The staff were very friendly, the room was very comfortable, it had a comfortable bed, nice balcony, fan and air conditioning. There was a pool, it's close to the beach, and we had the breakfast buffet. It was a good value, we would definitely stay again, recommended. 👍🙂

Top Notch — Classy & Kind Hosts”
I love this place. It's really special, and the hosts are so kind. Some hotels won't let you reschedule a mistaken date (we booked a day early). They kindly just moved our reservation for us. They actually care about their customers (unlike some other hotels in Hua Hin) Cute rooms. Big breakfast. Very personal touch make this place the best getaway for us.

pretty, good location & hospitality”
we wanted to surf on Khao Takiap and chose this hotel. Located in a greenery & quiet Soi, a few minutes walk to the beach. Cafes, seafood restaurants ,convenience stores are all nearby. Design of the hotel is pretty and the cat-loving owner is very nice & helpful. We would stay again when we visit Hua Hin next time.

The atmosphere and ambience. The hotel is not new yet it carries a great authenticity and you feel like at home. Staff is genuine hospitable and caring. Hotel management pays attention to details. Really close to both beach and "the city part". Nicely secluded.

If you like the Mediterranean style than the Riad is your go to, excellent staff and service, rooms spacious, hotel location is well situated, 200m from main beach and about 2.5km from the Tamrind market (a must for a Friday or sat night)

Very photogenic hotel in good location”
No complaints about our two nights at the Riad. Located on a quiet side street south of Khao Takiab, the hotel is ingeniously laid out around a central pool area, and our "Sleeping Cat" rooms on the ground floor opened directly onto the swimming pool. Well-appointed room with everything necessary, including an ensuite jacuzzi we did not even use. Breakfasts were decent without being exactly stellar, and were served in a pleasant covered area opening onto the pool. The "cat" motif is everywhere, and is quite sweet. The resident cats were well-behaved, but if you happen to hate cats, this may not be the place for you. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The Riad is not right by the sea, but a short walk (c. 300 metres) gets you to a beach (Suan Son Pradipath) that is - in our opinion - much better and less touristy than Hua Hin itself. There is also a good golf course close by. If you have a car (we did)) there is limited parking under the building, and songthaew buses run from the Supatra-by-the-Sea restaurant a short distance to the north, and will take you all the way to Hua Hin for a fraction of the cost of a taxi. Plenty of good seafood restaurants not far away in Khao Takiab. Considering all these benefits, and the fact that prices were reasonable, we were surprised to be almost the only Westerners in the place, and to learn that 90-95% of guests are Thais, mostly Bangkok weekenders. I would have expected others to pick up on a niche boutique hotel such as this, but perhaps tourists really ARE sheep, or maybe the Riad owners ought to get their website going properly: it has been "under construction" for far too long.

Quiet Stay”
I loved this places decor and amenities. Definitely my favorite place in Hua Hin. It is a bit out of the actual city but I really liked that. It provided a peaceful getaway without the cluster of tourists and backpackers. The decoration was a Morocco cat theme, which I loved. They had a siting area which is great for pictures on the second floor. They helped me get a scooter, called me a taxi when it was time to leave, and they have a great selection of DVD's since I didn't want to want TV. Everyone was so sweet. The pool was nice and my bathtub was amazing too!

Moroccan style riadh near the beach”
This is a lovely hotel that fully earns its 3 stars. While there were some elements of decoration/electricity that needed to be sharpened up on the overall experience we had was good thanks in large part to the staff who were so friendly. There were no English channels on the TVs but they did provide English DVDs instead if you wanted them. Breakfast was good as was the pool and room. Only issue was the distance from Hua Hin, which was sizeable

Small unique hotel with good climate.”
good service from staff when i ask for the short cut way to the floating market. the choices of food of breakfast is worthy. the hotel s a bit far from hua hin city, so it suits for a couple who need a privacy. the room s furnished beautifully but the size s rather small. plus, the romantic view at the pool in night time.

Beautiful little resort”
We loved the design and the hand made feel of the place. It is small and cozy. Located on a quiet small street, one can relax there and take a bicycle for free to the beach, market, or other places nearby. One highlight in Khao Takiab area is the row of small seafood restaurants right in front of the pier used by fishermen. Very fresh and reasonable, for a tourist area.

Lovely, friendly and comfortably hotel.”
I stayed in the Sleeping cat room. It was completely cute with Moroccan Decorating Ideas and cats on the pillow case. I had 5 mins walked to the beach and back to swim in the pool. Pool was a quiet small but not crowded. All staffs are very nice. If you are looking for the real real rest with lovely Morroc style I recommend Riad.

My patner and 2 year old had an amazing holiday at Riad. Positioned in a quiet tranquil soi you can relax and escape into another wolrd. The Staff were exceptionally caring and attentive to our every need. My daughter loved playing with the resident cats, swimming in the pool and going for a ride on the push bike to the beach. We loved this little morrocan boutique gem and look forward to staying here again in the future.
