gaming area while you stays in Crockfords. I love this hotel, period!!!

Crockfords is by far the best establishment in Genting from our experience and this is clearly defined from the moment you step foot on their property. Their staff are attentive and warm, ensuring that weary travellers have their needs and queries well-met. The walk from the lobby to your room is serene, tranquil and immediately rejuvenates. The rooms themselves are stellar, absolutely clean with terrific views and all of the finer details are well taken care of. amenities, the complimentary dessert at night, are all gentle reminders by the hotel that they are here to go the extra mile for your needs. Luxuriously worth it”
Room & bathroom setting good. Lighting, shades, curtain, blind, partition, pretty much conveniently remote operated. I had some problem with the air conditioning and i was transferred to other room, with apology note (a good thing, tho) Staff is helpful, but i would suggest Crockford to get more english-proficient workers especially the foreign bellboy/buttler. I had a bit of problem trying to convey to them that i had problem with my aircond. Car park is exclusive from others, decor also pretty. Walking distant from the epicenter of genting itself. All and all, good.

The hotel staff were professional and helpful ..check in was abit late at 3:30 but the process was fast and smooth … the hotel service exceeds expectation and there is free gifts from bears, shower set , free macaroons and lots of drinks . There is also free drinks at lounge 2x a day. Hotel bf was superb and quality .the room facility is also very wonderful with strong rain shower .. would certainly return again with my children ! They could also do adjorning rooms upon request …

Hotel really take noted all our remarks and when I arrived the hotel lobby, they ady hv the name list and assisting us taking all luggage and they guide me enter the hotel parking. They serve my parents welcome drink while waiting for me. They also help us bring up the luggage to room. I am celebrating my baby birthday, they did arrange the birthday surprise and decorations in our room. They also fulfil all our requirements. The room attached with sauna room . So cool ! The view was so beautiful!

LOVE THIS HOTEL”
Love it and it will raise your expectation to all kind of services you will received in Malaysia. I love Malaysia but when I reach to this God-given hotel (Especially after a 7 hours' drive with multiple close call), I have arrived NIRVANA. I might look like I am upselling this but trust me I am very toned down here. All is 5 stars but the only thing I would like them to improve is multiple lift location as I was given at the corner room and walking down that loooonnnnggg corridor in the middle of the night when I want to have a late night 24hrs Starbucks, on the 7th Month, chills will occur I tell you. The view. haha it will take you breath away. Thanks for your hospitality. Will definitely visit again. PS don't make this the first hotel as you will never be satisfied after this. This has to be the last hotel before going home. make it a 2 nights if you can afford. Cheers.

The review title speaks for itself. Everything was fantastic for our stay in the hotel! Despite the prices being on the high side, the experience and package with 2 meals (breakfast and dinner) and valet parking makes it super worth it! My wife and I concluded our stay by agreeing that we will only stay in Crockfords in future when we go Genting.

Me and my family had a pleasant stay at Crockfords. All hotel staffs were very warm and helpful to us. Everything in the hotel is spotlessly clean. The hotel management is very generous with complimentary items (the exclusive stuffed crockford teddy, a plushy tiger, fruits, CNY dessert and luggage tag etc). Their lovely personal touches with the welcoming notes and letters makes it all the more pleasant. It's location is most stratergic that it's within walking distance to all of the attractions. Our vehicle, car park and luggages were all taken care of. Their buggy service which is almost always available at all time is really the cherry on the cake. In short, it's perfect!

Thanks to Crockfords for making my birthday holiday sweet and memorable. Bought dinner packages that also come with of course breakfast then also cocktails drinks. Beside that I’m surprised there’s more complimentary from hotel that makes my stay so enjoyable- a bottle Of penfolds wine, fruits, macaroons for teatime. Not forgetting a teddy bear for my daughter. Even there’s 2 tickets Gondola express to Premium outlet. Without it definitely trapped in long queue. We have Most of all they surprised me with a lovely and delicious cake as gift for birthday. Need to mention the suite is very exquisite luxury with digital tech for lights, aircon etc

Excellent Rooms & Staff”
Room is very nice and clean especially my kid very like this hotel. All the staff service is very excellent too. But I just want to highlight 2 things is they miss out my welcome drink and might be F&B area too busy. Another one is breakfast serve with menu and food just normal nothing special. I’m expected something breakfast buffet since paid premium price but quite disappointed. I hope improve from your food area. Overall for this Hotel is Excellent and next time will back this hotel again. Thanks.
