Siem reap is my favourite place to visit, in Cambodia and Angkor Rendeavous Private Pool Villa is my favourite place to stay in, everytime. I give it a perfect 10! Everything is just perfect. It is paradise on Earth!! Awesomely beautiful villa, stunning pool, great food and very charming and friendly staff. Whenever I am in Siem Reap, I stay here. It is the ultimate in luxury and comfort. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🌞🍹👙💛💛💛😎😗

Diamond D’ Angkor offers an exceptional level of hospitality and utmost comfort. The hotel offers complementary airport transfer which is very much welcomed. Centrally located, the hotel is 15mins drive from the airport and 10mins walk from the famous Pub Street. Upon reaching the hotel, the beautiful decor and spacious lobby will make you feel right at home. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Some rooms are also pool facing. The greatest joy from staying here will be the service. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional. They can help you plan your days in Cambodia and Angkor Wat. We would like to especially commend Mr John and Mr Len for their warmth and amazing service. They really make us feel welcomed throughout our stay in Siem Reap. They even gave us a traditional Khmer scrawl upon check-out! It has been a pleasure staying at this hotel. Should we ever be back in Siem Reap, we will definitely stay here again!

Overall my friend and I both enjoy our stay during our time spent in siem reap. Upon reaching the airport, the shuttle bus which I had arrange was already waiting outside the airport. When reaching the hotel the staff smiled and greeted us as we walk in. We were told to wait at the welcome lounge as they help us with our check in. A welcome dessert and drinks are served to us. Staff Nana led us to our room and showed us around the hotel. She had also recommend places for us to visit that evening as we had reach Siem Reap about 4.30pm and most area of attraction had close. We had decided to book the hotel tuk tuk the next day to visit the temple. One of the guy staff (could not rem his name think start with mo*****??) at the hospitality desk was also friendly and patient as he answered our question. Our tuk tuk driver (could not rem his name) waited for us throughout the temple visit. The breakfast buffet was tasty and there is a variety of food. After each journey back to the hotel there will always be a staff serving as cold towel to freshen us up. During the last day, we had book a MEKONG bus from siem reap to phnom penh at 8.30am earlier in sg, my friend and I are both worried as it is 8am and the bus had not reach. The same guy staff (could not rem his name think start with mo*****??) who attended to us on the first day at the hospitality desk smiled and approached us. He reassured and help us to check with the MEKONG bus arrival. When the bus has arrive he approach us and inform us that the bus had arrive. We had a pleasant stay throughout, the staff including the tuk tuk driver are able to speak English therefore we had no problem telling them where we wanted to go.

We only stayed for four nights but it was by far the best hotel of our holiday. The room was spacious and clean, with a good sized balcony overlooking the lush green tropical plants between our room and the pool (salt water). Each night at around 7 the chamber maids would ask to turn down the bed and left gifts on our pillows each time. We treated ourselves to a massage in the hotel spa which was also excellent, albeit a tad spendy for Cambodia, mind you it is five star! The hotel staff were very friendly and polite throughout our stay. The hotels sits facing the central park and is 15 minutes by private car to the Angkor Temples, 15-20 to the airport and only 3 by tuk-tuk to Pub Street. This is by far the best hotel in Siem Reap and is well worth that little extra. Very very well recommended!

There are so many hotels in Siem Reap to choose from but for the price I think this hotel offers real value for money. It's the location which is the real appeal as you are about 5 mins walk away from Pub Street but still far enough away so that you don't get disturbed by outside noise. The hotel is part of one big block where at the front (near the main road) is the older Somadevi resort and at the back you have the two hotels Somadevi Residence and the Somadevi Angkor Boutique & Resort. Hence, as this hotel is at the back away from the main road (shopping street) it is a bit quieter. However, the hotel is in Siem Reap central so don't expect big grounds as it's part of a main block and so surrounded by shops. If you want something big and secluded there are plenty of these types of hotels on the highway (airport to Siem Reap) but then to get around you will constantly need a Tuk Tuk. I would recommend sacrificing on the star rating for location unless you plan to spend a lot of tme at the hotel. This hotel was perfect for our needs as we prefer to walk around. Service The staff are extremely friendly and polite. You are greeted with a smile and nice touches such as opening doors and generally asking you how your stay is, anything you need, etc. It's a very clean hotel and no complaints with the room service/cleaners. The shuttle service to and from the airport is a proper car and not a Tuk Tuk. Room Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Free WiFi in the room. Quite a big room with plenty of space. The shower had very little pressure but it doesn't matter because you can switch to the rain shower which is much better and then pressure is not an issue. Bathroom is very big, modern and clean. There was a private balcony but we didn't use this. It's a city hotel so don't expect great views. Food Only had breakfact once which was very good but other than that can't really comment. We had an unforgettable experience here, the Beige. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Siem Reap in Cambodia. If you are still wondering whether going to Siem Reap for the world heritage with kids on vacation is the right choice or not ( I know it's a bit risky. ), having glamping at the Beige and visiting Angkor Wat is the best option. Great nature, unforgettable experience and warm hospitality will wait for you.

