Overall we were very happy and comfortable staying at the Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa. However there are a few very important customer services that needed to be upgraded/improved. I called reception 3-4 days prior to our visit and requested a bottle of champagne as ell as other offers such as flowers, chocolates, etc. They said they would send me an email with the options and prices. The email did not contain the prices or offers of their spa (which is why we went a to a completely different spa and called them ourselves). I filled out the form they sent me, I requested a bottle of champagne, orange juice, and truffles. The day we were to leave for Whistler I received an email telling me they were not able to open the file that I sent them (this file was sent to me I filled it out and sent it back so I don't know why they were unable to open it). So i had to go to the liqour store and grocery store myself to purchase these items. I would also like to add that I did call the concierge to ask for these items but they said they would just send me another form.... I was not willing to this again. They need to improve their website to have the prices of their spa and have an easier way to request items to already be in the room before arrival. Being a four star hotel they need to have better customer service.

We always enjoy visiting Canmore. It is a relaxing atmosphere with a many activities available to visitors. The Quality Resort Chateau Canmore, from the quality of their facilities to the great attitude and professionalism of their staff, added to our enjoyment while visiting Canmore.

The staff are friendly, willing to do what they can to make the stay more enjoyable - including the restaurant. I love the pool and the hot tubs. Rooms are spacious, well maintained and clean. It is a quiet location. Most of all, the waterfront site is superbly beautiful. Salmon were jumping in the Bay at sunset this time.

The first thing when u hear about fairmont is beautiful, pricey, and picturesque, and yes its true. Its like they own the whole lake louise, view from the hotel room was exceptional. I book the lowest which i assume the standard room for 400 bucks. Expect to pay parking seperately and the 400 bucks only for the view. Don't expect anything from the room.

did enjoy my stay as i found the hotel to be in a great location. i like the fact that they have an adult pool as well as a pool for children, however i found neither to be adequate in size for this facility. the rooms are clean but the furniture is dated. linens were nice and beds very comfortable. the airconditioning is quite noisy but not required in the evenings...

This happened at 11pm and I couldn’t find another room, I walked all night in the rain just to keep warm. Weather the fault was with Agoda or the hotel is still unknown... I’d never stay at this place after they’d just turn someone out on the street, in the rain, in one of the more wild parts of the island (lots of wildlife, lots of predators).

The bathroom is quite small, but the shower is good. The main room had 2 queen beds and a TV, no fridge but ice machines are available. The view from our balcony was lovely and we enjoyed sitting there watching the fishermen coming back in from their outings and showing off what they had caught. Lots of guests go on early morning fishing trips, looks like fun. The boat itself contains a tv, computer and wifi room, a restaurant/bar and is very nice to eat there. Most of the menu is fish obviously, but they do have. Steak, pork chops and chicken on the menu too, plus different specials each day. The service is wonderful even when busy! It is a short walk (uphill) to the shops and other cafés in this area, but you need a car to explore further afield. We would recommend this hotel for a lovely stay.

Friendly staff! Cozy room! Enjoyed swimming pool, hot tub and sauna (hot tub was a little too hot though)! Went out to the backyard to see stars at night! Nice view of the mountains! It was a pity that we couldn't see the bear that lives nearby. Simple breakfast with ham.

For any of those who complain about not being remembered by staff and not delivered hand everything they open their mouths for ... get over yourselves.

the stay was great although we only stayed one night .the only down fall would be the lights to the bathroom are on the outside and not the inside wall of the bathroom , might be a silly thing but when you have other people to consider when you get up in the middle of the night .

It rained all weekend but in the summer this hotel would be great as it is right across the street from the beach on Okanagan Lake. The rooms were spacious and in good condition. There was a small fridge and a coffee pot. A family of four could easily spend time in this room. On Saturday night the walkway outside our room was somewhat noisy but other wise the hotel was quiet. A very pleasant place to stay and we would definitely go back.

We arrived at Oceanside Resort without much expectation but was surprised to find a unique quaint place that we would have no problem spending a week or more. My wife took an ice cold shower after 1-2 minutes of warm water. At the time we were told "several guests checked in about the same time". Maybe. Nevertheless I took a (brief!) warm shower before everyone woke up the next morning and the water was ice cold again. After we complained we were offered another room, but it was very late and we didn't want to repack. Also the sign in the lobby about not being able to use the tap water for drinking or even brushing teeth without boiling was disappointing to read. I think clean water in the US or Canada should be expected in a "resort". We were in unit #1 (downstairs near the lobby in the main building). Please ensure other travelers don't have a similar experience. If the water issues weren't a problem, I would have felt the relatively low cost would be reasonable. I have traveled extensively and stayed in luxury properties and 3rd world countries and this is my first negative review I have ever submitted.

It was clean, spacious and comfortable, although I found the bed too hard. The staff was friendly and pleasant, and the price reasonable for what you're getting. My two negative comments would be: there is no elevator, so if you have issues with stairs make sure you let the front desk know at booking; and the place was under construction, including the adjoining Pub which was closed. It was quiet over the weekend and the evenings, but come Monday, we couldn't get out of there quick enough!!! It would have been great if the booking site had mentioned that as it did influence parking and our overall first impression.

This hotel was but a stop over on a coastal trip.I stayed at a few hotels all of them booked through Agoda at a great price for a fantastic hotel. Its a small town but this hotel was very clean great rooms friendly staff and exactly what we needed after a long drive and day..

We had a good stay, place is nice but not as clean as a 4 star should be. We found dust worms in the beds and the ceiling fans blades had about 1 cm of dust on the blades abd upon turning on the fans the dust fell onto the beds. Also 1 shower head fell off. The place is nice, but cleaning and maintenance is lacking.

Overall Good for a stop between US and Banff. Could use some updating and upkeep of supplies. Thanks.

Perfect location with easy access to the town and Banff National Park. The resort was close to the highway but we did not notice any sound while we were sleeping. We were there in the end of fall and throroughly enjoyed the heated swimming pool and hot tub under the stars and also in the morning with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Beautiful stay! I hope to come back again next year.
