Great customer service, Expensive but grand food, and an average hotel room with poor wifi. But will recommend it if you are planning to visit Luxor for 2-3 days.

Wonderful!”
We was at this hotel for one night stay in November. Everything was great! Service is on a very high standard and also so nice people from stuff. Even here was a cute small cat which was also so friendly. Food was delicious. We was alone in this hotel and a cook made only for us so much unusual, tasty and different food! Room was fine. Design is good but sometimes problems with water. I guess, it is a usual problem for every Egyptian place. You know, they stay at the dessert. So, no way to complain. Thanks to every stuff member who have made our stay perfect

Basic Room With congested Toilet”
The Toilet is very congested and you don't have space to stand in-front of the Wash basin as it is taken by the WC. Rooms are very cold and no heater.

Exceptional”
Ideally located among the East Bank's premier attractions (the Nile, Luxor Temple, Luxor Museum and Karnak Temple), Rezeike Hotel and Camp is quiet, unassuming and classy, with a distinct Egyptian accent in its "camp" aspect--outdoor groupings of couches and cushions for dining and entertaining. The food is excellent if expensive, made hot-on-the-spot. The staff were truly sympathetic and helpful with problems I encountered in Luxor, which included WiFi access (at times a problem all over the city--mobile data is best), and in helping me throw together my last-minute train-and-plane connections. Elee (sp?) the owner, Tony (one of the managers) and Mentetz (sp?) the kitchen manager, were especially sincere and efficient during our numerous interactions during my five-day stay. Tom Van Holt