This is by far the best Hotel in Siem Reap. This hotel is amazing compared to the surrounding city and area. The Vietnemese president was staying there at the time so service was extra special. We got a free upgrade which was even better.Breakfast is great and the pool is definitely a plus. This is the perfect place to relax after a long say at Angkorwat. Pub Street is the main area in the city which has great food and is very cheap. Also recommend going to the floating village but be careful as they will charge you a fortune to get out there and then 20 dollars to drive out. I recommend going with a tour. Very happy iwht this hotel.

my wife and i have been fortunate over the years to have travelled extensively and stayed in many good hotels. i would quite simpoly rate this one as one of the very best we have ever stayed in. rooms were spacious, immaculately clean and well appointed; the staff were quite outstanding without being over-bearing, there was a good range of excellent food to suit all tastes, the pool was a joy, the gardens restful.............etc. it really is difficult to know where to stop with the praise! i guess the final point to make must be about value for money: we had travelled to siem reap via bangkok where we had stayed for two nights in one of the supposedly very best hotels in the city and at a room-rate which was five times what we were charged in siem reap. there is an inverse relationship here between price and performance because our experience and enjoyment of this hotel in siem reap was five times better than that which we had in bangkok and at only one fifth of the price. we will undoubtedly return!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Sarai. We booked through AGODA because i read their good reviews. I am glad to write that all the good reviews are true. Our booking with agoda did not include airport pick up. I tried to contact the hotel because we will be arriving late at night. They replied immediately that they wikk pick us up at no charge. Philip was there with our name on a board and a van waiting for us. There was cold water and cold towel. The hotel was about 30 minutes away. On our way, Philip asked for my booking details and check us in through his tablet. So when we got to the hotel, the front desk asked for a copy of our passports and after signing was given the key to our room. The room was big. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. There were toiletries, hair dryer, robes and tub. Breakfast was a selection of western and asian. Plus bread, fruits and yogurt, and your choice of coffee or fruit juice. The staff were all polite and gracious all the time. Whether its early morning, mid day or late at night. Every thing is one tuktuk away at $2. Mr vanna , tuktuk #5 was very helpful. Dont bother changing your money at the airport can pay in $ in Siem Reap. Special mention to Ziffan from the front desk who did not tire of our questions on where to eat and go. Oh tickets tothe national museum is available at the hotel with free pick up. Sokunthea of the goat tree restaurant majes good drip coffee. And to Philip. Thanks guys for making our siem reap vacation a wonderful experience. Angkor wat was magnificent!

Unbelievable....!! If you have any desire to visit Siem Reap, you need look no further than Jaya House as your place to stay! This hotel puts the "SERVICE" back in in service. This hotel was recommended to me by many friends who live in Cambodia, I've been to Siem Reap 8 times and the Golden Banana is the best place that I have stayed - I highly recommend it. We had a slight problem when we arrived (they didn't have our Agoda reservation registered in their system) but they resolved the problem right away and the rest of our stay was great. The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk to the old part of town where the best shops and restaurants are, but is in a quiet area so you can relax. The room was slightly small but the hotel interior and exterior has loads of character, really adding to the experience of being in Siem Reap. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We are staying in the Lotus Blanc the Privilege Floor for 6 days and 5 nights in our Siem Reap Trip. I would like to praise the Privilege Floor service is excellent. We have go to the Ankor Wat for a Sunrise Trip, the hotel has prepared 2 breakfast box with Hot Coffee box for us at 4:15AM for us to eat in the hotel and another breakfast box for us at 4:55AM for us to bring and enjoy while we are waiting for the Sun Rise, this experience is unforgettable and makes you feel the hotel is very considerate to the guest! Also when staying in the Privilege Floor, you can have your own A La Carte Breakfast at any time until 15:00 of the day, this is such a good experience as we are tired on the last day and we sleep until a little bit late at around 12:00 noon, and after wake up we can still enjoy the good food and the good service at the Hotel Damnak Lounge for good breakfast and good coffee without any rush at all! All in all, the Privilege Floor at Lotus Blanc provide excellent service to its Guest, including staying in the hotel, transportation to nearby shops and place (they even have their own Tuk Tuk Service which can bring you out for dinner and carry you back to hotel!) and all the staffs are friendly, polite and considerate! I would definitely recommend this Hotel for any guest who want to have a good stay in Siem Reap with good service, good hotel and also are worth the money! - Simon Chan, From Macau SAR

