Near train and city bus station”
Richmond has the perfect location. It is very near the Centrair airport limousine service. The Nayabashi city bus stop is right in front, very accessible while Fushimi station is about 8-10 min. walk. Konbini and grocery/pharmacy flank the building. There is also a nearby food court. We got a spacious room, good for a small family. I would love to stay here again when I go back to Nagoya.

Excellent”
+ Phone with network and line available for free + The toilet is slightly bigger as compared to standard Japanese standard + The famous Yamachan tebasaki is just across the street and on the same street, you can get Starbucks and there are convenient stores and pharmacy next to the hotel. + You can take the airport limousine to the airport (highly recommended), it is less than 3 minutes away from the hotel. It is in front of Hilton hotel which is just a few buildings away. To be fair, I stayed at this Richmond Hotel after staying in their Himeji branch. You can choose a main meal and the buffet consist of some drinks, salad, sausage etc. I was quite disappointed with their breakfast buffet because I really enjoyed the buffet spread in the Himeji branch and was looking forward to trying out dishes special to Nagoya in their Nagoya branch.

Must stay!”
Overall ambiance is great! The lobby gives a luxe feel that is not over the top. Staff are pleasant and very helpful. Amenities and facilities are good--you get a mini fridge, hair dryer, television (though no international channels), bath tub & shower (warm water works!), etc. One thing I really appreciate though is that the room comes with a smartphone with internet! Very handy when accessing online maps. (You have to return it at check out, of course.) Location is good as well--near the subway (nearest I think is Fushimi station), bus stops, convenience stores and restaurants. Very accessible to Chubu airport too! If you want to travel via bus, take the Centrair Limousine bus at the stop in front of Hilton Nagoya--less than 100 meters from Richmond Hotel. Definitely a must stay!

Great hotel, value for money!”
I have stayed in this hotel for 3 nights & found it a great hotel. Good location, 6-min walk to Fushimi Station. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel - to Nagoya Station (or 15-min walk). Bus from Sakae will also stop outside the hotel. Airport bus is in front of Hilton Hotel which is just 2-3-min walk from the hotel. A supermarket & tax free shop are next to the hotel (left & right hand side respectively). There are also many restaurants (including one cafe in the hotel) around with various selections. The hotel looks newly renovated, facilities are new. Room size is definitely acceptable in Japan. Staff are very friendly, polite & helpful. I will stay here again if I visit Nagoya in future.

Value for Money,Good Location and friendly staff.. Room size is just good for 2. Clean room.”
Pros- Good Location in most places of Interest in Nagoya. The Big Supermarket Nayabashi Dining Place and Don Quijote just beside Hotel. The big Pharmacy and Costemic tax free shop on the right. Very convenient and accessible to Centair Limousine Bust stop going to the airport. Friendly staff despite their limited English. Just update info that they no longer provide handyphone with internet

Worth the money ”
My 2nd time to check in,the location itself is quiet & restaurants, supermarket even DonQui is few steps from the hotel they call it Terrasse Mall, there's foodhall at the 3rd floor,Tully's cafe, kfc & a lot more. Few meters away there's the subway Fushimi station with underground shops & starbucks. One stop going to Sakae Station & to Nagoya Station. If you go around from the hotel 150meters you can find the famous Komeda Cafe shop. And the limousine bus stop is just few steps away so theres no worry if you have luggages. If im coming back again i would still choose this hotel. Very clean and nice staff, they speak good english.

Great location”
Richmond Hotel is conveniently located near Fushimi station, which was great because it connected to all the subway lines I needed to be on. It's also near Nagoya station which has many underground malls/shops & food places. The wifi connection was very fast & the room was cleanly. I also liked that the hotel staff let us keep our luggage stored because we arrived in Nagoya 5+ hours prior to check-in. Thus, we didn't have to lug all our suitcases everywhere until check-in time. I would stay there again should I ever be back in Nagoya.

Exceptional”
Highly recommend to stay here given its near proximity to the Centrair Airport Limo Bus stop (200m) and Fushimi Station (600m). The area is also close to the heart of Nagoya Station as well as Sakae so you won't run out of choices to do. Staff is helpful and courteous. They were able to help us in finding nearby establishments such as money changer and ATM. Standard hotel room size in Japan so no complaints there. Also like how they maintain cleanliness of bedroom and bathroom.

Good hotel”
We really had a great time in this hotel, location is really good. I’ts around 10 to 15 minutes walk from Nagoya Station and the same time if you walk to Sakae. Staff were really helpful, always smiling and did their best to break the language barrier. Room was not big but sufficient for 2 people, and amenities were also good. A lot of dining options around the area of the hotel, from different ramen shops to restaurants that offer grilled unagi. I can think of at least 2 branches of CoCo Ichibanya near the hotel, which is a plus because it’s one of our favorites in Japan. I will definitely stay here again if I go back to Nagoya and will recommend this hotel to anyone without hesitation.

value for money ”
Hotel Richmond was a pleasant stay. The hotel in general is fairly modern and clean. For the price I paid for this hotel it was value for money. There is a nice Japanese restaurant next to the hotel. The staff was more then helpful for directions and providing local maps. The location is fairly central to the CBD. I would recommend this hotel

Modern Functional Elegance”
Very modern feel, clean, comfortable. Big room by Japanese signle room standards. Good location in the business hub of Nagoya. A teeny bit pricey for the type of hotel, but I managed to take advantage of a special offer and felt well-satisfied. My only caveat: the TV system is hard to figure out, and, although the hotel advertises itself as a CNN friendly hotel, I could not for the life of me get CNN.

Much more than expectation!”
here was the best budget hotel I ever stayed. Room was clean and bathroom was comfortable and clean. Everything is around this hotel. pharmacy next to hotel is better than donquihote(cheaper and quite!!). There is more than 2 family mart, starbucks, famous restaurants around hotel. Airport bus stop is just 1min from hotel. If I visit Nagoya again, will stay here again definitely.

Above average business hotel”
the hotel was an easy walk from nagoya station (about 15 minutes). check-in quick and professional. the room was spotless, even the carpet. i always find business hotels very stuffy so was pleased that the window opened to let fresh air in. the room was larger than your average single, with a desk that spanned the whole end of the room and a large t.v. very quiet and comfortable. zero complaints.

near airport bus station”
the staff were kind and pleasant to deal with...very near the airpost bus station(Hilton Nagoya) and there''s a city bus stop in front of the hotel which is very good if you're going back to the hotelafter a long tiring day of walking and wandering around the city. toiletries were provided except they don't provide bath lotion but they gave facial kit for the ladies who checked in.
