Good location
This hotel is near to all the restaurants, and attraction. Room is big can have 4 adults and 2 toddlers. Share pool with Hardrock hotel which there are slide and sand to play. But cleanliness need to improve. The under bed is really dusty.

The hotel staff are slow when doing check in . i have pre-register but still need to queue to sign the same form..baby cot bed arrive at 10pm despite us asking it for 3 times when we check in, before we go dinner and after we come back it is still not here..sofa bed was not set up as the staff mentioned that it will be. the room floor is dirty with hair and small particles. room deco is dated and looks old. bed is too soft and not comfy.

Good Stay
Reached hotel at 10.30am and was able to get our room at 12.30pm, which is very nice of them. Room is clean & swimming pool not crowded. As I booked the 3D2N package which come with theme parks tickets, the date was wrongly printed hence was denied access to the parks. Have to walk a long way back to hotel front desk to get a replacement, which luckily they tried their best to settle within 10 minutes. Please double check the ticket validity date when they hand to you upon check in.

Very surprise there is no free wi-fi. Even 3 stars hotel in other countries have free wi-fi very disappointed to find Singapore's hotel do not provide free wi-fi especially this is a family hotel. The bed is too soft, feel like sleeping on a faulty spring mattress. Do not provide body lotion another disappointment. Should not have high expectations on this hotel, or else you will be disappointed.