Everything was great from beginning to end starting with the welcoming at the airport with fresh towels and drinks, to the late check out on our departure date. Staff was charming and always looking to please us. The hotel itself is charming and very peaceful in an oasis of green. Swimming pool is really big and nice. Location is great and very central, minutes walking from the night market. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a boutique hotel in Siem Reap outside the touristic madness.

This hotel is amazing in every way. Rooms and pool area is almost perfect. Breakfast is good too. Staff is super nice and their inhouse massage is superb. There are several pet animals roaming around the small hotel, I thought that was quite nice. Now to the few negative things. Location, even if its just like 5min walk into main market/pub area its still a bit secluded. It located like 200meter into an alley/small road where it gets very dark during evening and nighttime. The hotel seems to have problem with their hot water because most of the time the hot water was like medium warm. Felt a bit cold showering. They also have a bathtub in the room but could not use that due to not having enough hot water to fill it. So even if the location is a bit off and the hot water is not always available I still think this is the perfect little place to stay in Siem Reap. I would for sure book it again if I return to Siem Reap.

This is an excellent hotel in Siem Reap. We enjoyed everything about it. The room we received was an upgrade, which is always nice. It was very large and comfortable furniture, with a great balcony looking over the pool. The breakfast served in the large pavilion was superb and lots of choices, both western and Asian style food. The only issue was the bathtub and the way the shower enclosure is badly designed. You end your shower and most of the water is on the floor in the bathroom. Best to take a bath in the tub, then to use as a shower. This location is between the airport and the town. We liked it because it was very convenient to tour the ruins or get a TukTuk to the town and then easily to the airport. The TukTuk drivers always quote different prices from the hotel. Don't pay more than $3US...this seems to be the going rate, although they try to get $5 to start. Hotel arranged for an English guide and private driver for us for the day to go to several of the ruins when we checked-in. Was very helpful and convenient.

The staff at the hotel are lovely and very helpful:) We stayed in a family room, which was mostly well proportioned, clean and attractive to look at, however there were a few cons. The beds are quite hard (as they are at many hotels in Siem Reap), and the shower just one stream of water (like a tap). We also couldn’t get the water to warm up at all, so had cold showers. The bathroom was quite small, but the size was not an issue for us. There were no curtains or blinds over the glass double doors to the balcony which face immediately into another room, making it difficult to have privacy. Overall it was god value for money and the staff were excellent, however we wouldn’t stay there again.

I've passed many hotels whilst on the tuk tuk and I have to say, I've chosen the best hotel in siem reap! The others are on the main road, lack that Cambodian architecture etc. The Model Resort was just perfect, it was far from the busy roads but near enough should you wish to go out. The architectural layout of the hotel was stunning, it had a koi pond surrounding the lower level. They offered many free things like a one time only free set meal (however i feel that it was quite small, so if you're famished you won't be satisfied) free bike and tuk tuk once a day etc and discounts on massages etc, The staff were very nice, very welcoming and always smiling. Book this hotel, it offers luxury and comfort with reasonable price. Definitely worth your money.

The entire facility - lobby, bar, my room, pool and grounds - was immaculate. By far the best hotel I stayed in during a six-week trip around India and Southeast Asia. An outstanding staff of mosly younger people who are helpful, polite, cheerful and extremely friendly. "Downtown" Siem Reap is about a 15-minute walk, with lots to look at during the stroll. I extended my stay in Siem Reap because I enjoyed the hotel, the temples and the smallish, fun city so much.

