A luxurious new hotel”
We stayed at a corner room on the top floor and enjoyed the view. The hotel is very strategically located, just opposite the obihiro train station where we enjoyed good coffee from Keys and delicious butaden.

New hotel with freebies such as facial mask at checkin. Hotel is within walking distance from famous buta-don. While the hotel has limited parking space, there is a large underground public carpark just opposite. Will be good if hotel can offer free parking

Hotel is new and good. I lived Richmond Hotel in Nagoya as before, it is new and comfortable. And the Obihiro Richmond Hotel, it is also new and comfortable. I like Richmond Hotel very much.

A surprise!”
did not expect the facilities of the hotel are that modern. was able to observe the availability of the washing machines at the laundry and the availability of seats in the restaurant through the TV in the bedroom. located just next to the train station. Hotels with the equally accessible location and facilities would definitely cost much higher that this one. the room is cozy to stay in . definitely recommended.

Comfortable stay and good value for money”
Room is big by Japanese standard. Toilet is large as compared to other chain hotels that I have stayed in this trip. Room and toilet are very clean. Hotel also provides drip coffee, tea, face mask, toiletries, and welcome drink. My room was on the 12th floor & offers good view of the city. Location is also superb as it's just next to JR Obihiro Station (although I drove). Overall, I enjoyed my 2-night stay very much.

Very convenient hotel, near train station and restaurants”
Room was a bit small for 2 pax, the bed was not big enough, had to squeeze for space to sleep, nevertheless, still quite ok. Must pay for parking if you drive. There are self check out kiosks which made it fast and convenient. You could pick up facial wash, facial lotion sachets before you go up to your room after check in. Quite a good idea in my opinion.

The best hotel in front of Obihiro station”
It is a great hotel to stay if you visit Obihiro. The hotel is located in front of Obihiro station (JR) so it's easy to find. The room was bigger than other business hotels. Hotel's people were nice as well. and considering all these good conditions, the price was relatively cheap. I'll stay at this hotel if I visit Obihiro again. FYI The front desk is located on the second floor.

Clean room with central location”
I only stay in Obihiro for one night. The hotel is directly opposite the Obihiro station. The check in and out is fast and staff is polite. The room is clean with comfortable bed and strong wifi. There are also many good restaruant around to explore. Highly recommend to anyone who visiting Obihiro.

good location for short drive to Sapporo airport”
Very comfortable. We used Obihiro at the end of our trip in Hokkaido as a destination to spend relaxing time before driving to Sapporo airport ( we stayed 2 nights). Nice restaurants and bars around the hotel and if a train traveller - JR station just across the road. Staff were great. Highly recommended

A Value for Money Hotel”
there was no problem communicating with the front-desk staff in english. they are cheerful and most helpful. size of the room we stayed although not very big but acceptable. everything inside the room is sparkling clean. the hotel has a restaurant on the 1st floor which provides delicious and reasonably prized food.