This was my second time staying at Navutu. It was my favourite hotel in Siem Reap as it is a nice relaxful beautiful hotel but I think theres a few improvements they need to make to keep it as a five star hotel... -The wifi isn't very good. -The air conditioners seem old now and seems to struggle - they didnt get cold enough for me to sleep at night. -They need to improve the gym area...it seems like a deserted room that gets neglected- the air con wasnt adequate in there when exercising and the treadmill sounded like something was wrong with it... If they fixed these things it would be an exceptional hotel again.

Anatara Siem Reap is one of best hotel I stay in Siem Reap. The service was at top notch and value money to stay if you want to enjoy the hotel and not going out. They provide free tuk tuk to town with a local sim phone for you to use. The spa was the best i have and on par with Mudita Spa which rank 1 in Siem reap in trip advisor but i prefer this more as they have promotion now with free use of Jakuzzi , steam room and sauna room for you to use. The free leg massage is awesome plus the breakfast in Anatara is with unlimited champagne. The food in Chi was the best at dinner but after tasting the dinner, the breakfast and lunch quality seem to be different abit but its still one of the great one as I compare to the top 20 restaurant in Siem Reap during my stay in the place. Thank you to the management for arranging my special request and i will return to this hotel in future if i visit Siem Reap again.

The hotel staffs were very nice and so friendly, they provided a very warm atmosphere for all guests. They really want their guests to have a wonderful experience both inside and outside the hotel. We still love and miss all of them! However, the room and some other facilities have some minor problems during our time there. We really appreciate that the hotel staffs were tried their best to solve it as much as they can but the facilities could be a little bit better. All the best for the further customers, I would like to recommend you to stay here. I will stay here again if I go back to Siem Reap in the future.

My stay was unforgettable. It was so perfect that my friend and I decided to go back to Siem Reap just for Lotus Blanc. We didn't expect that the hotel that we booked would be more than perfect for our trip. To start with, it was a bit surprising that a Highlander picked us up from the airport. We were expecting only a tuktuk bec of the very cheap price that we payed for. It's unbelievably cheap so like I said, we didn't really expect much. But when we arrived at the hotel, we were given a very warm welcome by the staff. The moment we set foot on the hotel,they made us feel like we're some kind of royalties. They accompanied us to the main lobby, offered us to have a seat, gave us cold,fragrant towels and served us with refreshing coconut juice (still in it's shell). It was perfect. There was no need for me to approach the front desk for check in. Everything was brought to me while I sit there and sip my coconut juice. And then we where escorted to our bedroom, which was also perfect! It was clean, very well furnished, cozy, and it was absolutely beautiful. In there, the welcoming isn't finish yet. There on the table laid an envelope with my name on it, welcoming and thanking me for choosing Lotus Blanc. And beside it is a basket of fresh fruits. It's crazy how cheap the hotel is. I have stayed on too many good hotels but Lotus Blanc still managed to top my list. All their staff are so friendly and very professional. Breakfast was great, too. Everything was yummy. Their sausages and bacon--to die for. Great service did not end with the warm welcome. On our second day in Siem Reap, the hotel arranged a tour for us to Angkor Wat. We are scheduled to leave the hotel at 5am so the breakfast hotel still haven't opened yet. Lotus Blanc packed some breakfast for us in really cute lunch boxes. :') How sweet is that? They also took care of our bus tickets to Phnom Penh. No hassle for us.

I have stayed at many hotels and I believe that many international hotels could learn from the Royal Angkor. There was a small glitch locating our reservation at arrival, however this was handled politely, quickly and efficiently. Within a short time we were ensconced in our room. We stayed for 6 nights. The couple of times we used the restaurant was great food - although pricey in line with the level of the hotel (not unanticipated). Siem Reap is a tourist driven town and all of the restaurants are price pointed accordingly (in the central tourist area. The buffet breakfast (included in our deal) was expansive, fresh and tasty. The hotel is several KM out of town on the main road, however there is a free hotel shuttle that runs every two hours from 0800 to 2200. We used this and the only thing to remember is to make sure you book your return trip as I don't believe it runs unless there are people to transport. We did catch a tuk tuk to the hotel once and it cost 2 USD - not expensive just the hassle of the barter at the end of a tiring day. It appeared that everyone was very proud to be working here. We were asked for general and specific feedback by everyone in the hotel from the manager and reception staff to the maid service and the shuttle driver - were we happy with the room, cleanliness, service, services available etc. Everyone to the doorman was keen to impress that the hotel wanted feedback and to improve what I thought was already pretty exceptional service. Staying here gave us a beautiful base to return to and relax after our busy days in Siem Reap. The hotel supplied us with a complimentary transfer to the meeting point for our cruise and the manager assisted in sorting out where this venue was - not clear from the cruise company. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel and would definitely return with any future visits.

We stay there for a week as our base for our vacation at Siem Reap in June. The hotel located about 3 minutes walk from National Road 6 in the midst of local houses near Psar Leu area. The hotel area is modest, just 10 guest room surrounding a swimming pool in a wall up compound. Decorated with lots of plants and flowers, we fell in love with this place almost immediately. The room itself is a spacious with bed in the center and got a minimalist feel to it. Comfortable bed with huge head board that double as a table with storing space underneath, a sink which double as dressing table, a bathtub, build in wardrobe cum pantry and a lounging space next to a full height window overlooking the pool. The hotel got a 24hr reception; a bar with good liquor selection, a restaurant on top and other service with cater our week stay here. Now, that is just the building, what really special about Bunwin is its STAFF. This is what makes our stay in Siem Reap truly wonderful. They are amazingly friendly and helpful. Always smiling, asking if you need any help or just simply how was your day, they make sure all of our guide or pick up arrive in time for our tour and attending to all our request. Every time my gf and I having dinner or a quick trip to town, our room are cleaned and our pantry is replenished once we got back. They also help us book almost all of our tour in siem reap. All you need to worry is what you want to do next? Another feature about this hotel is they provide free ride to and from town since it’s a good 5 minute by car/bike to the town. So we don’t need to flag the 1 dollar tuk-tuk from town and make sure we reach the correct place every time avoiding those lost in translation moments. All we need to do is tell them where we want to go and then call them via hand phone (provided by them) and tell them where to pick us up. Brilliant! All I can say to Bunwin team is kudos and thank you for being a great host.

Angkor is amazing by itself, and staying at Boutique Hotel made our experience memorable. The scent of frangipani trees, mango trees, orchids, and the like, in-house Cambodian massages (a must try!- only)made this hotel a peaceful and relaxing retreat after a long day outside visiting temples and/or the city of Siem Reap. The best option is to take a scooter/tuk-tuk for the day to visit the temples (small tour and big tour ar worth it). Then an afternoon walking by the river near the French quarter in the town of Siem Reap is equally nice! It's a short walk from the Hotel, ideally located next to really nice and good restaurants. Good food in Siem Reap in general apart from the touristy places! Boutique Hotel is a sure bet for a nice trip. Good value for money.

My friend and I had to split our time between two hotels in Siem Reap and while the other hotel was within walking distance of the town center, the Pavillon was far more comfortable. The staff were very helpful, allowing us to take part in the buffet breakfast when we checked in before our room was ready. They will also call a car service or a tuk-tuk driver for you. The pool is small, but decently sized for the number of guests. The room and bed were both quite comfortable. The hotel offers pizzas delivered from a local joint, and while it takes a while to have them delivered, they are delicious. The hotel is very close to the entrance of the Angkor Wat park, but a tuk-tuk drive from the town center. This did not bother me or my friend, but is something to consider when booking.

I had a very fantastic impression during my stay at Memoire Place Resort & Spa! They had offered free upgrade to the room with pool view. The hotel room is great, nice, clean and comfortable and I do love the room decoration that I never ever seen before. The staffs were very helpful and they pay attention since the beginning till the end of my stay. The breakfast was very awesome. Especially, the pool so huge and beautiful which was good for me to lay down during the day time by enjoying cocktail at the pool bar. It’s unbelievable that I had stayed in the best service hotel in Siem Reap. I will stay with them again in the near future. This is completely 5 stars service hotel for me.

We completely enjoyed our 4 days stay at this lovely hotel in Siem Reap. The personal is very friendly and attentive. We were lucky enough to experience Cambodian New Year ambience at it's best. The villa is luxurious with a big terrace overlooking a lotus pond and outside shower under birds singing.. Easy access to the city and sightseeing, well arranged transportation. We took a tour from the hotel and our guide was amazing! We'll definitely recommend this hotel and Cambodia itself to everyone.
